Condo is exceptionally clean and the location is fantastic for skiing or taking a stroll down Main St. Mike and Holly were fantastic hosts that were very welcoming and provided a wealth of information that helped us enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

You do not need to look any further… this property is perfect! The owner, Mike, was an awesome host! He pointed us to a slope side shop in short walking distance from the condo (Charter Sports) where we rented and stored our skis. We were able to ski in & out from the shop at the base of peak 9 and could easily get to other peaks from this location. We even made our way to peak 6 and back on an amazing powder day. I’m so glad we made peak 9 our starting point for one beginner and mostly intermediate skiers in our group. It was so easy to go between the condo and the Quicksilver lift. And we loved Maggie's at the bottom of the lift too. Mike was in constant contact if we needed anything and went above and beyond. You can tell he cares about his property and he has thought of everything we would need for our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 6 (adults and teens) and was so comfortable after a long day on the slopes. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Lots of hooks and shelves for our ski gear, a glove/boot dryer, sleds, games, soft kleenex, grill and an extra storage area. We had a very short walk to the hot tubs and loved using them even in single digit weather. We walked to downtown too! Wouldn’t change a thing from our visit! Some of our best memories made! A+++

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, well located and had everything we needed. There was a lot of space to spread out and a wonderful living area to relax together. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home....communication was great....everything was just as described.

We stayed here (one adult, two college boys) the week before Christmas. The place was perfect; easy walk to the lift, great hot tub access, quick walk to town. All amenities are spot on, and the xbox/Netflix access was a bonus! Comfortable, enjoyable accommodations, with consistent easy communication with owner. We would definitely return.

This property is absolutely amazing! The location to downtown, hikes, the pool and hot tub‘s… All of it was wonderful! Being first time visitors to Breckenridge area, we had no idea what to expect and we were completely overjoyed with everything. Mike is excellent at communication and this condo really feels like a home away from home. The homeowners included every extra amenity that you could need. We cannot wait to return! Book now! You won’t be disappointed.

This condo was as billed…. Great 2 bedroom at the base of Breckenridge. It is a short and easy walk to the Quicksilver lift which we did each morning. Right out the front door is the swim complex with pool and 3 large hot tubs. It was really an ideal location for our 3 day ski trip. The condo is clean and well equipped. Each of the 2 bedrooms have two beds and full bathrooms. My son slept on the pull out couch in the family room and had his own full bathroom as well. There was not one thing we wished we had that wasn’t supplied. Mike, the owner, was communicative and helpful. From the time we booked the reservation months in advance and throughout our stay he was texting to ensure we had everything we needed and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this condo with no reservation whatsoever. Steve

Condo was clean, updated and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Felt like home. Location was perfect with a short walk to base 9 lift and close to all the shops and restaurants. Other than a trip to the grocery store we never moved our car, we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this condo!!

Great place to stay for a Breck ski vacation. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Qucksilver lift on Peak 9. 10 minute walk downtown. Condo very spacious. Three full bathrooms. Well equipped modern kitchen. Cable tv with Netflix account for guests. Hot tubs very close by. Recommend.

The owner was easy to communicate with. The property was clean, perfect sized, well stocked with almost everything a visitor might need. Walking distance to downtown Breck and easy to navigate from to all the hiking areas. The hot tub and pool was a great bonus. We will be back!!!

This condo was excellent in every way- it is updated- looks just like the photos on Vrbo. It was comfortable and has more high end touches than a typical Vrbo. I felt like I was staying in a friend’s condo more than renting through Vrbo. I recommend this property & would definitely stay here again.

The Owner was so great to work with. He provided so many items for our stay that we didn't have to purchase much at all for our visit. The location was perfect for Breckenridge to walk to shops or trails. The pool and hot tub area was close and very well maintained. I would highly reccommend this place.

The condo was very comfy. Great location to walk to town. Lots of trails nearby. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the hot tub. Mike was the perfect host responding immediately with any questions. I highly recommend it.

Mike got in touch with us a day before to see when we'd be there to check in. He kept us updated on the condo's progress as it was being prepped. He left wine and gave us some good recommendations of places within close walking distance to eat. The condo felt like home, everything we needed we found. The living room and each bedroom have sliding glass doors, we really enjoyed the cool mountain air. Upon our leave, Mike checked back in to see if we needed any extra time. When I was looking for places in Breckinridge, I saw the condo had over 100 five star reviews, I now know why! Definitely recommend!

We loved this condo and it was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, updated and the location was perfect to walk into Breckenridge to shop or eat. It was within walking distance/short drive to many hikes we wanted to do as well. Would love to come back in the winter and ski. It's close to many slopes as well.

Very spacious, clean, and communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. Xbox was a pleasant surprise for the kids. Pool and hot tubs were just steps away and unit was just minutes by car from Main Street.
