Everything about our stay was outstanding. The view from the condo and it being literally on the beach was majestic. We spent much time on the patio, eating breakfast, lunch, reading or just staring at the ocean. You feel as if you were always on the beach. Jason, Vickie and Abe were exception to work with. All the little extras made us feel special. It was very thoughtful and kind.

It was like a dream. Delightful vacation

Owners are terrific. Jason is prompt and quite the handyman. This was our fifth stay here. Supplies are great. View and beach are unmatched. Bathrooms and kitchen have not been updated. We will miss our annual 2month visit to this place as we have just bought a home on Siesta Key.

The host Vickie is extremely responsive and always reply within an hour even in midnight and weekend. The view is spectacular and every room has the ocean view. The private beach has chairs and easy access with less tourists on the beach. Lots of shells and birds. We watch sunrise and sunset on our beds every day when the weather is good and have breakfast on the spacious patio with ocean view every morning. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. The host pays attention to every details and provide everything you may need (including coffee filter, measure, all kitchen ware, toys for beach, shelling tools, surfing boards and extra paper towels, washer & dryer, detergent, dish washer and laundry detergent...). We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket of fruits, snacks and water as well as fresh flowers! Everything is perfect and well thought out! Thanks very much for everything, we enjoyed a very good vacation here, would definitely come back again in the future!

I always love staying at Crystal Sands. This condo is one that has a great view of the Gulf from sunrise to sunset. It’s close location to stores and restaurants while being right on the beach is a great advantage. The owners are very quick to respond to questions. I was surprised to see how well the condo was stocked with amenities and fresh flowers. Paper towels, plates and Solo cups were available along with a complete set of dish ware and cooking supplies. A tray of fresh fruit along with assorted snacks were also made available. Beach towels, coolers and toys are available for your use. The owners have made this condo better equipped than any other one that I have rented on Crescent Beach!

1st the pros: Vicki was easy and great to work with. The condo had a fabulous view. Small but well stocked kitchen. The condo was outdated but very clean and well stocked. We were there 2 weeks and DID NOT have to buy toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex ( and it was thick paper)snacks, bottled water. We had plenty of fluffy towels, wash clothes, hand towels. A closet full of beach items including 2 rolling coolers, noodles and 4 beach towels. We did not use any of this but it was there. We were greeted by a case of bottled water, many snacks sweet and salty. We did not eat them all but the big bag of oreos were gone too fast!!!! If you want to cook in there are pots, pans and utensils, not home but what is.... Very big flat screen TV in the living area. Both bedrooms have TV's as well. Washer and dryer were easy to run and they supplied laundry soap etc. The pics of the condo and views are true to life. A great beach. Also, Vicki does NOT have a list of cleaning things you have to do before leaving....Leave the keys, take your suitcase....done. Cons: the pools do not have any shade or umbrellas. You can pay for umbrella and chairs for the beach. The only negative that will cause us not to rent again is the air conditioning can only be turned to 72 at its lowest. We are from Michigan where we have very hot and humid summers. We have our air at night on 68, we like to sleep cool. We did not get the sleep we had hoped for as we were hot most nights. They said if the air was set below 72 it would ice up and stop working because of the heat and humidity. We have been going to Florida in October for about 12 years and have never had an issue with putting the air down to 68. Also, we spoke to others in the same complex and they could have their air on any temp they wanted and many had it set at 68 and 66. Don't know if they have an old unit or don't want the electric bill but we will not be back because of that. If you don't mind it warm to sleep, I would highly recommend this condo.

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. A getaway for the two of us, we were greeted with a beautiful unit, and lovely snacks and fresh fruit. This complex was secure, right on the beach, and an easy walk, bus ride or drive to many food and beverage choices. Just the right amount of communication with our host, only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.

They went above and beyond expectations to be accommodating!!!!! I have to recommend them, but feel like I’m letting a secret gem out. Thank you so much Vicki & Jason !!!!! Hopefully we will be back soon !!!!!

Everything was perfect! The view, the amenities, and the communication was fantastic!!

We had a great experience from the complementary fruit basket and snacks to the most incredible view anyone could ask for. We were not disappointed and would definitely go again!

The property is amazing. The hosts had fresh fruit in the fridge and snacks on the counter waiting for us when we arrived. Covered parking keeps your car cool. Lounge chairs are available on the beach. Gorgeous 180 degree beachfront view. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Had another superb stay in this condo. Jason was there to greet us and provided us with a huge bowl of fruit and lots of goodies like coffee, biscuits, chocolates, chips, bottled water etc. Jason, Vickie & Abe provide a fabulous service and I look forward to coming back to their beautiful condo in the near future.

Wonderful visit again

We get 2 weeks a year just starting there.

I can't imagine renting anywhere and finding such a well equipped unit. Most reviewers mention the view first which is understandable given its location on the 11th floor directly facing the Beach and ocean. In December, when we stayed close at it was to the winter solstice, you can actually see the sun rise from one end of the Lanai and at all times of the year, one could see the sunset over the ocean. The owners did provid every possible necessity for our entire two weeks from laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, baggies, etc, boxes of facial tissues everywhere to lots of snacks, Starbucks coffee, and lots of bottled water. The mattresses, sheets and pillows were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The wifi is excellent. The washer and dryer in the unit are high end LG and worked extremely well. Every unit in this 12 story building has the same screened lanai. As a serious photographer, I would have preferred not having screens. However, I'm sure I'm in the minority and the vast majority of units in all the beachfront complexes have screens. My only complaints which are not the fault of the owners is are that construction and renovations were being allowed during our December stay. They do stop another owner told us for the two weeks starting a week before Christmas and will be resuming after New Year's. This also meant that two of the three elevators, everyone beside the glass elevator located at the furthest end of the building from the main entrance, were very dirty and mostly used by construction people. Therefore, we made the extra effort to always use the glass one in which contractors are not allowed. Finally, the grounds of the complex are in serious need of being replanted. An owner told us that this work is slowly but surely taking place. Overall, I would still stay there again for the 'right' price given the unit's location, its cleanliness, the provided supplies, and the owner's responsiveness.

This location was great and the property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. The condo is dated, kitchen is tight, bathrooms are small. Things were very clean, however. We enjoyed our stay and would return if updated.

Great location, right on Crescent Beach and a short drive (or trolley ride) to Siesta Key Village. Condo had amazing view of the gulf. Very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Will definitely book again and recommend to family/friends.

This was a great place to stay. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and there is a free trolley that will take you into Siesta Key Village where there are more shops and restaurants. I stayed here with my husband, parents, and my 18 month old daughter. The condo was perfect for my daughter because the balcony is all screened in so I did not have to worry about her throwing anything over or through the slats of the balcony. Overall the view is amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for the perfect beach rental look no further. We totally enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful clean & nicely furnished condo. Even when Hurricane Eta hit the coast we felt completely safe. Jason called to check on us to see if we needed anything during the storm and was always just a phone call away. The views were spectacular and sunsets amazing. We will be back someday! The Sartoris

Excellent access to beach and wonderful views.

Our condo was the best location in the complex. Centrally located in the front of the complex it offered full beach views to the left and right. Pool and beach were not crowded. Elevators to the unit arrived promptly.

Great view, just as we expected with cleanliness, promptness of owners to answer our questions, and property was perfect. Great spot on Crescent Beach! Will visit again.

The condo was wonderful. The owners have everything stocked that you need to relax and enjoy the beach. The owners provided a basket full of snacks, a basket of fresh fruit, and fresh flowers. The view is outstanding, and beach is wonderful. This is a definate place to return to and enjoy this condo.
