A beautiful clean home with gorgeous furnishings and art work as well as sculptures. Wonderful back porch with swinging sofa. Ample room for friends and family. A little far from the beach. Parking was tight. Neighbors did not like towels hanging on outside hooks. Stove burners were malfunctioning. Internet was not working properly~ had to call in for an alternate sign-in and passcode. Lastly~electrical problems with the outlet in the kitchen. Could not use the toaster or coffee maker on our second morning due to problem with the sockets on the kitchen countertops as well as kitchen bar. The electrical sockets were not working in the downstairs master bathroom, so could not utilize a hairdryer. Other than those snafus, a very beautiful home. Suitable for a large group!

This place was an absolute dream. Beautiful home with everything you could want. So many places to sleep for a large group. I've never been in a place with two master bedroom suites. The porch was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying that. We were thrilled that it came with four bikes! Such a great location, you are close enough but away from the hustle and bustle. There is a Publix very close too. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home.

House was spectacular and the perfect size for our 2 families to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed having 2 master suites which really made it a home away from home experience. Neighborhood has everything you would need to entertain kids ages 10-20. The bikes were a plus and the distance from the ocean was so convenient.

This property is exactly as you see it. Very, very nice! The master bedrooms are wonderful! Don’t count on the pull-out sofa bed being any kind of comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are very roomy and comfortable. This is the only area that has the fountain outside in the pond so that was nice. Very easy in and out. Pool and play area was excellent. Get a golf cart! That saved us! Took it to Publix and Seaside more than once! We will definitely return!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TipSea Turtle. The home is spacious, Immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed, bikes are a bonus, the large dining table and lovely porch are perfect for family gatherings. The management company made our check-in seamless.

It was pristine, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and the grocery store, and our kids had plenty to do. My husband and I loved swinging on the front porch at night and listening to the nature sounds around us. Our kids loved having their own twin beds and a TV in their room. We recently stayed at TipSea Turtle in NatureWalk and couldn’t have been more pleased. This is a very new subdivision tucked next to WaterColor where we have stayed several times before. The area is within a 15 minute bike ride to Seaside and other areas along 30-A, but away from the hectic traffic of those areas. We were very pleased with all of the amenities that TipSea Turtle and NatureWalk had to offer without paying the premium of WaterColor. This new home has a very clean and airy beach feel and is located within a 3 minute walk to the community ‘Gathering Place’ which boasts a clubhouse, two pools (one heated), large hot tub, grills, fire pit, hammocks, and a playground for kids. During peak season, the subdivision provides golf cart shuttles to/from the beach. Otherwise, the georgeous white sand beaches of the Emerald Gulf Coast are a short (1 mile) bike ride away. The property offers 4 bikes (and helmets) which we regularly used to take a leisurely morning or afternoon ride to the many shops and restaurants at Seaside. The home is very spacious and offers two master bedrooms which works great for two families traveling together….no flipping of a coin to see who gets the big room!!! Beds were super comfortable, only to be matched by the comfort and relaxation of winding down each evening on the spacious front porch bed swing overlooking a fountain pond called ‘Sunset Pond’. The home is tastefully decorated throughout and has a very well appointed kitchen along with an outdoor infrared grill for all of your cooking needs. We will definitely book another stay at TipSea Turtle!!!

Wonderful neighborhood (Naturewalk) close to it all! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family to relax and enjoy the area.

Very updated, clean. Very comfortable beds. Master suite on main level was designed very well. Loved it! Especially enjoyed the bikes & riding the nature trails. Plenty of linens. Decor was very nice. Comfortable chairs & couch...especially liked the swivel rockers. Would love to book New Year's week next year but already booked :(

We stayed the latter part of July 2018, 2 families totaling 10 people. The house fit us all perfectly, and was decorated beautifully. Was close enough to the beach (I wouldn't call it walking distance, especially if you're bringing anything), but its a close drive (we were able to find public parking near the beach) or they have the shuttle. The neigborhood is awesome with lots of activity, biking, trails, and the pools. We would definitely stay here again! Only complaint, parking was kind of a pain with 2 Suburbans, but we made it work!

Wonderful location provided a relaxed and spacious spot to enjoy Seaside. Proximity to Seaside gave our older kids freedom to bike into town and to the beach. The setup of the house was great and worked out perfect for us to separate our teenagers who wanted to stay up late into the night from the toddler that needed rest. Well stocked house and the management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a bike chain issue that with one call to the management they swapped out for us within a short period.

The property is immaculate. It offers everything one could want. I am so impressed and cannot wait to return. I have already recommended this unit to all my friends.
