Houst and Location are great! House has everything you need to really enjoy a Pocono getaway. Property owners are extremely responsive and great to work with - 10 out of 10! we would go back.

The house was fantastic. It was in a great location. We had all ages from 60 to 6 months old. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained. The deck was nice to relax on, the yard was big enough to play wiffle ball or football, and the fire pit was great. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances so that we didn’t need to go anywhere with our large group and kids. I will definitely want to stay here again. The owners were very responsive and I’m really glad they opened their home to us.

The house was amazing! Very clean, spacious and felt right at home. Rooms are big and comfortable, had many games and movies for the kids to play/ watch! Kitchen was perfect with a great array of supplies. Cant say enough wonderful things about the house. We cant wait to go back!! Jean is also great to work with- very very responsive.

Thank you Jean and Dave for a wonderful space to enjoy our family. This is a comfortable and easy home to be in with a large family of all ages. The floor plan has a big kitchen to enjoy cooking, and still be with the entire family in the main living room area. We had so much fun! Any questions that we had were immediately answered. The owners were a quick txt away. The home has a bonus! It's the game room on the lower level! We had a great time when the children were all asleep. Oh, and the waterpark, hiking trails and lakefront restaurants helped make our time away from the home special too.

Just as the title said - The house is at the end of the cul de sac and very private. Neighbours are far apart giving you a lot of privacy and peace. The house itself was perfect. They have lots of board games and stuff to keep you occupied. Only one issue was the internet wi-fi wasnt great but you could live without it. :) Thank you Jean & Patty!

We stayed at this large beautiful home during President's weekend. Every year, our family gets together for a "Cousin's weekend" to take a break from a long work weekend, and some a short break from the kids :) This year we had 14 people. The house easily accommodated with plenty of room to spare! Ms. Drabick was also very nice and answered all questions and concerns immediately. The house is a great location. It was a short drive to Bid Boulder Ski Resort and also quick to the grocery Store. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Jean for allowing us to use your home :)

Absolutely wonderful! We were 4 families and the house was the perfect layout. The basement was great for the kids and the open layout was wonderful for the grown-ups;) It was a perfect weekend getaway! Thank you.

I just want to mention that my family and friends had a great time at Lake Harmony and at Big Boulder Ski Resort. Though it was extremely cold, your house was so cozy and warm throughout our stay. The house is beautifully located at the end of a cul de sac. The driveway accommodated all our cars. There were plenty of beds and rooms for our entire group. The Kitchen was well stocked with high end quality dishes, utensils, cookware and most of all glasses of all kinds. The words Private, peaceful and perfect are exactly what we expected and received. There were deer that walked around the property which made it feel like we were in the wilderness and enjoyed that so much. The bathrooms were modern, clean and neat like a 5 star hotel. The internet was perfect no one had any issues with speed. The fire pit outside was great just could not take advantage of it due to freezing temperatures outside. The views from the house are excellent. Thank you for a pleasurable stay.

We had a gathering of 12 women in our family ranging in ages from 21-75. We had such a great stay. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. We were prepared (as most women are) but everything needed was in the house. The house was in very good shape- very well taken care of. Very cozy with the gas fireplace. We never even utilized the basement which had food all, hockey, ping pong and tv and couches. Would recommend this house and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This house is beautiful clean and well-kept kitchen is very well-stocked with all the utensils pots and pans platters pretty much everything you need. We stayed there with four families 11 kids and six adults and we had plenty of room. We used the linen services for an extra cost but well worth it they supplied towels also. The kids had a great time in the basement with all the games air hockey foosball ping-pong TV down there couches great place for them to go and have some fun. Awesome location close to all skiing food shopping restaurants. The owners were very nice and great to work with we would definitely recommend this place and would go back there again anytime.

Perfect house for big groups! So many bedrooms. Cozy living room. Well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the grounds. Rolling hills perfect for sledding. Huge fire pit was a plus. So close to skiing and restaurants. Perfect for multi-family vacation.

This is our third year back to this wonderful house, 4 families of 4. As each walked thru the door we all said, we felt like we were "home". This house fits a large group with all of its rooms and nooks. There is a game room that the kids like to hang out in, with everyone coming together in the great room for game night and meals. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cookware and utensils. Skiing and Tubing are close by at Jack Frost and Big Boulder. We look forward to this trip every year.
