We really enjoyed our stay! The amenities and space were perfect. The host was extremely accommodating with everything, communicative and attentive.

Beautiful place and location is great. Plenty of parking. Listing stated sleeps 10 but that is a bit of a stretch. We couldn’t get the couch to pull out but that was probably user error. Would definitely stay here again

My girlfriends and I wanted a weekend getaway and this place hit all the marks. Greta location to walk to everything, great layout for 5 people with plenty of rooms and hang out space.

The location was ok. Family didn’t feel safe walking around at night. Holes in sheets and towels. Manager was easy to communicate. Wasn’t what we expected.

The Carpenter Suite at the Charleston Compound was such a great choice for our 9-person group! -Location is wonderful: just two blocks from upper King Street near great shopping, dining, and night-life. -Neighborhood felt very safe. -The suite itself was larger than it looked in the photos: the living area + dining table + kitchen was plenty spacious for the group. -On-site parking was very convenient! -The suite was very clean. It felt fresh, airy, and modern. The beds were so comfortable! -For our group of mostly girls, there were several places (mirrors + counters + several outlets) to get ready outside of the bathroom, which made those logistics much easier. Our group was so happy with the suite, we definitely recommend it. Thanks Andrew for creating a great temporary home and for the super easy check-in and check-out process!

Perfect place for a trip to Charleston. Walking distance to restaurants on King. Andrew was very helpful. We had a plumbing problem at the house, and he responded quickly. It was fixed within the hour. Would recommend this place to others!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely everything I could have wished for in a house. The house is located in the perfect spot if you're looking to be close to the bars and restaurants. Inside is decorated perfectly and everything was so nice! I really couldn't say enough nice things about the house. I also would like to add that it's in a very safe neighborhood.. although I believe all of Charleston is safe. Would definitely stay there again!! Andrew was so nice and answered all of my questions so quickly. Really nice guy!!

We had a group of 7 over a weekend & these were perfect accommodations for us! Spacious, well-designed, and a very convenient location close to King Street. Would definitely book again.

Had group of six men that went on annual football trip and we really enjoyed the house. It was a great location to all restaurants and bars so no need to drive anywhere. Andrew was very nice guy and he was always making sure we had what we needed to have great time. I would recommend this house for any group that wants to stay in the Charleston area.

The accommodations were great. Great party house. A few pieces of furniture might need to be replaced.

I loved this home and would highly recommend it! Andrew was super helpful and did a great job and making sure our stay was incredible. We came to Charleston for a bachelorette party and it did not disappoint. The bar/lounge area in this house is perfect for big groups to have a hangout space throughout the course of the weekend. We were just 2 blocks off King St, which is where you want to be. The house is also newly remodeled and modern, with plenty of fresh towels, linens, beds to sleep many. Andrew went above and beyond to provide us with travel size toiletries and house supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. I would stay in this house again in a heart beat! The place was so nice and really clean. In a great location - once we got to charleston we never had to use our car and could pretty much walk everywhere. Had plenty of parking which was great. Andrew was very friendly and really easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

I had the luxury of staying in the Piazza unit of this compound with 6 of my closest girlfriends. It was filled with Southern Charm and immaculate. Andrew was wonderful in accommodating our schedule and I would definitely stay at this property again. The best part is that it was within walking distance to all of Charleston's top restaurants and bars on Upper King Street.

This was the perfect apartment for our girls weekend. Andrew was very fast to respond and answered all our questions about the place. The apartment is just as pictured and had everything we needed! It is walking distance to everything on King Street which was perfect for us. We would highly recommend this place!

Everything was clean and very nice in the Carpenter Suite! It was a short couple of blocks to the bars and restaurants on King Street and they even had parking for both of our cars. I visited with two other guys on a weekend golf trip. I highly recommend the place and will look forward to staying again on my next trip to Charleston. Tom
