In need of repairs. If paying for cleaning, need to review who cleans. Some of the dishes had dried food and dead spiders. Ice maker must have been disabled, no ice available, master bed did not have any blankets on it. Found some in a closet that was very messy shelves spilling on to other shelves. Shower in master had hair in it, bath not very clean

This house is a little off the beaten track, but that’s what makes it special. The quiet. Pool table and the downstairs area is great for relaxing and listening to music. The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Overall a great experience and a place we will seek out next year.

I booked this property for my family. Unfortunately, we were visiting to attend my Uncle's funeral, so this was very last minute. I would recommend this property to multi-family groups; the space allowed for the younger crowd to bunk downstairs and the older crowd upstairs.

It was early December when we arrived at this gorgeous mountain cabin. We were all so touched when we opened the door and there in the living room stood a decorated, fully lit Christmas tree to greet us! This is just one example of the thoughtfulness and attention to detail the property owners exhibited. We had Everything we needed at this well appointed cabin.

Honestly had not done a vacation rental trip with the whole family. Was nervous for accommodations being that it was Christmas. This property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and preparing the meals. Plenty of seating and extra seating for everyone to be together. TV to have on good movies in the background and the hosts were very responsive and kind. Would love to come back again if they would have us!

Teesha was very communicative, house is cozy and very accommodating for a large group. We headed to Show low for my wife’s birthday and she loved it! Our only con to this and this is on us, we thought it was going to be out In the middle of nowhere house is actually in a community next to other homes, nothing wrong with that of course but we thought we were going to be out in the boonies.. Pool table was a plus kids enjoyed the hammock. Would definitely recommend for large families with kids. Teesha thank you for the stay and the great communication throughout the entire process, you guys have an awesome home. Thank you!

This is a well designed and outfitted in a lovely area. Great hiking and fishing.

The positives: - Great location - Plenty of space - Nicely furnished and decorated - Plenty of linens - Responsive owner, tried to fix things - Easy check in - Dual AC was great! Some things to consider for those that are going to rent this property. - Kitchen cookware needs upgraded, pots and pans scratched - Ice maker not working - Master bed mattress very firm (owner supplied mattress topper when we mentioned it being uncomfortable, while it have it added cushion, we rolled to the middle, probably just needs replaced). - Soda machine not working, arcade game not working- owner is aware, welcome letter explained they haven't been able to find someone to repair them in the white mountain area. We didn't read this until pulling in the driveway (our fault) but they are both still pictured in the listing and we expected to be able to use them. - Multiple windows would not lock- owner was unaware until we mentioned it. - Air Hockey table not working well, owner was unaware. - Hot water only lasts about 8-10 minutes in the master shower- water heater turned on the hottest setting. Water pressure is really good (not adjustable), so this may be the problem. Owner was made aware. - Living room light fixture not working so it was pretty dark. Owner scheduled an electrician to come over, but he didn't show and we were unable to reschedule. These things that were not in working order, were some of the reasons we rented the house in the first place. With these things fixed and upgraded, we would gladly give the home 5 stars, but as is, I feel 3 is fair.

The property was a great size with lots of beds. The pool table was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was very quiet and a good place to take walks.

We came to celebrate anniversary with family. Had a blast and our kids loved it the whole time!

Wonderful house! Clean, well maintained. Large spaces for hanging out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and neighborhood. Comfy beds. Owners were responsive and left a binder full of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Would recommend bringing lawn/camping chairs for the beautiful deck. There is only seating for 3 (4 if you are cozy!) and you will want to be out there morning and night! They have folding chairs and plastic outdoor chairs available but not comfy for hanging out for awhile. Will definitely stay again!

Our family had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful, and very cozy. It had more than enough room to accommodate our family, and several things to do to entertain us all during our stay. Our kids have been asking for us to go back ever since!

We had plenty of room and the property and house were perfect for us (especially during distance learning and working from home set up). Quiet neighborhood, lots of trails nearby, we grilled, played pool, and truly enjoyed the home. Teesha was very responsive. We would definitely book this property again. Such a great house for all ages! We had a blast and the location is perfect. We are ready to head back ASAP!! Owners are great and respond back right away.

