Poor breakfast, staffs are not friendly and I don’t like the bathtub design in the bathroom which is not convenient when you’re taking a shower.

someone scoop out my Shiseido eye cream I was so angry, feeling that they break into my personal property. never stay here again.

we loved the view. The pool itself was allright. price for renting motorbike wasn't bad at all. the food "itself" during breakfast was ok. the bartender even though she just started the job and could not make a single drink for the first two days was a nice person really trying to make it a nice stay for us :).

staff/visitors at the hotel next door were taking pictures of us while we were enjoying our time by the pool relaxing. it made us extremely uncomfortable and when asked about it and brought to their attention it took them an hour and for me to get really upset threatening with calling police before they handled the situation.. When we came down for the breakfast our first morning there were so much dirt on all the free tables it made the whole thing just sad, cause there was obviously not enough adequate people working there to keep the breakfast a clean and nice experience. also the sign above the bar in the pool was broken and letters were hanging down with no lights in them and the view trough the glass by the pool was non existing.

Hotel was dirty, noisy and most important of all - no hot water. Hot water only lasted for 20 seconds, that’s it.

The room which reserved for my family, is big and quite clean. It has the balcony with sea view.

Our room is on 11th floor. Swimming pool on the 12th floor. It's too noisy as the room soundproof is so poor. Our reservation is included the breakfast but it's not really good. Not many choice of dishes even it's buffet.

Noise, poor breakfast buffet with limit servants, smoking area just at the corner near the rooms and elevator. Sound break system is likely nothing, people speaking and moving all could be heard which affected the sleep.

Good value for money, breakfast selection was okay, the location really good and the beds were very comfortable.

Our room was close to the elevator and on the floor that has stairs to the pool so it was very noisy all day.
