This was our third time staying at the Water’s Edge property. We love the location and the amenities offered, especially the pool. Kitty’s communication was wonderful throughout the booking process throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in Ft Walton. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the pool that never felt crowded. Kitty was great through the booking process with answering any questions that I had. We can’t wait to come back again!

Views from the balcony became our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets as it dipped into the gulf…daily walks on the beach looking for treasures and the waves crashing are memorable moments!

The condo and view were beautiful! It was our family vacation for our family of 5, and we had room to spread out and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and updated from the photos. The balcony is the perfect spot for looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The setting is beautiful, and the beach chair/umbrella service included feels like a luxury! The ocean is so clear!

Everything from the start of the booking was awesome! Kitty was very helpful and easy to work with. The Condo and location were perfect. The condo has everything that you could need and the space was great. Our family had the Best time and we have already booked for next June. We have been vacationing in this area for over 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST CONDO! The Beach chairs were perfect since I am required to stay out of the sun. A very good plus to the stay. The pools were very nice and the grandkids spent several hours in them! The condo was well designed and tons of sitting spaces.We also loved the pantry area! We can’t wait to return! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were married on the beach during our stay. Our family loved our first family vacation as a blended family. The condo was perfect and the owners were very helpful!

We had 6 ladies stay at this property on the beach in Ft Walton. The condo was clean and as described it appears to have been updated recently. It was a very comfy space for the 6 of us with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There were many cups of coffee and glasses of wine shared along with good conversation from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beach service included with the condo, when we made our way to the beach we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas waiting for us. We enjoyed several local restaurants for dinner each night and also took a trip to the Gulfarium and walked through the Veterans Park Rookery to see the Herons in their natural habitat. The owner, Kitty, was very responsive and it was evident she wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Hope to return again in the future and stay at this condo.

The entire process, from the initial request to book, to the check in/out was a breeze. Kitty sent all information ahead of time as promised and even texted me the day of check in to let me know the room was available a few hours early if we were already in town. The 4 chair/2 umbrella beach setup that was included was a nice bonus. The views from the room were beautiful. The in-unit washer and dryer are a must for us when traveling and the location of the room was convenient to the elevator as well. The hosts have made sure to provide a nice supply of everything you’ll need (towels, extra bedding, dish soap, pots, pans etc.) to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. If you have a large family this unit is a great option. Thanks again to the hosts for sharing their little slice of paradise.

We had an amazing time in our condo at Waters Edge. It was beautiful and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We even seen dolphins several days.

Not a single complaint here! We enjoyed our long holiday weekend stay and will be back next year! The unit is easily accessible, very clean, and very well stocked with all things you could need. It is very short access to the beach and pool. Perfect for a family with children!

Perfect family beach location
Kitty was super nice and easy to communicate with from the time of booking! She kept us up to date and provided all that we needed before our stay began! The condo was gorgeous, the view was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and easy to get to but also had a few restaurants within walking distance! This property is exactly as pictured! The week we went the temps were in the 100s, the air conditioning was not working well. I text Kitty and she had it fixed with in a couple of hours. Very easy Check in and communication was great 😊

Spring Break
We had a wonderful time during our Spring Break! Water was chilly, but the heated pool was a hit with the kiddos! Weather was beautiful aside from a few windy days. The 4 beach chairs/2 umbrellas came in very handy. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful week at this property! The condo is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were also comfy and the cable tv was a bonus for keeping us updated on the weather and to catch the March Madness games. Although the weather, and the water, was a little cool, there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy. We loved the location, being so close to the gulf and the bay. The property was very clean and the beach service each day was a great bonus! The area is especially nice because it’s just far enough away from the highly congested tourist and party locations that it felt peaceful and calm-a great place for a family to enjoy! We hope to come back and stay again soon!

Perfect condo and location!
The condo, property, location and trip, in general, was phenomenal. I can't rave enough about the condo and all the accommodations. It was perfect - the master bedroom/bathroom was to die for and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The furnishings were on point and we had everything we needed for our family of 8 vacation (two families with teens 15, 14, 13 and 12). We fell in love with Okaloosa Island and the Waters Edge property itself. Having two beach set-ups every day was wonderful (four total chairs and two umbrellas). Can't wait to come back.

We have stayed at a lot of condos on Oakaloosa Island over the years, but this one was one of the best. Supremely well-appointed and the location can’t be beat. We think Water’s Edge has one of the best pools of any of the condo complexes on the island. Kitty was welcoming and responsive and we had everything we needed for a great week. Would definitely stay again.

Great week at the beach
We had the BEST week! Kitty was so responsive, even texted me before our arrival to let us know the condo was ready early and we could go in whenever we got there. We LOVED having the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up each day and it was so convenient that the cabana boys just put our names on them and we didn’t have to go down every morning at 7 to “claim” our spot. The condo was stocked with pretty much anything we needed. We are already planning to go back next summer!!

Amazing week
This condo is spacious, beautiful and loaded with amenities. The master bedroom mattress is extremely comfortable. This condo beat out the penthouse that our friends were in by a mile. The owners are responsive and so kind.
