We had a wonderful stay in an incredible condo. The condo overlooked the huge swimming pool. Everything that we needed for a couple of homemade dinners was available. The condo was, indeed, well supplied, including beach towels for use at the swimming pool, a washer and dryer, a TV in each bedroom and a great balcony that was all screened in! We had an awesome stay and communicating with the owner was a great experience. When we go to Disney again, we will be hoping this place is available.

Only issue I had was that I had some family in the beginning if the week and then others come for the latter half and the gate was not very accommodating. had to park a car at Walmart and drive them in although we only had 1 car at the unit at the time.

Loved our vacation at this condo ! A little out dated but loved the space and how close it was to pool and splash pad. Close to Disney as well and Walmart. Cindy the owner was great and very responsive. Would stay again

Spectacular place , great management!!!

We had a terrific time at our stay at this property. The location close to the pool was terrific for us since we have two young children. The condo has a ton of room and a nice screened in porch. We enjoyed walking around the property on the walking paths and our kids enjoyed the many playgrounds around the resort. The close distance to Disney attractions was a plus. There is a ton to do within a couple miles of this property. The owner has a high chair and some other kids stuff which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful grounds and pool! Our grandkids had a great time on the waterslides, playing in the pool and at the castle playground! The pool had varying levels of water and in one area sloped gradually in for small children to play. The villa was very roomy and comfortable for the 7 of us including 4 adults and 3 small children ages 5, 3 and 18 months. We didn't want to leave. Also close to Disney, Sea World and other attractions. And super close to a Walmart - only about 5 minutes away. The Walmart has lots of Disney souvenirs. Owners were great to work with. We hope to come back again! So thankful and blessed with the experience!

I’ll start with the negatives. 😅 The apartment wasn’t clean, there was already trash in the bench outside, it wasn’t bagged which the info says they’ll charge you for so we tried to clean it up…someone else’s trash. 😅 I wouldn’t say this apartment sleeps 8 comfortably. 2 of my older kids slept on the couches. Everything was dirty, dusty, stuff (food I hope but idk about the bathroom) on the walls. The table had sticky stuff on it. There was lettuce (I think) on the floor in the kitchen. Do not plan to cook any grand meals. The pans were old & sad along with the appliances. The burners had two tempts, low & burnt. 😂😅 No cookie sheets at all. The garbage wasn’t picked up daily like the paper said it would be then they threaten to charge $30 a bag if more than one is left in the apartment, well the bench only has room for one bag & ours was never emptied, we stayed 3 nights. The shower in the tub wouldn’t switch to the bath faucet. I don’t love that there’s only 1 roll of tp, paper towels, trash bag, dishwasher soap which there was none of. I also don’t like having to strip all the beds & take out the trash. Do a basic clean & pay a cleaning fee. 🤷🏻‍♀️ On to the positives; It only took 20 min to get to universal Orlando, much longer to get back, 45-60 min. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. the big pool was heated & looked nice. The weather & time at universal prevented us from using it. The kids enjoyed the game room. Keyless entry is nice & we were always able to get a parking space nearby. It was easy find, I like a gated community while on vacation. Walmart was 5 min away. Plenty of dishes/utensils and seating for meals. There were some board games & a PlayStation. Idk if the kids used them since we brought our own & the switch. The WiFi was fine. The beds were ok, not super comfy but I didn’t wake up with aches & pains. The balcony was nice. If the apartment had been clean I would have rated it higher. Overall it was good for the price I paid.

We will be back for sure!! This place is awesome, the pictures don't do it justice. Steps from the pool area, splash pad and waterslides are awesome, and the pool/hot tub are open until 10pm! The pool isn't heated, but it was still warm. The condo is a perfect set up, we cooked every day, it has a full kitchen with pots and pans. They also provide TONS of towels for the bathrooms and tons of beach towels for the pool. We used the washer and dryer because we were there a week and didn't have any problems. This condo is 8 minutes from Disney World (if there's no traffic) and there is a Walmart right on the corner for anything else you need. (Tip: this Walmart also sells TONS of Disney items at a good price). This unit is on the 2nd floor, but there is also an elevator if you need one. The property manager is friendly and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Cindy's condo. Windsor hills is the perfect location... short drive to all the parks and attractions. The condo itself is in a great location within Windsor Hills- pool view with a very short walk to both the pool and clubhouse. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable... as well as spacious. We will definitely be back!!!

