Wonderful hosts and beautiful home! We rented a car and the casita was a quick drive from the airport. Everything was nicely laid out and clearly well thought out by our hosts. Super close to some great restaurants and pretty lovely artwork, we really enjoyed our time in South Austin. We would absolutely stay there again!

Cute little property in a great location. We happened to be there the same week as SXSW, and it was great to be able to walk downtown and not to worry about the parking situation (or cost$$). Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Jennifer and Jeremy are great hosts and really made us feel welcome. Would totally stay here again!

This property is a wonderful destination for a couple visiting Austin. Spotless, and attractively decorated, with high quality towels and amenities. Fully stocked kitchen for those who wish to cook. The hosts are helpful and genuinely interested in your well-being. They live in the main house; the casita is completely separated, and is behind the house.

We had a great time visiting Austin. This casita is in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Our hosts made our stay so comfortable. Very clean and lots of thoughtful touches like a welcoming bottle of champagne and snacks. Jennifer gave us restaurant suggestions and we tried several and they were all excellent. Highly recommend staying here!!

This was everything we could have asked for and more. We LOVED the casita. Very clean, very warm and homey. Everything was well thought of and all the little details did not go unnoticed. We had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and Jeremy. Made our experience even more pleasant. The bed was so comfortable…the great location ideal. I miss this Casita already. It was perfection! Thank you both for being top notch hosts!

Wonderful accommodations and communication with owner was the best experience I’ve had so far. Great restaurants in walking distance and a fun welcome gift when we arrived. Would love to return for F1 race again next year. So much more comfortable then hotel.

Great hosts, great stay
We had a great stay here. The property had plenty of space and was comfortable. The location was great. Quiet but accessible to a lot. We stayed with our 1-year-old and it was a nice home base for exploring South Austin while still having a nice space to come back to for naps and in the evening. We didn’t feel like we had to tip toe around while our little one was sleeping. The hosts were awesome and gave some great suggestions of restaurants that were very close/a bit of a walk/an Uber ride away. We are big walkers so we were able to get to a lot on foot. Hosts were helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We had a great stay!

Great Getaway in Austin
First, we were pleasantly surprised that our host was there to greet us when we arrived! The “casita” is gorgeous and in a great neighborhood close to great restaurants, bus stops, food trucks, and margaritas! We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for our Austin visit!
We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of our stay! The owners were perfect-- communicated quickly and were so friendly! The house is adorable. Comfy bed, sofa, and kitchen area. Completely quiet but within walking distance to plenty of fun places to eat. I really appreciated the extra pillows, towels, sheets and blankets, as our son ended up coming at the last minute so we had plenty of room/bedding for him. We can't wait to stay here again. Really was one of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in-- thank you!!

A Clean, private and well organized space with a great overall “vibe”. Close proximity to downtown, Barton Springs, and South Congress St. plus numerous restaurants and attractions makes the location very attractive. My wife and I spent a long weekend here and would love to return to it next time we are in town. Highly recommended.

A Clean, private and well organized space with a great overall “vibe”.
Close proximity to downtown, Barton Springs, and South Congress St. plus numerous restaurants and attractions makes the location very attractive.

Weekend getaway
We had such a lovely stay at the Casita! We will definitely be recommending our friends and family stay here if they visit Austin! Great walking distance to coffee shops, food trucks (the churro co. Is a must go to), a variety of restaurants and is minutes from downtown! If you are brave you could even use the scooters all around Austin! We have not one complaint about out our stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

A beautiful home in a great location.
We were greeted by a handwritten note, a large bottle of water and a bottle of wine.
It was a thoughtful touch. Jeremy and Jennifer introduced themselves as we were on our way out to dinner. They offered suggestions on restaurants and things to do in Austin. When I was having difficulty getting the TV to play cable channels (my fault for I pushed the wrong button), Jennifer didn't hesitate to come in and help me. The location was perfect, the accomadations beautiful and the hosts gracious.

Best first-time visit to Austin
Out of all the VRBO/airbnbs I've ever done, this one was by far the best experience I've ever had. They were gracious enough to let us check in early, were quick to respond, and their hospitality was top notch. Jennifer was so responsive and so welcoming, it felt like visiting old friends.
Being first-time visitors to Austin, Jennifer gave us a handful of amazing restaurants nearby and even let me text her with any questions. The guest house was great and I loved using the exercise bike. The location was close to some great restaurants and bars and only a few minutes away from downtown Austin.
If you're ever visiting, I strongly recommend using this property! Next time we're in Austin, we will use them!

Central location to downtown and SOCO
The young couple who own the casita behind their home were welcoming and friendly. From the bottle of wine and personal welcome, they were available for recommendations and suggestions. They seemed really interested in making our trip to Austin a memorable experience. The spacious two story rental was immaculate and the attention to detail, from the linens to the pantry supplies, was exceptional. The casita was within walking distance to downtown, 1st Street shopping and restaurants, and South Congress nightlife. We would not hesitate to come back and stay here again.

This wonderfully cozy apartment was perfect for my 11 day stay in Austin. The owners had it furnished with very attractive and comfortable furniture, including a second couch that has a pull out mattress. The apartment was stocked well, including a lovely extra touch which was a bottle of wine and sparkling water. The owners were very gracious and available for any questions. The property is very quiet even though it is near South 1st Street. The location is close to the hike and bike trail, downtown Austin, and has a plethora of trendy restaurants close by. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Austin.

We recently spent a week at the casita VRBO rental on Fletcher Street. The property owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was nicely furnished, super clean and convienent to central Austin. We would certainly stay here again when our travels take us to Austin.

If you're looking for a cozy vacation rental within walking distance to Austin's great restaurants and music venues along South First and South Congress, you'll be happy here. Tucked away behind a friendly family's main house, there is a shady shared deck and screened room. The kitchen is well stocked and the master bathroom spacious. The decor is tasteful. However, the bed was not as comfortable as most places we have stayed.

We spent a comfortable week here as a couple. The guest house was well furnished and immaculate inside. Jennifer and Jeremy were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. The location was very convenient to most of our Austin destinations. The only negative was that we had extra guests for a few nights and the hide-a-bed couch was not up to par. We ended up with a quick trip to Wal Mart for a cheap air mattress that was much more comfortable.
