My husband & i visit Newberg often to see his mom. We've stayed in all the hotels, but this place is more convenient to downtown - walkable to several restaurants, bars, etc. Loved having a full kitchen too. Thanks Yamhill Flats!

Behind yellow and burgundy exterior of the building and up the steep carpeted stairs hides a WONDERFUL retreat from the world.
I did not expect temperatures in Oregon to be in the high 90s for our July visit...and was I ever relieved to open the door to our hideaway and be greeted by cold air. It neve occurred to me to check to see if the rental I'd booked had A/C.
Well designed studio suite with plenty of room for two people and two suitcases. Kitchen is well appointed, check in and out via the app or text was a breeze!

Loved staying here! Location is ideal.In walking distance to many cute establishments in downtown Newburg. Easy street parking if needed.
The interior was clean and it felt very high-end. Soft plush bed. They even provided headphones for street noise.

Lovely in-town getaway
A well-appointed and chic little spot right in the middle of old-town Newberg! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine, delicious local coffee, and earplugs!

My perfect home away from home!
I always feel perfectly situated here. We have stayed twice and I always look for an excuse to stay again. Clean, airy, quiet.
We stayed in a multitude of locations from CA to WA this trip and this was easily the most comfortable bed and home-away-from-home there was!

Very clean, great location
The property was clean, centrally located, well-stocked, and just what we needed for a couple of days in Newberg. The host, Autumn, was easy to communicate with and provided all the details we needed in advance of our stay. It was also easy to find street parking and we didn't have any issues with tickets or towing. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Great Place to Stay
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient to everything especially my beloved Coffee Cottage. We stayed in Suite 2 and for the two of us it was perfect.

Wonderful Property
The flat we stayed in was beautiful and exceptionally clean and inviting. The only things that were not 5 star are the stairs to the floor where the flats are located. They are very steep and the door is so close to the last stair that it is a bit awkward and uncomfortable to get in and out, although after a little time we figured out how make it work. The other thing that was not 5 star was the street noise, since this is on the Main Street/hwy 219, it is extremely loud early in the morning during the week, Sunday morning was quiet and peaceful. If we came back to Newberg we would probably stay again though since the actual flat was very comfortable.

This property was just as the pictures depicted. Clean, comfortable, and close to all sorts of amenities. While the street noise from the adjacent road was a bit much, maybe I’m a light sleeper, the room was still great.

The studio apartment was very well designed and very convenient except if you are there on the First Friday of the month. One of the vendors used the entire hallway to display his wife's paintings. We heard every word since I was unable to take a much needed nap due to the noise. Very inconsiderate to use this space when renters are present especially during the evening hours. Also would be helpful to have recycling information. Enjoyed 5 of the 6 days. Loved being able to walk to several restaurants.

Great studio in the heart of Newberg!
This was the perfect place to stay while we explored wine country in the Willamette Valley. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable- couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The Perfect Location For A Wine Country Getaway
We absolutely had a blast staying here during our trip to the Willamette Valley. The space was clean and well appointed. And you couldn't beat the location - just a quick walk for fresh coffee or glass of wine (just in case you didn't bring back a bottle when you were out tasting). All the best wineries in the area were just a quick drive away, along with great restaurants and other hotspots.

Overall, it was great. Clean, modern and really convenient. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5-star review from us is the parking situation. The meter maids do come and check for the 2 hour street parking time limits (we saw them several times).
