Location is great. Access to beach was great. Directly across from the restaurant The Jellyfish, which was delicious. The one bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us. View was beautiful.

Property was just right for our girl's trip. Me, my daughter, granddaughter and her friend. View was outstanding!! Only complaint, balcony door was very difficult to open. Thankful for super duper a/c!!

This condo has so many great features, but I now know where old TVs go to die. It is 2023, you can't charge this much for a condo and have a old computer monitor doubling as TV. You can buy a new Smart TV for less than $150. The bed is awful. Putting a 6" foam pad on top of a wore out mattress is not at the top of the game.

No ice maker refrigerator door would not close unless you pushed it hard. Bathroom were to small.The view was wonderful.

Great location with a beautiful view! I would want the "06" on any floor because they all afford a fantastic view off of the balcony and also from the living room!

Condo was exactly as described and as shown in the pics! Comfortable, clean, and WOW, the view! We could hardly make ourselves leave the condo because the view was so breathtaking. Can't wait to come back! Soft bed, comfy couches, kitchen had anything you could need. Location was great for walking or driving. Premises were super secure and staff is very friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean and very nicely decorated. The only drawback was the guests above us were very noisy.

Great condo and view! Unfortunately, hot tub was not filled and outdoor pool not heated. Beach chair rental was extremely expensive. Otherwise, facility was clean and in a nice section of town!

Renting was incredibly easy! All of the codes were sent a day or two before our arrival. No problems whatsoever.

Can’t say enough good about this vacation. Everything we wanted was there and just right. The condo was clean and nice. The VRBO photos of this condo are accurate, but what they can’t convey is the beautiful sound of the ocean. It’s the soundtrack of this condo. We had coffee every morning out on the balcony while we watched dolphins enjoy their breakfast around a sandbar, which is several feet off the beach. There is also the beautiful view of the sunset, it was the romantic backdrop to 3 balcony dinners. The kitchen equipment is well stocked. We cooked all week and never needed anything. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Also, good spaces for us to store our things, in the bathroom, bedroom as well as the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. The staff was always friendly, and helpful. Being right on the beach was nice too. There were beach chairs provided in the storage area. We enjoyed the heated pool., it was December after all! Proximity to shopping and restaurants was nice but we didn’t hear traffic either. We eagerly look forward to returning!

The condo was nothing fancy but nice and just what we needed. The beach was never super crowded and it was convenient to have the coffee shops across the street.

I like this condo because it has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and, of course, the beautiful beach. Everything is close and convenient. Place is well-kept. It's not a huge condo, so you don't spend all day waiting at the elevator.

We would definitely revisit this property and/or recommend to others. Would like to see some toiletries available for purchase at the desk or even in a vending machine in the lobby.

We had a great time here! The condo was beautiful and beach access was great!

The condo was centrally located on the 4th floor and was well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. I don't believe all units were repaired for occupancy so elevators were never busy and the beach was not crowded. I do wish we had been informed that the heated pool would not be open until Sept. We had to call for maintenance because the wifi was not connected. Please with the quick response. All in all we enjoyed our long weekend.

Traveling during a world wide pandimic is stressful but LCV made it less stressful. When we arrived we were greated by the friendly front deak staff at Perdido Sun. Check in was easy and you could tell the staff was egger to serve you. Upon entering the condo you could smell it had just been cleaned. Unit is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for our Family of 4, including two little ages 5 and 2. The unit was stocked with everything you would need. Bedroom had a laundry basket and a box fan which for me was amazing because i forgot ours. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was perfect size and we had plenty of towels. The half bath was a bonus! Kitchen had everything you would need (pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, utensils, and even cups for som3 cocktails or wine). There was also an electric gridle that made breakfast a breeze in the morning. We had a lovely time and would stay in this unit again. We would definitely book with LCV again!!

Great view and location. It was so nice being able to walk out to the beach. It would be nice if beach towels were provided. Having a workout facility (smaller but got the job done), and the indoor and outdoor pool are nice amenities. Great customer service. It was clean, and I would recommend this property.

This unit was perfect for a couples weekend getaway! Staff were courteous, check in was easy, the unit was well socked, plenty of towels, clean, and in working order. We would definitely stay again.

After visiting our son and daughter in law in Pensacola for a couple of weeks, we had this on the spot idea to visit the beach before heading home. Within a very short few moments all the details were taken care of and we were on our way to Perdido Sun. The condo was everything one could wish for, all needs and desires being met. We will definitely plan on returning!

For the price it served its purpose. It is in a great location on the beach with excellent access. Condo service desk was friendly and helpful.
