We stayed here for a nearby wedding and enjoyed our stay. Quiet location, clean property, and very responsive and friendly hosts.

About 35 minutes to Auburn and an easy drive. Our family enjoyed the house and being able to spread out

Enjoyed lake Martin fishing as usual..

Adorable cabin with amazing outdoor spaces! Screened porch overlooking the lake was peaceful and comfortable. Our daughter and friends loved stopping by for hot dogs and smores by the fire pit. Restaurants, grocery stores, directions, and all necessary information was provided. Wonderful communication! Will be passing this rental link on to other Auburn parents. Wish it was available for graduation weekend!!

The house was the perfect lake cabin—- rustic on a wooded lot with a nice porch with swings to hang out off the back of the house and a dock where you can hang out by the water. The inside is light and bright and comfortable. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean— plenty of hot water even with 6 of us stating there. Also we cooked most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils etc We came specifically to go to the auburn game but made a long weekend of it. It was a very short ride to go to the game. In short we had a wonderful weekend with family and friends. Great place!

Property was very nice and just a short 30 min drive into Auburn. Didn’t have much time at the house or to visit/eat anywhere near Lake Martin as we we super busy with parent’s weekend and a home night game. Do wish the beds in main rooms were bigger. Will definitely be back and would like to enjoy the Lake next time!

Very quiet area on the Lake. We rarely saw other people or boats. Great price for the house. We also enjoyed the pontoon boat, rode to a quiet cove nearby and stayed in the water floating. Loved the recliners on the sofas too.

We had such a great time! The covered porch with swings, overlooking the lake was such a great place to have our morning coffee! We loved taking the pontoon boat out each day to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful lake! Perfect and spacious home for the whole family and/or friends!

Everything was as shown online. The host was very fast with responding and communicating. The house is in a cove so very private and quiet. We did rent their boat as well which was so nice.

Such a peaceful place! This was our first trip to Lake Martin and we loved the location. There is easy access to the water, a nice, big fire pit, beautiful view from the deck and plenty of comfortable space indoors as well. Fridge is nice and big with plenty of space for food and drinks to feed a family. The owners are very responsive, responding to questions quickly and providing immediate assistance during our stay. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, evening games at the big dining room table, and swimming and paddle boarding without worry of speedy boats coming through!

Clean is a understatement! This is the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed at! Great communication with owners! They have thought of practically everything you need and provided it! If you plan to be on a boat highly recommended downloading the Lake Martin Voice app, we navigated to all the popular land marks and restaurants by using this app! Love the quietness of the cove! Very safe for children to swim! Also being in the cove the water was so calm! We can not wait to return to this property! Thank you for an amazing week at your lake home!

The property was lovely. The only problem I had was that I am handicapped and walking is difficult. The property sits atop a big hill with a very steep driveway. This made egress/exit very difficult for me. This may have been mentioned in the listing-I really don’t remember. But the property was lake-front, quiet and beautiful!

The property itself was as shown on the website. The neighborhood was quite. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family or friends. My only complaint was I didn't catch any fish [smile], but overall a good stay.

We loved the house and location. It was very private. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. Gas grill was a great feature. Did not have to worry about charcoal for grilling. Fire pit and dock were nice. Thank you for letting us enjoy our weekend and sharing your lake house. We would recommend this house and saved this lake house on my favorite list.

What a great property! Off the beaten path and wonderful for a relaxing family vacation. We stayed for a week for our family vacation and we rented the pontoon. The fishing was great, the firepit was lovely, the kids used the paddle boat and absolutely had a blast! Great stay and Marian was absolutely lovely to deal with and couldn't have been a better host! Thank you so much we hope to return in the future!

We had the best time at Lake Martin! The weather was beautiful and over our 3 days of fishing, we caught over 100 fish. The cabin is beautiful and plenty big for a family and the area is so peaceful and serene...we never saw another person our entire trip! Definitely recommend this cabin!

What a wonderful weekend we had at a great house. Loved the layout of the house. We had a ball. My grandson caught a fish, yay!!!!

We had so much fun here! It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The owners are so great and helpful! Glad I picked this place out of all the properties that I looked at.

We loved our stay! The house is so cozy and very clean. My girls loved the bunk room and we loved the view form our master bedroom. The weather was absolutely wonderful to wake up too and have coffee on the porch or on the pier. We weren't at the house much as we were busy with the football game but would love to come back and be able to stay longer! The driveway did scare me but I conquered it !!!! Beautiful hidden gem for a quiet retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. We spent a week there so we could visit family and attend two Auburn University football games. The owners were terrific. The property was clean and comfortable. We had 8 people staying there and never ran out of hot water for showers, how awesome is that. The driveway is extremely steep. Be careful if arriving after dark. The property does have good lighting along the driveway and parking areas. We will definitely contact these owners for future trips.

Cozy property, right on the lake, well equipped and close to AU.

This unit was perfect and the time we spent there was amazing! The owners are very thoughtful and responsive. We will definitely go back!

Property was good for our needs. It is an older home that has been remodeled inside but was in need of maintenance around outside particularly the steps down to the dock. The deck was not clean, we had to clean all the spider webs out to sit down (big spiders). That said, we enjoyed our stay and Lake Martin is a must do vacation with lots of good places to eat and things to go do.

This was a beautiful home. It is a great place to relax, unwind & enjoy the peace & quite of the lake. I would suggest the owner to add grab bars in the tub. I would be very helpful for those of us that have mobility issues.

Beautiful, serene setting with direct access on Lake Martin. Lots of amenities including a Pontoon Boat available to rent, indoor and outdoor games, fire pit, washer and dryer , grill and a nice porch to enjoy the view..

This house was the perfect spot for us! Peaceful and perfect for lake swimming! And we really had some great days on the pontoon boat…great extra add-on! The house was very nicely renovated and well stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed our week!! Thank you!!

Great experience

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week on Lake Martin in AL staying at this relaxing vacation rental home! The owners have decorated their home very nicely. Comfortable couches for our entire family to relax on in the living room and watch movies at night! Bedrooms were great and beds very comfortable as well. Plenty of room around big kitchen table to eat and play games. Bathrooms are also very nice! We used the grill on the porch several times and kids loved swinging on the porch swings! We found plenty of “things to do” in the area as well during our week-long stay. Lake Martin Beach Day, Zip-lining, Hiking, Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Mother Angelica’s Shrine & Castle in Hanceville, Dauphin Island, Montgomery State House and Old Alabama Town, Eufaula Historic Homes Tour, and we found the greatest coffee shop nearby in Tallassee called, “Restoration 49!” Thanks for the great stay and fun memories!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The driveway is very steep, but we were able to manage it. Looking forward to another trip to Lake Martin in the future!
