The management company was very easy to work with. Check in and out was simple and straightforward. The condo is big with plenty of beds for our group, so that was perfect. It's also within walking distance to plenty of dining options.While the sheets and towels were clean, the housekeeping overall could have been a little better (sticky floors). Also the supports under the king bed were precarious at best. Overall, I would stay here again, especially if the price is right.

This was the overall perfect rental. These condo was spacious and clean, furnishings and decor were up to date and in great condition, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location could not be beat- convenient to town, ski gondola, and restaurants, best sports bar located in the building! Definitely a place to save for future trips. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 but could have easily slept at least another 3 comfortably and more. Well stocked kitchen and TVs in every room and even some games. One issue with smelling the fireplace of other tenants but I think we fixed it by closing our flue.

I hosted a retreat for my Florida yoga studio and rented this home for 5 adults. It was perfect! The bedrooms were large and the unit was clean and well-maintained. The location allowed guests to walk to eat and shop, and drive just 5 minutes to the lifts at Beaver Creek and 15 to Vail. Brian, the property manager, was quick to respond and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect Place!
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms...plenty of gathering space and also plenty of privacy. Everything was clean....everything we needed was there. Super close to the gondola and the shuttle. Great restaurants downstairs. 100% perfect for 7 adults and 2 tweens

It was a wonderful rental. The room layout was perfect for 3 families units. It was super clean. It had plenty of seating for our family and the bedroom layouts were better than we even expected. The kitchen was well stocked and property management went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. Like a crockpot. The only suggestion would be some clearer information about the shuttles but the location to pick them up was great.

A great stay as usual with the folks Avon Center and Unit 601. Everything you need is here. Brian and the staff are always more than helpful. Clean, quite and convenient vacation living. Great balcony to enjoy the views. Will stay again and recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed an extended stay at this nicely updated Condo which has a great location in Avon. Everything was perfect. Great layout for comfort and privacy if needed. Management communicated well and everything was as described and pictured. Would highly recommend this condo.

This Condo is very affordable and has a great view. It is on the 6th floor, but like a good hotel, there are good elevators and cars you can bring your luggage up on. It is spacey, well stocked and well-decorated. The two downsides I would say are the carpet was dirty, so definitely wouldn't recommend walking barefoot and the locks had their fair share of issues. Otherwise, 10/10, I would stay here again.

The family was very comfortable and everything was extremely convenient. The beds are comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the deck as I was beginning my recovery.
There is a grocery story within a half mile.
There are 3 restaurants in the building. We ate at Bob's Place which was very good!
We would definitely stay here again!

we ran into a little issues when we showed up (after 2:00 AM) not finding the keys and with our apartment not being ready because of a late booking etc. and the staff was very helpful and got us the keys to our apartment and also offered us another ready clean apartment
