Great place to stay

Property is super cool! We couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything! Everyone (4 Guys in their 50’s) loved the house. We were there for 4 nights, kept the fire burning and just hung out. Cooked dinner every night. Never went out after skiing all day. Great hosts too. Love it! Beautiful back yard views too. Really nice.

My family and I had an amazing first ski trip while staying at the cabin on Blue River! Spectacular views from the deck while soaking in the hot tub listening to the river flow was so relaxing! Everything we needed was provided, so helpful when you are traveling! I will and can’t wait to to go back!!

I recently stayed with my parents and my husband at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. Waking up every morning to the view of the mountains and river was absolutely breathtaking. The owners were so accommodating and responsive, a big thank you to them. We cannot wait to go back and stay at this property again!

Peaceful, Relaxing, Scenic. Just so beautiful. Perfect size for us. No need to pack shampoo or hairdryers. I have stayed at other VRBO properties and this is like no other. VERY clean. Went to Breckenridge for a girls' weekend. This was one of the best VRBO properties I've ever experienced. Super clean. Incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed. Such an awesome location... less than a 10-minute drive into Breck, but it felt like we were away from everything and truly in the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous surroundings. The hot tub was so private and had the most incredible views. The wood-burning fireplace was perfect... we used it every night. Incredibly comfy beds and bedding. I can't say enough positive things about this VRBO or our experience there. AMAZING!!!

I've stayed in VRBOs for 20+ years and this is the best stocked and layout we've ever experienced. Perfect for our two couples and granddaughter.....with all the amenities one needs. We caught trout in the river, watched birds and wildlife, grilled steaks and enjoyed the fire pit and fire place. My husband was especially happy with the quality of kitchen knives and cookware. We will return!

Beautiful location. Cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked. Perfect for our family. Beds are super comfy. Everything was absolutely perfect.

This was the best laid out cabin for our five. The kitchen supplies & cooking utensils had everything we needed & more. The beds/comforters were very comfortable. We used the fireplace several times. The only possible problem, would be the smoke smell that permeates the bottom bedroom. (We just cracked open the window).

Blue River is the best kept cabin that we stayed at in the Breckenridge area ever. Comfortable, well stocked, with a classic mountain stream behind it, the cabin provided everything we needed to enjoy Summit County

Really enjoyed the property. The back deck along the river is really nice. Quiet neighborhood and house was well equipped.

The property owners really thought of everything that we needed and were very prompt to respond to any questions I had. We really enjoyed the house, the property and the hot tub with that amazing view. Our kids played for hours out front in the snow. We also loved that it was just a short 12 minute drive to the base of the mountain to ski. It gave us the feel of staying in the mountains while also having the town of Breckenridge easily accessible. We had so many questions from friends about this property from pictures that we shared. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the lifetime memories!

This was the best, most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The cabin is beautiful, the location is perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Our family had such a splendid time at this property! We splurged because of all the amenities and MAN are we glad we did! It was so worth it. The property itself is gorgeous and the cabin has been updated beautifully! It’s stocked with absolutely everything you will need…. We would stay again 1000%!

Super cute cabin just as pictured and described. We loved the view being on a river with the hot min and fire put our back. We really appreciated that the homeowner provided k-cups, paper towels, toiletries and firewood for our stay and it was not limited which made for a more seamless and enjoyable stay. Just a short drive to downtown Breck for the best of both worlds! Would highly recommend and certainly plan to stay again during a future trip!

Beautiful! The house has pretty much anything you need. One of my absolute favorites!

We LOVED our stay here! This was our first visit to the area and was exactly what we were looking for. We loved how we were close enough to town, yet felt like we were a bit secluded. This home was well stocked with anything you could have needed. We loved the beautiful views and hot tub! We hope to return again soon.

Wow. Another perfect stay! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this cabin is the first one we have ever returned to. It has now wbecome a fall ritual tradition for us to return to the river to watch the stars and refresh. Special touches like plenty of supplies - not locked away or rationed but available as needed. A fireplace that exhausts perfectly with lots of wood, strong wifi, extra coffee, comfy throws, the softest sheets and a super clean hot tub that hasn’t locked down the temperature controls. This place is special not only for the beauty of the location made even more pretty by a dusting of snow one night, plus the relaxing river sounds and privacy but made even better by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the hosts. We will return again for a visit in the summer and the fall! Thanks Tammy!

The house was SO clean. Beds were super comfortable, well stocked kitchen, really nice deck and on a quiet street. Loved and would stay again if in the area!

My family of four stayed here while visiting friends in the Blue River area. The home was extremely clean, super comfortable, clean/fun decor, great beds, one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in a rental (new/nice everything, spices, coffee), amazing views of river and hillside, awesome outdoor furniture and jacuzzi, easy drive to Breckinridge. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

This wonderfully located cabin is the best place our family has ever stayed in Colorado. Best of both worlds: secluded, yet premier hotel resort quality. Close to the city, and most of all a river backdrop that is worth the trip alone. Highly recommend. We posted some pics and already have a half dozen friends who want to book the place.

If there is a better home near Breck, I can’t fathom it….our kiddos spent time in the River, the Hot Tub and the deck….and the convenience of having downtown Breck just minutes away was amazing! The home was equipped with everything you need! We will be back!!

This home is WONDERFUL and met all of our families needs. It's clean, cozy and has a beautiful view right from the privacy of the deck.

This is one of the best properties that we’ve ever stayed in. It’s exactly as described, though the pictures will never do the view justice. It’s the perfect distance from town to feel more remote but still being close enough that we were able to easily do things around town while still having time to enjoy our home away from home. Hot tubbing in the snow? Check. Cozied up with a hot chocolate and Harry Potter? Check. Steak on the grill? Check. Sitting and listening to the river? Also check. I think this property would be amazing in any season. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed (seriously, I’ve never been so happy to see a crock pot when I realized I forgot ours). The house was clean and cozy, the view was priceless. We hope to come back and again and again — I can’t wait to see it in every season.

This is one of the best rental homes I have ever stayed in, the home and location are beautiful and the property owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Definitely will be returning to this house in the future.

This modern cabin in the woods was exactly what we wanted! Only five minutes from downtown Breckenridge, the wooded location on the Blue river was secluded, clean, comfortable and quiet. The large wood burning fireplace, private decks overlooking the river and woods and sparkling hot tub was the perfect place to feel far away yet so close to town. The games and WiFi and hot showers were a bonus!

Overall, we loved this rental and it is a fantastic property. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable and the owners go above and beyond to make your stay great. We had great snow and the view of the river/trees was amazing. The only complaint/issue (not really an issue) was we couldn't use the fire pit because it was covered in about a foot of snow which isn't the owners problem. However, it would have been nice to be able to start a fire and sit around a pit with our kids. However, we would stay here again without question.