We loved the location of this property. We go to Disney World all the time and it was in a perfect location. The condo was clean and very spacious for our family.

Our first time staying in a condo in Windsor Hills (there has always been a larger group which required a home rental) and the condo didn’t disappoint. Great location and the owners provided excellent communication.

This was the perfect condo for our family. Plenty of room, the pool was right outside and the kids loved the slides. The owners were very helpful and right on top of everything. We will definitely be back!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family 3 week trip to Disney. The pictures do not do it justice, there is much more space than the pictures make it look. The location is simply the best, right next to Disney and the 192 which has countless restaurants and shops. Windsor hills itself is fantastic, the pool is incredible and being in a condo overlooking it was the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to book this condo again in 2 years time.

Great location and perfect for kids

This is a great condo with plenty of room. It's in a super location as it's very close to the pool and activity area. I contacted the owner while I was there for extra day passes and she was very prompt and helpful with my request. My only problem was that the oven did not work. If you plan on cooking your own meals, this is not a good option. We called to report the oven. The repairman stated he was just there last week for the same reason. Since he had to order parts, we had to eat out, which is very costly in Kissimmee. The refrigerator also leaked. We put a plastic cup underneath to catch the continous drip. Then kept dumping the water out as it filled up. The owners really need to replace the fridge and oven. They are rather old. The dishwasher and microwave worked fine. As I mentioned before, the condo was great and Cindy was very quick to respond when contacted. She was also very pleasant. We are the type of family who doesnt mind cooking and saving money by not eating out. This was not cost effective for us. I did ask for compensation since we were not able to cook and never got a response from the owner.

We so enjoyed our stay at this property! We came for a few days to visit Disney and wanted an off-site home base. This condo was perfect! The layout was perfect for our family, with essentially 2 master suites and a bunk/full bedroom for our granddaughter. Everything we needed was supplied as stated. Communication with the owners was timely and gracious. This is a really comfortable, enjoyable place to stay, especially with the pool and "water park" just outside. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I rented this property. I will definitely continue to rent this property for my Kissimmee visits. I had great communication with the owner who took care of all my needs.

Our 2nd time renting from Cindy, she is always great with communication. We stayed in 2019 and the condo is starting to show it’s age and use. You absolutely cannot beat the location!

My family had an excellent stay here. The property owners provided everything we needed to get checked in and we had no issues. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very spacious & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 7. The pool area was perfect for our kids ranging in age from 6-16. Nice & close to Disney where we spent most of our stay. We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for my family, just a short drive to Disney. Where the property is situated within the complex was perfect to access the pool area. Pool open until 10p.m. Would recommend this property for a visit to Orlando. Just perfect 👍

What a great experience! This was my first time staying off site and using a Vrbo home. What an amazing time we had! From the ease of check in to the excellent communication with the owner, all my boxes were checked! We had 2 toddlers in our group and we felt right at home! Everything we needed and more was right at our fingertips which really facilitated staying off site! Walmart is literally right down the road and Disney is about a 15 minute drive! I can’t rave enough about this experience! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

We had a great stay. It was easy to access and was spacious and clean!

The condo was nice and spacious. Could of used some deep cleaning though. Light fixtures were dusty, vents were dusty. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. But refrigerator was not working. Couldn’t get maintenance to fix until the day before we left. All and all we had a good time. Nice location.

Great Condo and excellent location. This was our second time there with adult kids and grandkids. Condo was everything that the posting listed, kitchen well stocked and very easy to prepare meals.
