My husband and I love Seabrook Island. We have stayed at this property several times and always look forward to our next visit. This stay was our favorite by far.

Thanks Elizabeth and Todd for a great stay for two old friends and their dogs! We had a great beach day in Seabrook!

The property is located within a short walking distance from the clubhouse. It is on the 1st hole of the Ocean Winds golf course. Although the kitchen is brand new and well stocked, the rest of the unit is dated, especially the bathrooms. The unit had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Well equipt, there was nothing that we needed that was not available. All access points were within reach. A great place for all of us to relax.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Seabrook Island! This condo came with everything we needed and more, including extra ice packs in case we needed it. My only complaint would be the spotty internet but that has nothing to do with the actual property itself, just the service provider.

This property was just as listed! Clean. Linens were scattered in the closet, but grateful for them. Perfect water pressure. Wildlife. We encountered difficulties getting in the island due to an email that was never received by an outside company regarding the parking pass. (I actually received the email 2 days into the stay, a little late, but things happen. Side note the amenity office stated that a storm took out there system and they were playing catch up so maybe the parking pass company symliv was having the same trouble… who knows. It was easily fixed.) The owners were called promptly and we were moving through in less than 20 minutes. If you have never been to the island the amenity cards are worth figuring out. The office to pick up your card closes at 5. All well and good, but remember we had a delay and no early check in option. (And a 4yr old and 7 yr old) We suggest picking up the amenity card first thing on the island and you pass the amenity office before you get to the gate for the property. The owners provide the basic amenity card that allows for the lake side pool! Only if you want access to the other pools and a few places to dine do you need to pay the extra 40 a day. A short 15 minute drive over to Kiawah island provided plenty of dining, some shopping, and groceries. Don’t feel obligated to pay extra. Explore and weigh your options. Internet was easily reset and worked great. The owners were quick to answer any questions. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Perfectly fit our weekend getaway needs. Will absolutely come back.

Property was a in a good location at Seabrook Island, and the communication was efficient. Kitchen has recently been remodeled and is nice. Everything was well stocked and ready for us upon arrival.

Everything was just okay. The home definitely needs updating, all around with the exception of the kitchen. It’s very dated inside. Everything is worn out. Definitely not kid friendly under the age of three. It housed my family for two nights just fine and we felt safe but we would stay somewhere fancier next time.

This is a wonderful condo on the golf course in a gated community on Seabrook Island. The condo itself supplied everything you may need for your stay-beach chairs, appliances, kitchen tools, bike racks-it’s here! Our only caveat was that the condo was on the second floor and the bedroom is upstairs. If you have an aversion to stairs, this is not for you. All of your gear needs to be brought up two flights of stairs to get in. Also, there is no handicapped parking close to the condo. Overall, the condo was comfortable, well appointed, and the owners were a dream to deal with!

Beautiful villa. Very clean when we arrived. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the many different birds and other wild life on the island, riding bikes, shell hunting and touring Charleston. Wonerful vacation! Thanks for being a pet friendly rental!

We celebrated my Mom’s 70th Birthday. We stayed in another condo in High Hammock Villas and my nephew and his wife stayed in this one. The condo is in a great location - walkable to beaches. The island is gorgeous.

The photo of the listing is NOT an actual photo of the property. The furniture at the actual property felt dirty and run-down, as did the carpeting. That said, the unit was quiet, the kitchen was newly remodeled and the shower pressure was excellent.

We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to stay here again when we come back.

The property had every thing we needed and the owners were very helpful, accommodating and prompt. This was our first stay on Seabrook. We felt comfortable bike riding on all the roads. Great place to stay!

Such a beautiful community and very close to restaurants/shopping in Kiawah Island.

Locked out the first night. Owner said “I wish I could help you.” Explained he had to - locked out; renting; stuff inside; needed to get in to go to sleep. No sense of urgency. Told me to make sure the door was pulled tight toward me. That worked. Lost WiFi. Could not access tv. Called owner. He had wife called back on house phone. She was unable to help us get the Clemson game on tv. Unable to steam on laptop due to WiFi issue. Condo was nice and all you need for a weekend. Needs updates.

Great place! Very clean and cozy. Kitchen was modern with new frig, range, microwave, dishwasher, sink, countertops, and cabinets. King bed was definitely a California King (yay!) Very short drive to beach (3 to 4 minutes). Internet speed varied between 40 and 59 Mbps. TV is good quality and has HDMI inputs. Tub drains water perfectly (yay!). Communication with the host was excellent. Opening the freezer door for more than a minute will result in some vibration noise until the freezer cools back to its temperature setting. Coffee pot does not have auto shut-off so be sure to remember to turn it off. We loved our stay here and will definitely want to come back again!

Great location on golf course and close to beaches. Very relaxing setting. This was my fourth stay and I’m looking forward to #5.

The location served our needs. We would stay there again. Suggest painting some of the areas with paint chips and washing around the inside handle on the front door.

Our stay at Seabrook was perfect! The villa is small but spacious. Enormous king bed. Lots of great touches. Quick bike ride to many beach options.

Lovely apartment with all the conveniences needed to feel at home. Place was very clean when we arrived. We especially loved the patio as we could feel the breeze feom the ocean. The owners made it easy to enter the property. We didn't have to worry about a key to keep up with which was nice. Seabrook island is a beautiful place; we enjoyed walking and riding our bikes. There are a lot of entry points to the beach. Will certainly come again.

Enjoyed our stay and it was nicely located. Everything was exactly as advertised except the outdoor grill would not work. Will look at booking again in the future

The bedding smelled fresh, like it just came out of the washing machine, and every thing was extremely tidy! The owners graciously let us check in a couple hours early to accommodate dinner reservations we had in Charleston, which was very appreciated! There is a slight smoke smell in the condo, but if you turn the fans on, you really don’t notice it much. It is a very well equipped space, with a gorgeous kitchen and everything you could need for a terrific stay! The golf course setting is quiet and beautiful, and there is easy access to everything. We did have a question about whether or not we could park a golf cart there and we texted the owner, Todd, but we did not receive an answer. It really wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been nice to have had a response to our question. Overall, this condo was a great choice and we highly recommend it!

My husband and I spent several nights at this rental to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The island is spectacular in natural beauty and serenity. The rental has a nice updated kitchen and comfortable king bed and communication with the owners was easy. Bathrooms could use updating but overall good stay.
