The house overall was great in a convenient spot near boardwalk and beach. Parking was a problem later in the week. Lots of steps to get to higher floors of the house so not ideal for small children or older family who might have difficulty with steps. Great for privacy though.

The location of the unit is great. But otherwise, the place really needs some TLC. All bathrooms have a stale odor from shower curtains that haven't been replaced in ages. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. We had to buy sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more - all of which should have been supplied. The furniture is old and the carpet on the living room has lots of stains and odors. It's also a very tight squeeze for more than 4-5 people.

The property is very well maintained. It is located in a quieter area of wildwood but within walking distance of Morey’s pier. No actual parking at the unit but there is plenty less than a half block away on Atlantic Ave. never had an issue finding a spot. The property manager was very responsive before and during our stay. Plenty of room for many individuals who want a great place to stay!

Our 2nd year owner is a great person location perfect. Will stay again!

The house was a perfect location from the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the bikes all weekend. The communication was excellent from booking and while we stayed.

The property was exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication was excellent. We travelled with our 3 children and two dogs. Overall it had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. Thank you Christine for accepting us at the last minute. My only wish is that we had time to stay longer!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We booked last minute and Christine was flexible with our dates. The property was clean and very comfy for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, great location only steps away from the corner market for last minute things we forgot! Christine was easy to get a hold of and communicate with! There are several bikes, along with beach gear to use which was a great plus for our family. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

This unit was just perfect! The first thing we noticed was how clean it was (it smelled GREAT when we walked in). The listing was totally accurate, and we contacted Christine several times before we came down and she was happy to answer all of our questions. Just a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. There was no on-site parking, but it wasn't a problem because we are used to walking everywhere. The house was decorated warmly with a welcome feel, and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials so you can cook if you want to. Having a bathroom on each floor was a wonderful convenience, and we were delighted with the little touches like hand soap and a towel in the kitchen and bath that we could use until we unpacked our own stuff. My whole family had such a great time here, and I would definitely stay here again. A great big thanks to Christine for her hospitality!!

Overall nice. Some minor maintenence issues- bathroom door doesn't lock, closet doors not on the runner, electrical issues with the kitchen light. My biggest concern was the almost complete lack of parking. No parking was in the listing, I just didn't realize how much of an issue it would be!!

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment located in a prime location in North Wildwood. Just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, the apartment was comfortable and homely. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay.

The place was great location practically walked everywhere. The description of the place was slightly off. Says first floor master. Which I took as master with its on private bathroom. It’s not that’s on second floor. With many stairs. If you have elderly that wanted a true master not place for them. Everything else was great. We had a good time would rent this place again without my elderly parents. :)

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. We had someone traveling with us who has trouble with flights of stairs so the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for them. The second floor master was perfect for my husband, myself and our 7 month old daughter. There was plenty of room for a pack and play without tripping over it in the middle of the night! We had a small group so we did not utilize the 3rd floor bedroom or bathroom, but it looked functional from what we could see. The neighbors in the Condo building were very nice and welcoming! Everything in the listing is true! Parking was hard at times particularly on the weekends, sometimes you had to be 3 blocks away. The listing mentions parking on Atlantic which parking is allowed but not always available. Not an end all be all, but just a heads up for anyone who thinks you will get parking in front of the unit. Owner was very responsive when we communicated with her throughout the week. We would stay again!

Even though we only stayed for one night this place was great. 5 adults and 2 kids were able to sleep comfortably. Place is easy to get to, clean and with great amenities. The best thing is the location. Two blocks from the boardwalk, a small market and pancake house on the same block and since you at the end of the boardwalk it is nice and quite. I highly recommend this place and will try to rent the next time I stay down the shore.

The location was excellent but very hard to find a parking spot. The garage was filled with items making it impossible to park a car inside. Street parking was very hard to find. The condo is laid out very nicely but the carpets are very dirty. Master bed and 3rd floor beds are very noisy, your afraid to move in fear of waking someone up. Will not be going back mainly because of the inconvenience of not having a designated parking spot.

Great property in a fabulous location. Home is central to everything you would need, and was enough room for our entire crew. First floor living/dining area was great for us all to hang out to eat, watch TV, play games, etc.

Most importantly the place was clean and close to the beach, within walking distance. Christine answered my call every time and addressed all my questions successfully, she was professional and easy to talk to. There were chairs and boogie boards in the garage for us to use, kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils and there was even ice in the freezer!! I would stay here again.

Very clean & great layout for our group of 8, 4 adults & 4 kids.

The house itself was good - pretty close to the beach/boardwalk and lots of space for our large party. Overall, the place was clean except the beds came with comforters that were a bit dirty and honestly, unusable. We had brought our own (we were not sure if they had any) so it was not a problem, but worth noting. The main concern was with a claims issue regarding damage to the garage door that my party did not cause, but the owner insists we did and took out the repair fees from our deposit. It didn't amount to a great amount of money ($67) so we choose to not waste our time with an official complaint, but we wanted to let anyone else considering this unit to know to be careful and take pictures and note any damage upon arrival.

Close to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for two families. Each level had a bedroom and bathroom which was very convenient. Clean and comfortable!!

So, in a word, it was perfect! House was beautifully clean and everything was exactly as we were promised. There were nine of us, four adults and five teens/kids, and plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is a five minute straight shot- so very easy if you're bringing beach gear. Can't always guarantee a parking spot in front of the house, but to me that is a small price to pay! Plus, the neighborhood is great, so enjoy walking the extra few blocks. This was our first time in Wildwood and we can't wait to go back.

The location was great for the Polar Plunge, just a two block walk to the beach. The home had great size bedrooms and plenty of bathroom space. The owner was easy to work with and was flexible. It's a little far from the restaurants/bars but still a walkable distance, would highly recommend for any time of the year.
