This place has everything you need to have an amazing vacation at Saratoga Lake. The views from the deck and dock are unforgettable, and the house has all the space and amenities you could want. We were able to dock our boat on the dock which made boating the lake even easier. The owner was great and had wonderful recommendations of restaurants, golf courses, and some day hikes. The kids stayed in the game room for most of the evenings which allowed us adults to relax and enjoy. The kayaks and paddleboards were a great addition (bring your own kids life jackets as they only have a few sizes for adults). The fire pit in the front was great for s'mores, we could sit on the upper deck and watch the kids and sunsets! If you do rent a boat or bring a boat, the lake has a handful of restaurants that you can boat up to. Across the lake has a great anchorage area with a sandy bottom, it has a fun atmosphere. Great lake and great house, you will be seeing us again!

We had large group of 16 with ages 96 to 12. Great location and house. The minor issues we had with house were immediately addressed by Garth and crew.

Location was amazing and the house has plenty of space however description online was not accurate at best..... the furniture was broken ( two couches were disgraceful) and so was the pool table and fuseball table so the kids did not have a playroom as advertised... AC upstairs wasn't working upon arrival but was fixed upon notification to owner.... there was a bedroom which was not usable because it remained unbearably hot the entire time..... Definitely in need of maintenance and repair and replacements.....

We had our big family trip (24 people, multi generational) and their other property we booked was awesome! There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone and they were all comfortable. We could really space out, but also enjoy the common areas to catch up and relax. The communication and customer service was off the charts. Our coffee machine wasn’t working and there was a new one dropped off within the hour. Our coffee drinkers were super impressed and appreciative of the quick action. It was a beautiful stay with all the amenities and proximity to the lake. I would not hesitate to book this venue again. We had a blast! Not one complaint comes to mind. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Nothing much to say besides the property is as advertised. Ample beds and well laid out common areas make it ideal for a large group gathering.

This home is beautiful and very spacious. 19 of us had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. There were also 2 driveways, so plenty of room for parking 7 vehicles. It was unfortunate that the lake was not frozen due to the warm winter, but we could see the great potential for some ice fishing. All of the furniture was very comfortable and plenty of room for eating. There was an amazing amount of storage as well for all of our food. One bedroom to make a note of is the bunk room. There is no heat in there, and it did get quite cold at night. It helped to prop the door open, however that room is located directly off of another bedroom, so there was a lack of privacy for the couple staying there. We did have an issue with the hot water, but we contacted the owner and he sent someone out to fix it immediately and we were fine after that. A few things to note, there were plenty of cups, dishes and silverware. However, a few more baking dish options would be great. Also, the dishwasher would not stay on during the cycle. We tried several times to start it and it would always shut off after a few minutes. We didn't notice this until the very end of the trip, or we would have asked the owner to check it out. Had to do a lot of handwashing. Finally, the game room is located in the garage and is very spacious to hang out in. It is a little chilly in the winter due to the garage not being heated. But the owner does provide several space heaters to help with this. And when multiple people are hanging out in there, it helps with the body heat. Not a complaint as it is obvious in the photos of the house that the room is in a garage, just a note to future renters. Would love to stay again.

Perfect for our family wedding weekend stay

House was spacious and clean with a great layout and activities. Kitchen was huge and had everything you could need. Perfect view of the lake and sunsets from the deck. Also a very relaxing & quiet spot down on the lake dock. Only a short drive to get to downtown & the racetrack. Owner was super responsive. Check in / check out was a breeze.

We loved this house, this location, and the owner is very responsive! We had almost perfect weather which allowed us to enjoy the deck with the beautiful sunsets and the beach was great to have and able to enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards. Only suggestion would be to have some heavier blankets around as the AC is great but on some cooler nights it was too great! Looking forward to our return!

This was the perfect home for our family gathering. It has all the amenities and was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive to questions about the area. Kids stayed in the big kids bedroom, the game room, or playing at the beach the whole time which made it very enjoyable for the adults! Just finished a great family stay at this property. We loved the access to the kayaks and paddle boards as well as the wonderful beach! The beach makes this house one of a kind on Saratoga Lake, with great swimming access for the little ones and the boys got to rent a boat and fish, we were able to utilize the dock to come in for lunch with the boat! The house was very clean besides a few bugs on the outside windows, but the house is on the lake so its almost expected! Huge rooms and well stocked kitchen made for a seamless stay. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning throughout was great, which is very important to our group....along with the great wifi inside and on the deck! We booked our return for summer 2023!

The house was very dirty when we checked in. Wiping counters left us with black paper towels and the floors were covered in crumbs. There we dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere. On ceilings, on windows, in corners…just a disgusting amount of bugs. Clearly the house had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Many of the advertised appliances did not work. The dryer didn’t work, the garage fridge did not get cold enough to put food in, the air conditioning unit in a 4 bed room would not cool the room below 80 so it wasn’t usable, the grill had no propane, and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. When we arrived the outside trash bins were full of trash, the dock was covered in bird poop, and the “beach” was full of weeds making it mostly unusable. Also, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the people who stayed before us. Overall, the house was dirty and really ruined our trip. When I sent photos and a report of these things to the owner he said he would look into it and get back to me, then stopped responding. What he is doing is wrong. We paid a lot of money to stay at that house and he is not maintaining it at an even remotely acceptable level. There should be accountability for owners such as this on VRBO, and I would not use this service in the future if these are the kinds of houses that are allowed,

This 4600 square-foot Lakehouse is awesome, fantastic, and I cannot describe it in this small area. All 19 of us wholeheartedly give it a 10 and all the aspects. Only one disappointment. On day Three green algae which is toxic showed up in the water but was it not under control of humans so water activities were curtailed. However, they were plenty of activities allowing us to have a very successful week enjoying each other since we last got together five years ago. I don’t believe that anyone who spent a week here could be disappointed.

Our family consisted of four couples and nine children ages 2-15. It was so wonderful to have so much space in this beautiful house. There were more than enough comfy beds for our needs. The kids especially loved having their own space in their huge bedroom room over the garage. Of course that was only one of the spaces they loved. The game room was rarely empty. When they weren’t playing pool or ping pong they were in the lake. The little ones enjoyed playing in the sand and the bigger ones liked the paddle boards and swimming off the dock. We even rented a pontoon boat from a local marina one day. It was wonderful to explore the lake and go to the sand bar. We all were so thrilled to have plenty of seating in the dining room but even more so at the picnic table on the wraparound deck. We all fit!! The jumbo gas grill made it easy to cook for our crowd. Every night after dinner we would stand on the deck or walk down to the lake to watch the breathtaking sunsets. They were magical. What a wonderful week!

The house was perfect for my large group which included friends and family. Easy access to the lake and the surrounding area. We lucked out with the weather but there’s more than enough space to make use of the house for a rainy day. Owner was accessible and accommodating. Sleeping arrangements are plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The game room in the garage is definitely a plus!

This large, spacious home was perfect for our multiple family gathering! The kitchen is well stocked, there are several places for people to “hang out”, beds were comfortable. Garth was easy to communicate and coordinate with. He was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Recently stayed with my husband, siblings, and some cousins and we had a blast. The house was very spacious and had more than enough room for all of us. The game room was a ton of fun. Also, the house has paddle boards for guests to use which was great. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Great House and location on Saratoga Lake. We had a couple of minor issues but the property manager was very receptive and was on it in no time resolving everything. We are already looking at staying again next year.
