We were all impressed with this property. The beach access and the amenities were great.

house could use a little tic

Impressive walking in the front door wih full view of ocean. Very comfortable. Large comfy couch and great swivel chairs. Large dining table and stool seating at large counter. Everything you could need in kitchen. Comfy beds even the twin in den bdrm. We were told there was no cd player but there was one. Stairway to beach right next to home. Easy stairs even for someone with knee issue. .

We d we enjoyed our mini beach vacation. So relaxing!

The view was so beautiful. Location was great as it is close to family property. Thank you for sharing! We are anxious to go back! The layout of the house was perfect for us!!

this house is a step from the stairs to a wonderful beach. dog walkers, surfers, sea life (saw otters this trip) prior trip saw whales and pelicans. don't forget to bring your binoculars! wonderful well appointed kitchen and comfortable sitting. very clean. only negative would be some mattresses could be replaced starting to dip a bit. shower, heater, and water pressure better then my home! many good restaurants within a very short drive and the community very welcoming to all. shhhh don't tell anyone! such a nice run away.

Wonder house, wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Patio overlooking the beach cannot be beat. Handy access to the sand down a flight of stairs. Loved watching the walkers, dogs, horses and even whales! But be aware….. Everything great except for very high, vague fees (even for VRBO). Of course, you are informed of those before you rent.

Our group of 6 stay at different homes every year, we have stayed here twice. It's our favorite beach house in the last 10 years. Great view, spacious, all one level and easy to get to off the freeway. We love the little town of Cayuca's, great shops & restaurants, "Luna's" being one of the best garden bistro's! And nice to be so close to Marrow Bay and SLO.

Very comfortable clean and well furnished vacation home. We plan on staying there again.

Amazing experience at this property. Very well stocked with all the items one could need in a rental house. The kitchen had pretty much everything. Beautiful location. Very very quiet. The only sound was of the ocean. Very kid friendly and old age friendly host. I will definitely return.

My family and I had a great time at this property and it was absolutely perfect in so many ways. View, location, and cleanliness were fantastic! The only downside was the fact that the house is right next to a public access pathway to the beach. There was quite a bit of activity in the morning and afternoon which included many people coming and going as well as sitting on the public bench a few feet from the house. Not a huge deal but my family and I felt like we were on display at times when sitting outside on the back deck and ideally would have liked a little more privacy. Along the same lines, the master bedroom in the back of the house is very spacious but it's on the side of the house that is right next to the public access pathway to the beach so we were woken up in the early morning by people going surfing and people walking their dogs. Again not a huge deal but staying somewhere that had a master bedroom (and view) in the front of the house (not next to a public access pathway to the beach) would have been more ideal for us.

We loved the energy of the home and all the windows overlooking the ocean; just a short walk off the porch. This is a beauty.

The renting of this property was quick and easy and a basic no brainer. We love Cayucos and the comfort and beauty of the house served to greatly enhance our Cayucos experience.

Perfect location for relaxing, & enjoying the beach (for 5 adult women) with plenty of space for all! Overlooking the beach, yet beach walkers weren't in our backyard. Public stairs to the beach not busy this time of year. House was organized & clean. ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK, but manager did leave us a bag of ice to start with. Plenty of house towels. Some beach towels were provided, we didn't use them... but noticed several in the garage. We did have a bit of difficulty getting keys from lock box. We did not see garage door opener (it wasn't on the table) & manager responded by coming to our rescue. Thank you Beach & Bay.

Just the spot we needed after a long winter. We loved Cayucas before and it will always be a place we will return to.
