We really enjoyed our time in Rancho Mirage. The home was perfect for entertaining safely. The backyard was spacious and provided a beautiful view of the mountains. We took daily walks around the incredibly maintained neighborhood. The master bathroom was a bit dated but still provided a comfortable experience. The kitchen was amazing. We spent hours huddled around the large island. I would encourage you to double check the house before guest arrival. There was a slow leak in the master shower and the outside firepit was out of service. Due to COVID, we elected to forego requesting in home repair after our arrival. Everything else was wonderful.

We loved our stay in this incredible home. The layout is perfect for entertaining with a large open kitchen to the grand living room and backyard. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! A few small repairs are needed but other than that, we loved our stay and Lynn was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. I would highly recommend this house!

There is soooo much room in the house and the layout was perfect for us to be together and yet to have room for us to spread out. The property is utterly gorgeous in a neighborhood with mountains and trees and quiet and beauty all around. There is a wonderfully huge backyard with the most serene and zen like circle swimming pool and jacuzzi. the pool water was so warm and the jacuzzi hot and we swooned with delight back there.There is a front yard with an outdoor fireplace for cozy chats. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious. The kitchen is large and was perfectly equiped for our huge Thanksgiving dinner we had prepared. TVs in every bedroom to boot! The only down side is having to leave. The magic of the desert and this wonderful home was a trip we will never forget. And Lynn was wonderful with any questions we had!!!!

The property inside and out was beautiful. The kitchen is HUGE and well appointed, which we love. We also used the BBQ every day and ate both inside and outside at the big tables. It was great that we had lots of space to relax however we wanted, inside for the AC or outside by the pool. The high ceilings make it feel extra luxurious, and the detached master bedroom with ensuite was especially nice for the older couple. Would definitely rent again in the future!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Tons of room, backyard space is huge, super quiet neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to grab coffee or go to the store. Lynn was super easy to communicate with and the house is in amazing shape. Would absolutely come back to this awesome home!

Wonderful house that has all the amenities for a restful vacation. The pool and backyard were ideal for our family and the rooms were spacious and well appointed.

Lynn was very helpful and got back to us with every question within the hour. I went with my family and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool was the highlight with the kids, with the water pump. I would would stay again. Thank you Lynn.

Had a great stay here with my family. Location was great, overall layout of the house was exactly what we needed. And the water spouts over the pool was amazing! Some minor cons: Would have been nice to get a house guide (especially for the pool), WiFi wasn't strong enough, a few of us had to work a day or two remotely and it was very difficult to get a steady signal. Main sliding door was broken and did not lock at all, so we had to MacGyver contraptions in front of it for extra security (since we had children in the house), and the pool (although very nice) was filled with boatman bugs (we think) all along walls in the pool, but it didn't deter us from having fun! Property manager was responsive via VRBO and texting, but no action taken on the issues we brought up. But overall, great experience.

We were able to spend 2 wonderful weeks with our son and family without ever having to leave the house! There was room for every one to spread out. We gave to pool a real work out and the fountains were not only a hit but made the REALLY high Temps tolerable. The yard is very private and has enough green space to enjoy some outdoor games morning and evenings. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, beds were comfortable, kids loved the Xbox and the tv room. Lynn keeps the house at 75 degrees which was wonderful. She is a very responsive hostess before,, during and at the end of our stay.

A well located property with plenty of room for a family or group. Lynn was very responsive on inquiries and resolved all questions/concerns we had during our rental.

If you’re looking for a home to relax and nest in for the week, this is the perfect place! The property has a great layout with hang out spaces through out the house and yard. The hedged walls enclosing the property provide the feeling of being at a resort not to mention the heated pool and spa, two outdoor fireplaces and a small putting green. Additionally, it was wonderful that each bed room has its own patio and access to the yard / pool. The house also boast a large stocked kitchen with a nice dry bar. The house is also located close to many stores and entertainment at relatively short walk or a few minute car drive. Lynn was also a wonderful host and very helpful from beginning till to the end. Marc, her property manager, was very professional and on top of everything. We def will be returning soon !

