Great location right on the beach. The unit was clean and spacious. Nice pool as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfortable, wonderful view just all in all a great place to stay

This was a great space and location. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in process was easy and accommodating for our schedule. It was nice to see this VRBO wasn't "barren". By that I mean, there was some dishwashing detergent and a package of dishwasher pods. Some places we've stayed don't even give you an extra garbage bag and you have to buy soap to wash dishes. Thankfully there was a hair blow dryer as I forgot mine at home. It didn't work quite correctly, but enough to get the job done. We would stay here again!

We were very happy with the condo. Loved sitting on balcony. It was quite a walk to the pier but well worth it. Spent a day exploring other beaches but none compared to the beach at the condo. Place was as described, relaxing and had no problems.

Everything was great and they had so many “extras” we didn’t expect! Even though the laundry wasn’t in the condo it was easy to access and took no time to do! The owner was great and made me feel comfortable of reaching out if I needed anything! (But I really didn’t have to do that!) love this home away from home!

We have stayed at this unit twice before. The updates were a nice surprise this time. The place looks great. Can't wait to come back again!!!

Very clean, easy accessible, great communication

My Family and I truly enjoyed every second of this stay! The Host was amazing and communicated with us very quickly if and when we had any questions! The room was clean and the location was perfect to everything we wanted to do! Only a short drive to Destin and all restaurants! We will be returning in the future!

Pictures do not decieve this is perfect. Very well equiped and clean. Viewes are spectacular and its takes 5 minutes to be on the beach or in the pool.

Our stay here was amazing. We try to make a beach trip once a year and I think this is our favorite condo to date. It was clean and up to date. It could benefit from some darker curtains since the sun comes up so early but that’s more of a personal preference. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony overlooking the pool and beach because we ate every meal out there at the table. It is right next to the elevator but tucked away in a way that you will never hear the elevator (this was an issue at a previous rental). The reserved parking spot is also really close compared to others. The pool was great and steps away from the beach so we were back and forth with our kids. The complimentary beach umbrella and chairs was a great perk, though I did notice some of the front row ones were reserved and I couldn’t figure for who or how. We were out early so it was not an issue for us to get a front row setup but thought I’d mention it. The first day our guy was out there late but after that it was always set up by 6:30-7. The A/C in the unit worked great and we had everything we needed from amenities perspective. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself, but it’s that there seemed to be quite a bit of smokers at other rentals that overlook the pool (like this one) so the cigarette smoke smell was strong at times, but this is a personal preference. We like to always change where we go, but are highly considering changing that approach and booking this rental again next summer. The location is great, near a Publix and plenty of restaurants as well as just 10-15 minutes away from plenty of other attractions and restaurants in Destin. 10/10 would recommend.

What a nice unit! Very clean and loaded with everything you need! The view is unreal - we watched dolphins do what dolphins do! I already looked to book next year during my vacation time and the unit is not available. So bummed. Stay here! You will love it!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time! The owner was very quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay. The condo was well appointed and just as pictured on VRBO. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and large enough to use as a 4th bed (if needed). The view from the balcony was wonderful. If you have people in your group that don't tolerate the sun or have difficultly walking in the sand, they can enjoy watching everyone at the beach from the balcony. We rebooked the same condo for next year.

Everything was easy and location was perfect for us. Great view and easy access to pool and beach. We asked a few questions that was answered quickly. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of bath towels and blankets. We did a load of laundry with bath towels midweek though. After discussions with owner and once we got there we realized that sometimes people walk out with stuff and hard to restock. We did not see any boogie boards that was pictured and assumed someone forgot to bring them back or may have left with them. Beach chair service was a great plus. Perfect for bigger family or staying with another couple. Beach view and dolphin watching was the best part of condo.

We had just the best time at this condo. It was perfect for our family. The rooms are very spacious with lots of space for storage. The view from the balcony is just breath taking of the ocean. We even saw dolphins most mornings while drinking our coffee. We will definitely be back!

Loved the view from our balcony, and how close we were to beach access! Loved having a close parking space as well as chair rentals setup each day! Tracy was very easy going and nice to work with.

My first time doing anything like this and right from the beginning Ms. Tracy responded in a quick turnaround to any and all questions I had! The rental was exactly as shown on VRBO. The only issue, which in no way impacted my mini vacay, was that in the room with the double beds we couldn't get the cable to work. Would absolutely LOVE to make this annual if funds permit of course...tysm Ms. Tracy! <3

The condo is even better in person than the photos, and the views are incredible! We had the best time and will absolutely be booking this one again!!!

First the location was amazing - right on the beach with a view to die for. We saw dolphins from the balcony and even had the unique experience of having tons of stingrays swim with us in the shallow part of the ocean. The owner's communication was super-fast , provided lots of suggestions for restaurants and other things to do in the area, and she was very attentive to questions we had when we arrived. The condo itself had just been cleaned and her guy did a great job! The property manager on site was really nice and had a smile for us every day! I know the owners are coming to their property in July and have not been there in quite some time and am sure they will attend to the next part of this review. The property itself is very weathered and dated and needs a fresh coat of paint, some new rugs, lightbulbs, a good inventory of the kitchen (more kitchen towels, pans that that are not totally battered, more than one plastic cup...), a better way to divide the master bathroom (currently a cloth shower curtain on a bent rod), some true beach chairs (the ones provided are like a spider web and NO adult can sit in them without sinking bottom first into the sand), sheets that do not pop off the full size beds every single night and just some true TLC. I totally understand this is a beach condo but for an average night cost of $300 we really expected a more up to date experience.

This condo was perfect getaway for my two kids, husband, and I. The view was spectacular. The couch was so comfy that one of the four of us fell asleep on it nightly. Everything was provided such as dish liquid, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, all kitchen supplies for cooking, towels, toiletries for bathing, and plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely revisit

We loved this condo so much, we decided to come back! The location/view to the beach could not be any better and not so busy as other beach towns. Everything you need is provided. The owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. It could use a little updating but I’m still giving it 5 stars! Cleanliness is my main concern and this condo is always clean when I arrive.

As soon as my family walked in we were amazed by the view, and the beautiful condo. Just what we were hoping for. Very relaxing in these crazy times. Major stress reliever. The beach was great. The water was clear, beautiful, and pristine. Greatly recommend!!!
