5 bedrooms is a huge plus. Clean, modern, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each and a TV sitting area and balcony were amazing. Big bathroom with washer and dryer. Big washer - can do a lot of towels or clothes. 2 bedrooms down are great - 1 queen and 1 king. Bathroom downstairs big. Toilet works Great. No musty lake house smell. Hot water heater - plenty of hot water. Air conditioner works awesome. Having Mars resort next door was fun and Nice to have next door - music on WE not loud, great food and really reasonable pricing. A little further down , walkable, Getaway Inn great bar and amazing Prime Rib.. 2 kayaks were a lot of fun, plenty of floats and life jackets in under enclosed house away. Lake has some seaweed in areas but shore was great and we were able to waterski. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, utensil , pots, pans etc. very nice refrigerator. Super easy checking, parking outside for several cars. Great Lake House

This is a beautiful lake front property which accommodated our extended family gathering. The home was clean and very well kept. Right on the lake for easy boat docking and water sports such as kayaking, swimming, boating, etc. Very relaxing stay and at times it felt like we had the lake to ourselves (only light traffic on the lake). Will definitely consider this location again in the future.

Went here with some work colleagues for a few days of team work. The upstairs loft was the perfect place to screen cast as a whole group and there were lots of smaller spaces to work in smaller groups. Plenty of parking…a 2 minute walk to a super fun supper club next door, your own beach…what more could you want? ;)

Had a wonderful stay with friends for a long weekend, house was very clean and had everything you would need! Was fun to be next to Mars and check in and check out couldnt be easier!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We loved having Lake Como in the backyard and waking up to the sounds of waves and birds. The kitchen had ample counter space for cooking and we enjoyed sitting in the kitchen for our meals. The TV in the living room had most major streaming services, which was perfect for movies in the evening. We walked to Mars Resort next door for a great lunch with a lake view. Our host Ali was incredibly responsive to questions, for which we’re grateful. Most areas of interest, including Geneva Lake/Lake Geneva were within a 7-10 minute drive. Two minor drawbacks: (1) The shower upstairs and the bathtub downstairs could be bigger relative to the bathroom sizes, and (2) The house’s proximity to Mars Resort was a little noisy, even in the off-season, with the usual sounds of restaurant operations –trucks idling, doors opening/closing, etc. White noise machines were provided in all bedrooms to help remedy this though. Overall, we would recommend!

Amazing property! I came with my family and we had a blast. Property was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The host Ali was kind and always available. We will be returning!

Our stay at this property to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday was amazing!!! Definitely perfect for a gals getaway weekend. The rental was beautiful, spacious, and was fully stocked with everything we could need! The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything you would need to make all of your meals. The whole space was even better than the pictures! Having the Mars Restaurant next door was an added bonus. It was nice to just walk over for a great supperclub dinner. It's only minutes from downtown lake geneva and we were able to go shopping and stopped at some of our favorite spots. The rental owners were some of the most kind people weve ever rented from. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out during the snow storm weekend. We will definitely be back!