This is an amazing house. The location is right by the River. The house has everything including lots of TVs, large barbecue, amazing bedrooms and kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were great. There were lots of comfy lawn chairs, sliding doors and TVs in every room. This is a great vacation home for entertaining family and friends! I would strongly recommend this home!

We rented this beautiful home for 11 days over the 2nd weekend of the Coachella Music Festival and the Stagecoach Music Festival , and it fit our needs perfectly. We had two separate groups over two weekends, and everyone loved the home and the location. Close to shuttle stops for the festivals, as well as lots of shopping and golf! Large pool and jacuzzi in the back yard with 10' of privacy shrubs came in handy after a day on the links or an evening walking the festival grounds. Tons of pool towels and bath towels! Fully furnished kitchen had plenty of everything for cooking and eating, plus a large supply of plastic plates and glasses for the pool area out back. Huge master suite with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. Two other main house bedrooms share a bathroom, but that didn't create any undue issues for our groups. Polished concrete floors made the occasional spill easy to clean up. Outside separate bedroom could not be locked from outside, which created a little angst given the Coachella Weekend news about rental home robberies in the valley while people are inside the music festivals, but we made sure not to leave any valuables there when everyone was gone. Three car garage allows for plenty of secured covered parking. It was nearing the end of the winter tourist season in the Valley, and the property showed a few signs of wear and tear: 1) The sound system worked well only in the living room - was practically inaudible from the ceiling speakers on the outside patio and didn't work at all in the master bedroom; 2) Gas grill hose leaked (natural gas), so we had to disconnect it for safety; 3) most of the outdoor furniture was old and probably needs to be replaced before next season (two chaise lounges had ripped down the center, several of the wooden chairs were literally falling apart), but there were three almost new zero-gravity loungers out back; 4) Wine frig switch broken and stuck on 73 degrees; 5) Wifi quit accepting its password the day before we left. Despite these few drawbacks, we would heartily recommend the property for a group looking for a quiet place to relax and hang out for any events in the valley. Spoke with the owner on the day of arrival, who was very accommodating and apologized up front for the recent wear and tear on the patio furniture (some guests don't go to any effort to take care of things when they rent someone else's home!) , and I feel pretty confident she'll remedy those few problems soonest.

Comfortable, Open, everyone had a ball.

A few times while being at this house, I felt like I was living in a magazine spread! It was so different from any other house I have stayed in, very unique. The home is very private. It was hard for me to tell how large the pool was from the pictures. Some of the photo's I thought made it look really small, but it is actually a pretty good size. There is a nice side lawn of grass, and a pretty large lot. The house has very high ceilings and can have a bit of sound that carries, or echoes. The floors a a large tile concrete, which is a very cool look. The kitchen is enormous, and it has a good flow. The TV is in a media room a bit closed off, which is great for the TV to not loose the sound or be echoing in the rest of the house, and each bedroom had a nice TV, although we didn't use them. The master bedroom is very large with a very comfortable king bed, large bathroom with a very long counter and double sink. Two bedrooms are between a jack and Jill bathroom, another powder bathroom is right there also. The fourth bedroom is a separate area off the dining room, you actually have to go outside to enter it. The room has it's own walk in closet and bathroom. My daughter was visiting us and slept out there during her visit. The pool was heated, and stayed very warm. There is a hot tub but we didn't use that either. We were so relaxed and amazed at this home. Out front is closed off and has a private fireplace and seating area and a little putting green. I sat out here every morning and watched the sun rise, and we watched the sunsets every night in the backyard going down behind the mountains.

My family absolutely loved our week at this home. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. My wife and I and 4 teenagers easily fit in this home with plenty of space for relaxing, hanging out in the pool or hot-tub, and cooking in the very large kitchen. It is also centrally located by lots of excellent restaurants, hiking, golfing , shopping and easy access to the freeway. We were visiting family in the area and will definitely try and stay here the next time we visit.

It was the perfect place for my family and I to relax for 5 days! Fully stocked and fully loaded with beautiful amenities and very kid and dog friendly! We will definitely be back :)

This is a beautiful home that is well equipped with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Loved the backyard and sound system. Located close to everything. We all wished we could have stayed longer. The dogs loved the yard and the concrete floors. Perfect for pool party, birthday party, family reunion. Lynn was very responsive and helpful. We will stay again.