Wonderful stay! Clean cabin, fully stocked kitchen, good beds and linens & towels. Neighborhood is quiet and the views of the front porch are awesome! Kids loved the lower level game room area. Games, toys, Netflix etc were all hits too as well as the backyard hammock. Internet was fast and reliable which was great with remote learning for the kids. Only disappointment was not having much use of the yard area for games due to the grade/incline of the property but the home itself more than made up for it!

Our family stayed here with another family during the pandemic as we all needed a break from our own homes and the Phoenix heat. We all agreed that the cabin looked much larger and more secluded in the photos than it was in person. We had 5 children (ages 1-7) with us and the front and back yards were both full of pine cones which they enjoyed collecting. But there wasn't much space for them to go off exploring. No fault of the owners, but did want to mention it to other families who might be looking for a place for their kids to play. When we entered the cabin we were overwhelmed with air freshener both upstairs and downstairs. One air freshener was on a timer upstairs and mounted to the wall, but a second air freshener was plugged in downstairs so we did unplug that as it was an overpowering smell. It was also unusually warm (95°) so perhaps the cabin being closed amplified the smell. After a day of no air freshener downstairs though we did begin to smell a very musty smell. I know the owners don't allow pets, but we all likened the smell to a wet dog. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/plates/dish towels/etc but everything was rather worn and could use replacement. The owners ask renters to wash everything themselves and just about everything we went to use wasn't washed very well. We all felt that the cabin could use a good deep cleaning. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers, dust on surfaces and fingerprints on the tvs were noticeable. I will say the bathrooms were very clean though. There was a mix up with the owners/their cleaners where paper towels weren't left for us. We only had 1/2 a roll provided for 9 people for 5 days. Teesha did offer to reimburse us for a roll if we purchased some but we had already made a trip to the store before realizing the error and didn't want to go back. One major issue we had was a full propane tank was left in the laundry room. When we discovered it we immediately put it outside by the grill. The day before leaving Teesha text me asking if we would be checking out early because her cleaners had a very busy schedule. I found that rather odd, but I did text her the next morning when we left an hour before check out time. Overall we enjoyed our time together. We visited Show Low lake (10 minutes away) and did some hiking (trails are very close, just across the street). We just felt for the cost, especially paying a cleaning fee, the cabin should have been cleaner and updated a bit.

Property was amazing , view was great , and close to the snow !

We are a family of 6 and our oldest daughter was away at college and so we decided to do something different for Thanksgiving and take our 3 little ones up to a cabin and celebrate there. This cabin was super easy to find, pictures are exactly how it looks, very clean, plenty of room, the game room downstairs was exactly what we needed for the kids. We ended up getting snow and the cable went out so the games helped a lot. They do have Apple TV which was a lifesaver, so we had movie night and hot coco. Close to stores, and a great sledding spot. The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities to cook. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you again Teesha & Blaine

We enjoyed your cabin and it was everything you advertised it would be. We had a total of 7 people and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and Walmart was nearby to get our groceries. The kids loved the pool table, air hockey and Nintendo. The arcade game was not working, as the owner has ordered a new part. We also tried our luck in getting a "Golden Ticket" from the vending machine. We went hiking across the street in the national forest. Fools Hollow lake was nearby for fishing. I texted the owner while we were there & she responded right away. Thank you again Teesha for renting us your cabin. We noticed you have a few other cabin rentals, so we will check those out when we return to the White Mountains!

Cabin is in a great location and neighborhood!

The Wiggins family cabin was a very comfortable place. It was very fun for kids who enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and wii. The home was very nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and everybody slept well. Great location for hiking and fishing adventures

Lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained, aND all the luxuries of home. Nice to be able to go out and do whatever, and come back to one place where everyone can be together opposed to seprate hotel rooms. Will definately be coming back.

We had a group of 3 couples, this house was perfect, we each had or own bedroom & bath. The kitchen was spacious, and had everything we needed for meal prep. We really enjoyed the downstairs game area. The pool table & air hockey were so much fun. Had the weather cooperated, I think we would of really enjoyed the outdoor decks & bbq. Overall the cabin was clean comfy & welcoming. We would stay again!
