In my opinion, this place is advertised. We had 6 adults in our party and everyone loved the unit and the property. Duke’s is on-site, pool and cabana service was great. Beach has spectacular snorkeling right off the property. Love, love love it, here. We will return

Had a great time. The place was great and had everything we needed. They advertised dive gear and beach equipment which it had, but some of it was broken. It would be nice if there was a system for them to check and replace anything broken. For example, we got to a beach and the umbrella was broken.. otherwise great trip would stay here again. Thanks

This was our first trip to Maui. We picked this property for the ocean view, amenities, and Whale Watching. This property exceeded our needs and expectations for a family vacation. Host was prompt and available to anything we may have needed during our stay. Including beach gear/towels, chairs, barbecue utensils for outdoor, but inside was emasculate with having coffee pots for Keurig,, espresso, and full dishes, pots and pans glassware you would/should need on VACATION… Was definitely a home away from home on Maui. 😀 Property was well maintained clean and quiet, yet close to elevator with quick access to pool, beach and dedicated underground parking.

Kitchen a little worn 4 spoons for 6 people? Could use a cookie sheet, cake pan, and a good cleaning of the gas stove. Miscommunication between resort and property management. They thought our group was 2 instead of 6 took a couple days to get the right number of keys. Also televisions were not working took a couple days to get them fixed. .

Great 3 bed, 3 bath condo with large lanai looking straight at the ocean with beautiful sunsets, pools, beach, boardwalk, nearby restaurants, shops and more.

Biggest draw, of course, is the view. Gorgeous. Wonderful space for a family. There were five of us. Having three bedrooms was a huge plus. Lot’s of space for everyone. The kitchen is very nice with good appliances. There were no baking dishes however. Also there was no dish soap or sponges. No big deal but prepare to supplement what is needed in the kitchen if you plan to cook much. There were spices and a coffee maker and stop top pots and pans. We had no problem getting take out anywhere but reservations for dining in were tougher to get. The food truck court is just a few blocks away and very fun. Also there is a grocery store within walking distance ( or a very short drive). We brought our own snorkel equipment but there were plenty of supplies there. We did not bring water socks and should have. We all cut our feet. My son got seven stitches. I should have known better- all Hawaiian islands have volcanic rocky beaches. There are many sandy beaches nearby. Napili (sp?) was just a few minutes away snd was fabulous for kids. We even saw turtles. We would definitely return and rent this vrbo again!

Great for our family if 5 with children ranging in age from 12 to 20.

I would totally recommend this place to anyone the view is breathtaking!! Very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are super clean, kitchen is amazing, I have zero negative comments..

The condo is as listed and as seen on the photographs. It was large enough for six people. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a nice stay in this condo and will definitely consider returning for another stay! We had everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals, all the gear we needed to go down to the beach for the day and every aspect of the condo was not only easy to understand but functioned as well as we anticipated. Hot water, air conditioning, folding doors to the lanai, etc -everything worked perfectly. Thank you again for all your hard work, all the great recommendations and for helping our entire trip run smoothly! We so appreciate it!

Beautiful view from the 9th floor. Very comfortable sleeping and living quarters for our party of 6, nice pools and beach area, well-equipped kitchen and quality appliances. Close enough to everything. We had a wonderful 10 days in Maui. Loved watching whales from the balcony.

Honua Kai is a wonderful location. This resort is one of the best! Our 3-bedroom condo has a spectacular view of the Pacific and Lanai. The whales are part of the scenery, as well. This condo has the location, but some of the touches that would shout “5 star” are missing. That said, 4-star is darned good.

Everything from booking to checking in went very smooth. The location of the property is excellent and accommodations were awesome. We had an issue with the dryer and someone came out very quickly to assess the situation. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult boys. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There are lots of amenities and the grounds were pristine. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful condo! Enjoyed the 3 bedroom & 3 bath luxury stay, with great views of the resort & ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the long walkways along the ocean. Finding the condo, with the construction, was a bit complicated & the hostess didn’t give us any advice on how to get there.

We stayed here with our two adult sons and we all agree that we would come back again. Everything was as described. Having the doors completely to the lanai was wonderful. The appliances are all high end. We hated leaving!

The owner was lovely & very helpful!! She was very easy to deal with. Perfect experience!

Our trip to Maui included my husband, myself, our two children who were 8 and 10, and both my mom and mother-in-law. The condo was well appointed and gave us plenty of room to be together when wanted and have our space when we needed. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and store any leftovers. We mostly ate breakfast and a couple of dinners at the condo. Everything you need for the beach is there as well. My mom is a huge fan of boogie boarding and was thrilled to see three in the closet. She and the boys hit the beach early every day to get their fix. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. All of our communication with Jaleh was easy and she was so responsive. Our check in process was easy as well and we were given wonderful recommendations on places to eat, photographers for family photos, activities, etc. We had the best vacation and plan to be back!

This property is beautiful! Loved looking straight out to the ocean and the nights were beautiful to sit out there and have dinner. Very quite as the unit is set back from pool and people. This place has everything you need! I had a great experience from the get go booking this place. Jaleh was prompt in responding to any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with her. Candice and Sherry checked us in and showed us everything. The grounds of the property were beautiful and everyone was very nice. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and would love to go back!! Mahalo Jaleh!!!!

This was to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our daughter & her family. The accommodations & location we GREAT. The staff at the resort were friendly and knowledgeable on places we wanted to see. The condo itself was perfect & clean, We would definitely retuen there again. Anyone traveling with a family this is perfect. There were 7 of us and it worked out well. Thank you
