We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 3 Tiki Hut and Sunsets ! The home was everything described in the booking. Waterfront views were amazing. While we were vacationing with friends in the area, we still made time to enjoy the home and it's amenities. The pool was very relaxing. The outdoor BBQ made dining outside very enjoyable. The location of the property was perfect with everything we wanted to see close by. The property was clean nicely furnished. We would recommend this property for a nice stay !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderful. The pool is the perfect size and was warm on our arrival. I spent a great deal of time on the dock. The furniture is super comfortable and the view is breathtaking. We have stayed in several homes in Cape Coral this one is our favorite so far! If you are staying Cape Coral make sure you check out Bread Pete. Best breakfast hands down!

We had a wonderful time. No complaints, the pool ended up being cloudy our last day, I let them know and by the time we got back from our day out the pool cleaner had already been by. I would 100% stay again!

This house is in a great location in Cape Coral, on a wide canal very close to the river with gorgeous views! The house itself is much larger than it looks in the pictures, with a huge kitchen and 2 large living areas and the perfect layout for a family, with the master on one side and the additional 2 bedrooms on the other. It is also a great outside layout with the covered area, pool and dock - we spent all of our time in those 3 places almost every day. Comfortable beds, perfectly stocked kitchen - everything you could want to feel at home! We were so fortunate that they were able to accomodate our dates as the original house we had rented was too damaged during Hurricane Ian and was not inhabitable. To that end, the pool cage and dock seating area weren't available during our stay (only reason for the 4 stars on the listing accuracy), but the dock had just been rebuilt so we were at least able to walk out there and see the beautiful views! We would absolutely rent this wonderful home again! Thank you for a wonderful week with our adult children!

This house was gorgeous! Even my family from Cape Coral saved the address to rent in the future. My hubby caught a shark off the back dock! Pool, dock, and provided amenities were awesome. We just had to show up and have fun!

Had a wonderful time in this rental. Lots of thoughtful touches and absolutely everything you need. We had an issue with some furniture during our stay and this was fixed with someone on site within 1 hour to remediate. Super comminication thtoughout - would have been even more helpful to understand how far the included fuel fee was likely to go. The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with absolutely phenomenal views of the passing boats with their waving incumbents :) Loved every second of our stay especially 4th July which was an outstanding night on the deck.

I can’t say enough good things about this house. First, the location is perfect. Right on the water with beautiful views. The house is bright, open and cheery. We went with two teenage daughters and their bedrooms were huge and they shared the second bathroom which had a large vanity with two sinks. Perfect for teen girls. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with more than you needed. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable for our morning walks. The pool and outside tiki hut area was our favorite place to relax. We honestly stayed most of our time at the house because it was so relaxing and beautiful. With a couple of trips to Sanibel Island which was very close. The rental process was smooth and Sue was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property and I know we will be back again.

The house is beautiful. Has everything you need. If you have someone with mobility issues there is no grab bar to hold onto in the walk in shower and though it’s large enough there is no shower chair. Other than that it’s perfect. Would definitely stay there again

We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful house. During that time we hosted friends and family. The house layout was great for our group with plenty of room inside and outside. The pool and canal view was awesome. We had our dog with us and the inside/outside living worked really well. The burrowing owls were an added bonus.

Beautiful property, great location, extremely relaxing. The floor plan was very efficient. The patio and pool were very relaxing and the tiki hut was enchanting. I didn’t anticipate the river boat traffic to be so entertaining.

Shocked is an understatement! It's BEAUTIFUL! The sheer size and character of the home it's self is amazing. We took long night swims in the heated salt water pool, enjoyed the indoor outdoor feel of the house,watched movies played games, used the kayaks and fishing equipment! We caught several large catfish in the Salt water canal, along with a sting ray. We stayed at two other resorts during our week long adventure from the cold to celebrate our marriage and this house was better than any of the resorts we stayed at hands down ❤ we have told so many people and are already planning our trip back next year love love love it!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! It was great - beautiful, clean, wonderful pool and dock area! Our boat trip was awesome as well. We would definitely stay again, and we hope to soon!

We loved this house! It was in a great and quiet location and Sue was great to work with. We were able to rent a boat for a few days so it was nice to have the dock. The house was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning!

This house was by far the best home we have ever stayed in. Everything was impeccably clean!! Anything that you could possibly need/want was there. The kitchen was fully equipped with all that was needed to cook, the beds were super comfy, there were kayaks, bikes, beach gear, and fishing gear! The area has lots of great restaurants and things to do...but we also just loved hanging out at the house and floating in the pool. We are hoping to visit again really soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s home. The home is very spacious with all the things you need on your stay away from home. Kitchen is full of cooking supplies. We appreciated how every room was stocked with your basic needs. The pool was wonderful and the water view was a great plus. We were lucky enough to see a dolphin at our stay. The tiki hut was great to sit at with our kids. We traveled with our 3 girls under 8 and they loved spending their time in the pool. Everything was a short drive away from the home. The boat house restaurant was a great bite. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. It was a lovely experience.

Perfect house for a relaxing vacation. All members of our group ( teens n adults) enjoyed all the amenities they offered.

Well appointed and very clean. Room to spread out with 6 people. The view was lovely. The dock and pool were great features. Everything we needed for stay including supplies to do laundry. The only negative for us was the water for showers never seemed to be hot or even warm at times. We did not contact the property manager for this as we assumed this was a combination of low temp setting for safety and cost savings, and six people showering .

We love this house. It was spotless, comfortable and was bigger than expected! We loved being able to dock our boat and jump on it each day and head out to fish and to the beach. The owners made checking in a breeze and provided tons of information in a book about the local area. We definitely want to stay here again!
