Property was clean and had plenty of space for family of 4. It was an easy drive to nearby national and state parks, and walking distance to Main Street in Moab. Owner was very communicative leading up to the stay. Would stay there again.

I usually camp when I go to Moab, but we decided to stay here this time. Everything was great! No issues. Close to town, 10 minute walk.

Short visit, but great place, close to the middle of town. Place was clean and perfect.

Our stay was a very enjoyable home base for hiking in Canyonlands, Arches and for finding good restaurants nearby in Moab. Our host, Boyd, was very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. His property was beyond our expectation in terms of cleanliness and conveniences (including the outdoor patios and fireplace) and the kitchen was well supplied with all you need for cooking meals. We will definitely stay here again for future vacations.

4 nights in this great base for visiting the two NPs as well as doing other hikes around Moab. We walked to Main Street for dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed dark night star gazing from the back patio. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Boyd & Marilee Anderson were great hosts. Boyd reached out just prior to our arrival to see if we had any questions and sent us his favorite eateries while in Moab. All adults in our party were visiting Moab for the first time while attending our daughter's wedding. The Anderson's had great suggestions for their favorite hiking trails waiting for us in a thorough notebook. The hikes did not disappoint. As for the home, it was very comfortable and had more than enough beds for our group. There is a primary bedroom with its own bath, another bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with 4 bunks. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. If you ever get a chance to visit Moab, I highly recommend staying at the Anderson's lovely home.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this ideal rental in Moab. The home is SO CLEAN, soooo comfortable, the kitchen outfitted for anything you will need. Communication with host is a breeze and every expectation exceeded. Beds and bedding so fresh and comfy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cozy and lovely. Fluffy towels. We had the most enjoyable time resting up between hikes and Jeep trails. Kitchen makes staying and cooking home meals easy. BIG OPEN living sre and dining space makes gathering and visiting natural. Huge garage. We hope to book again when we return. Perfect stay.

The home is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The two car garage helped us get organized after off roading. It was a couple blocks to Main Street shopping and dining. One of the most convenient rentals I’ve stayed at in Moab. 6 Stars

Lovely home, just a short walk into Moab for restaurants/shopping. Also, 15 minutes from Arches and close to Canyonlands as well. Nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with smart TV, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms!

We are a mountain bike riding family. Grandpa, kids and grand kids rode the trails and chilled in this beautiful house. great to chill after a ride at the patio overlooking the beautiful cliffs.

House far exceeded expectations for our stay. Space available in house was amazing. Garage and 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 5 people.

We all loved the house! It had a great layout with an open living/dining/kitchen area. It was clean and nicely furnished and stocked with all we needed. Communication with Boyd was great. Our grandson especially loved the big bucket of Legos:). Very convenient to restaurants and not far to the National Parks. Highly recommend!

This property is a perfect location. Great place to come and go, relax and plenty of room. Loved Moab. First visit there and can’t wait to return.

The location is excellent for downtown Moab. The beds & sheets are great w/very nice appliances. Boyd is very available & easy to work with if you have questions. Our only issue was that there was old food, trash & food in the refrigerator. The cleaning service had cleaned, but did not come back to take out the trash & food. The trash smelled, so it was a strange start, but Boyd was sensitive to the issue & refunded our cleaning fee.

We've been coming to Moab for years and this is one of the best lodging units we've stayed in. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient. Recommended and definitely would repeat.
