Lovely 2 bedroom house just a few blocks from the beach. I really enjoyed biking along the bike paths into downtown Morro Bay. The house is well situated on a quiet street, very clean and cozy. Only opportunity for improvement would be more firm mattresses, my daughter slept one night on the bed and then transitioned to the pull-out couch.

Loved our stay at Capri by the Sea! Our family of three + our dog were very comfortable in the space. Very well appointed, everything we could have needed was available. Perfect location to easily access the beach. Can’t wait to come again!

What a nice place! Very clean and super close to the beach and Morro Rock. In a cute neighborhood. The owner was great at communicating and working with my family and I to make sure our stay was memorable. I would recommend anyone stay here if they want to enjoy Morro Bay.

The property was wonderful. A great location and perfectly clean. The most well appointed vacation rental we have stayed in - everything was there. The table tennis was enjoyed by all.

Perfect walking distance to the beach for fun & shore fishing. Home is centrally located for different levels of hiking trails as well.
All the listed amenities were in perfect condition if not new. The beds are comfy & the owners were a joy to do business with.

My family and dogs stayed here. It was not walking distance to town, but a beautiful walk to a lovely beach. We enjoyed the restaurants in Morro and went surfing in nearby Cayucus. The beds were extremely comfortable. Backyard was fully fenced for doggies. Host was attentive and friendly. Recommend bringing skewers for marshmallows.

We traveled to Morro Bay for a vow renewal. The house was perfect very nicely decorated and very beachy. 2blocks from the beach. Perfect location. Looking forward to returning next year. Our kids all camp. We glamp. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely fantastic stay over the 4th of July. Rental is in a great location with easy walking to the beach. The owners have thought of everything and we could not have had a better stay. Highly recommend this property.

Two couples who have been friends since the 2nd grade. We just wanted to have a change of pace with a Central Coast trip.
We had a fantastic time at Peggy’s house. It was as pictured, beds were very comfortable, you had everything you needed in the kitchen.
Hopefully we will be able to take this trip again.

Very clean, well organized, amazing owners that you can call on any time with any concern. Loved the bikes and ping pong table.

The place was very comfortable, with two rooms to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms and the water was nice and warm.
Having a hose in the back yard for washing our dog off was very useful, and if had been warmer we would have loved to eat outside! A very pleasant stay.

Charming, comfortable beach house with great decor to remind you that waves are crashing a few blocks away! Well organized kitchen and my boys loved the ping-pong table in the garage! Our dog also loved the back yard green space! We will return for sure! Lastly, the owners were ao helpful and friendly...always a plus!

Family was looking to take a short getaway trip and we're pleasantly surprised at how warm and cozy the house is. First time I ever stayed somewhere and still felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. Will definitely be back!!!

Capri by the Sea is cute and comfortable. The furniture is great- up to date, casual, and comfy. My granddaughter thinks the large lounge chair in the living room is a piece of heaven. The kitchen is well stocked and has good appliances. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 couples can easily share.
The neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach. There just isn’t anything we feel was missing for a really great trip to Morro Bay.

Peggy's house was a wonderful, comfortable home within a stone's throw of the incredible dunes and within a short walk of the dog beach. We stayed with four adults and had more than enough space in this neat family home. Exceeded expectations and made us feel right at home in this lovely little town. A great base for sightseeing up and coast and Peggy has truly thought of everything. Our dogs had a great trip too and the fenced yard is a great place to sit out and eat as a family. Thanks for everything, Peggy!

This is an outstanding rental. A few of the highlights are high end appliances including the washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, plenty of space, and comfy beds. Then there are the considerate details like a big shampoo, disposable cups in the bathroom, pet supplies, and lots of DVDs. The location is ideal for a walk to the beach or a quick drive to Morro Bay embarcadero or to Cayucos. Just a really great place to stay!
