I spent Easter weekend at this property and loved it! I needed to just get away for a few days (Th-Sun) and enjoy nature. The house was the perfect size, clean, and on the waterfront. I did some painting, hiked, and chilled. Beautiful sunsets! The host lives next door and was very accommodating. * 5 stars for this stay!

Met the owner Jerry soon as I drove down the road. It was if we were old friends. Great Guy. Jerry is helpful, friendly and was there if we needed anything. It was a long drive from Maryland and to be welcomed so warmly meant alot to us. This is a nice home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The owners will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. I was here when the cold front came through and they made sure I had extra heat and blankets. The view of the lake is amazing. A very peaceful and beautiful getaway!

My wife and I needed to unplug from hectic schedules and this was a perfect place to slow down and rest by a quiet lake. This is a quaint little old lake house with upgrades and a well equipped kitchen. Since our booking was in autumn, the lake was quiet and restful.

We rented this location while visiting family. House was as presented with pleasant lake views, a quiet location. Very comfortable for two. Jerry and Jeri were very responsive. Will consider this location again when visiting the Frisco area!

We enjoyed a great few days at the lake with the boat and this great spot. House was cosy but adequate for what we needed. Our pup loved it too. Great for a getaway with not too many frills.

We came to watch our grandson play in the World Series. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed getting up having coffee on the back patio, and watching the ducks. It was cozy and very clean. Jeri, and his wife were absolutely wonderful host. We loved our trip to Frisco, Tx and would most definitely recommend Jeri’s place to stay.

We love lakes and birds and peaceful spots and this lake cabin definitely gave us that experience. Jeri and his wife were excellent Hosts and very kind and generous with us. I highly recommend for a lake getaway!

Thank you Jerry and Jerri!! You little lake house is the best. Perfect spot to relax and get away for a bit but still be close to downtown Dallas to enjoy the big city. The lake access is great...easy to get to the water, hang out with the sucks and geese, and feed the fish from the 2 docks. We will definitely be back!

The owners walked over after check in to enquire on any special request or questions. I really appreciated his and her genuine concern. The house was very clean and well equipped. You really only need your cloths and what you drink/eat. Pet friendly and a huge yard. The whole back of the house facing the lake is windows. We did not close the blinds our entire stay. Very close to walking paths and grocery stores. MANY enjoyable places to eat on the road leaving the house. WE WILL STAY AGAIN.

This is an adorable cottage, in a quiet location with outstanding views of Lewisville Lake. Convenient location, with easy access to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants. Communication with the owners was the best I have ever had for a rental! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Jerry and his wife were very kind and accommodating. We were there over July 4th so we got to watch fireworks over the lake which was beautiful! Only downside would be the band next-door was loud 1 night, we found several children on our float 1 morning, and lots of people walked thru the backyard all night. Would've been better had we known ahead of time. We still enjoyed our stay.

Nicest place. Lake access. Great hosts. Comfy furniture. Great patio. Great place to get away for quiet time and sunsets. We have stayed here before. Always such a nice retreat!! Our golden loves the lake and plays for hours. Jeri and Jerry are fabulous!! A must for a vacay.

Great location on lake Lewisville, prime water sport area.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!! The king size bed was so comfortable. Greg took us on a fun and relaxing boat excursion!! We really enjoyed that along with beautiful views and sunsets!!

We had a great time at Jeri and Jerry’s house at the lake. It’s a perfect setting for whatever you’re looking to do...water sports or just relaxing. Every convenience you need is 5 minutes away but you feel like you’re away from it all. We’ll definitely be back

We rented this lake house because we thought it would be a great place to have our 7 month old, very-active puppy. We decided not to bring the puppy - and that was a wise decision! While she would have loved playing in the shallow water of the lake, the numerous ducks, geese, and squirrels would have made her crazy! But we certainly enjoyed watching the animal antics while drinking coffee in the mornings and beer/wine in the afternoons and evenings. The house is very well-appointed and maintained and is perfect for a relaxing get-away. The view of the lake is fabulous - even during an evening thunderstorm that swept through. We also enjoyed a nice chat with one of the owners (who live next door) who told us about the history of the properties and the general area. The neighborhood is older and not the "pristine" environment that some people might prefer, but that wasn't a concern for us. A variety of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a nice public golf course nearby. Overall - a very enjoyable visit! We would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the area.

We very much liked Jerry and the views. I think some of the little things could use an upgrade or replacement, especially given the price.

Overall a very quite and cozy pet friendly home. Owners live next door and are very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would like to visit again sometime in the summer to take advantage of the wonderful lake.

This home was nicely furnished and clean, with a beautiful view of the lake. Beds and furniture were extra comfy. Jerry was a great host and we enjoyed his Texas hospitality. It was a great place to spend Thanksgiving week with family.

Definitely one of my favorite vacations. The owners are the nicest people and the views from the house are amazing. Most relaxing trip i have had in a long time.
