We had a wonderful six-day stay at the lovely Tiny Trail Cottage! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and generously equipped. It was apparent that Pam was extremely thoughtful as she anticipated and provided supplies to meet the needs of her guests.
We absolutely loved the location of the cottage! Whenever we weren't out hiking, visiting waterfalls, shopping, or eating out at restaurants, we enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, soaking in the beautiful view.
This was also a great location for our dog. We enjoyed walking her around the neighborhood, and we appreciated the designated "potty area" on the side of the house. The motion-activated outdoor lights were very helpful at night, along with the flashlights that Pam provided.
My husband and I have stayed in three other rental properties during previous visits to the Cashiers/Highlands area, and we agree that Tiny Trail Cottage is, by far, the best! We look forward to returning next year!

Cashiers has always been a special place to us, so it was such a treat to bring our kids to join in the fun. The location of Tiny Trail Cottage was perfect- so close to the town center of Cashiers while simultaneously tucked away in the quietest mountain neighborhood. The outdoor space was amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard and enjoyed playing, watching the ducks, spotting bunnies, and roasting marshmallows over the fire! The cottage was very clean and quaint with comfortable furnishings and lots of windows to let the outdoors in. Pam was super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, and the check in and check out process was seamless. We look forward to our next visit to Tiny Trail Cottage!

What a lovely stay we had at the Tiny Cottage. It was clean beyond measure, VERY roomy (not THAT tiny!), private but not secluded and a great location in Cashiers. We loved the neighborhood as well, great for walking the dog. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The loading and unloading was a breeze on even ground- no steps! We particularly enjoyed the back porch for reading during the day, star gazing at night. The kitchen was very well appointed with high end appliances and plenty of everything you need for preparing a meal.
The gas fireplace in the living area did a beautiful job of warming the entire cottage- even though we had temps in the low 30's at night, we never turned on the heat.
Pam was a great host and very responsive.
We will definitely return!!!

My family of four (plus furry friend) had a wonderful trip to Cashiers using Tiny Cottage as our home base! The amenities were excellent - we made s’mores in the fire pit and having laundry was an added bonus! This location was perfect for our needs!

We loved our stay at Tiny Trail Cottage! The cabin is so clean and perfectly suited for a couple or small family. The property is beautiful and sits against a peaceful little pond that was frequented by otters and ducks. It was a quick drive to town for groceries or restaurants... though the cabin is so darling we wanted to spend most time at the homebase. If this place is available for your dates, just book it!

The Location of this property is fantastic! short walk to town … ! Unlike some properties that are miles of winding roads.. this is perfect! Not to mention the neighborhood is beautiful!we enjoyed many walks enjoying the surroundings of this neighborhood . Th house is cozy!!

This place is ADORABLE. We loved it and enjoyed it so very much. Such a relaxing place for us to getaway and offered everything we could have possibly asked for and more. It was very clean, very cozy, and had an amazing view out back. Pam did such a great job checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving us helpful info on hikes. We’d love to come back for another stay!

We stayed at the Tiny Trail Cottage for the entire month of August. It was exactly what we needed. The setting, cleanliness and location of the property was first rate. Pam was a wonderful host and was there when we needed her for recommendations, trips, restaurants, etc. We wanted a relaxing, comfortable getaway and this property gave that to us. We would definitely stay here again and left with nothing but wonderful memories of our stay.

Cozy and quaint
Perfectly charming cottage! We had all that we needed to cook, rest and play. We love the dark stained wood ceilings. Beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic Getaway!
We had a fabulous time at the Tiny Trail Cabin! The only hiccup was that the floors were a little dirty when we arrived. Pamela was on it and ready to send the cleaning lady back. I refused because I did it myself and didn't want anyone else in the cabin after we had arrived for health reasons. Pamela was such a great hostess and always would check to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. The cabin is adorable! The location is so wonderful and we weren't far from the grocery store which was great for us, because we went there often. Cashiers is a sweet little town. We travelled to Highlands, Brevard, Asheville and Walhalla. Just wished we had enough time to stay another week. Until next time...Thank you Pam for your hospitality!

Adorable cottage
This rental in Cashiers was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 children, and a dog). Pam was very communicative and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed and was cozy and clean. We really enjoyed making s’mores and telling stories with our kids around the fire pit. I especially appreciated the coffee pods and spent time each day on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and the peaceful scenery.

We had an amazing stay at Tiny Trail Cottage. Excellent location with privacy yet an easy stroll to town. Beds were super comfy and the cottage had everything we needed. We especially loved the porch for morning coffee and the fire pit for evening s'mores. Highly recommend!

Well Stocked Adorable Cottage
My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at Tiny Trail Cottage! It is a small cottage as the name states but very well thought out space-wise and packed with necessities from cooking items/pantry staples to extra towels/linens, card games and dvds. Beds and couch were very comfy! Enjoyed my morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the creek/pond area. We did some hiking to the nearby waterfalls and had a great lunch at Ugly Dog Pub.

Charming Cottage for a Charming Area
Cottage was perfectly charming. The decor was welcoming and warm, made us feel at home. Well equipped with all the necessary items. Weather didn’t allow a fire-pit this trip, but the cottage has a great outdoor area. Great location to town, outdoor grassy area for our dogs to stretch their legs. Pam was wonderful to work with, very accommodating. We will be back. Simply charming.

Cozy Cottage
I fell in love with the images on the listing and it was even better in person. The perfect space for a couple or small family. What was also great was the proximity to Cashiers, yet it still felt like we were away from it all.

Fantastic, cozy get away
Our family of four had a terrific time at Tiny Trail Cottage. We needed to get away after lots of being at home virtually working and schooling. We found the cottage to be clean, well appointed and close the the many things Cashiers has to offer. We saw waterfalls, went hiking and even went to nearby Sapphire Valley to ski. Pam was an excellent hostess and we hope to return in the warmer months!
