Perfect month at a beautiful resort!! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Loved the grounds and area. Unit itself was updated and decorated fun for a perfect winter getaway vacation!

The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. She was wonderful to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed and supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Palm Desert area!

Great location for our annual 3-surface tournament and it was great to just be able to walk to the tennis courts. The house had all the amenities needed for cooking and the outside grill was an extra bonus. The house is beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. We loved our stay here. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and pretty. The host had various supplies like olive oil, etc., which made our stay easier. We would definitely rent here again.

Annual ladies PS film fest trip. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions prior to arrival. The condo did not disappoint! Terrific location, polite and personable grounds staff, well-appointed condo and beautifully decorated. Might add that while I frequently use VRBO I’ve never experienced a condo with more thoughtfulness to the comfort of the guest than this. Highly recommend!!

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to all the courses that we played as well as many restaurants and shopping options. The property was exactly as shown, it was clean and comfortable. Lots of room for families and kids and the overall facilities were in fantastic shape. The only caveat that I would note would be the fact that we were unable to call a taxi or an uber to the community because guests are unable to invite guests, a very small hiccup and basically a non-issue.

Stayed here a week and had no problems. Everything was very nice and the owner and security staff were all very easy to work with.

The villa was lovely, even more accommodating and spacious than it appears in photos. It is spotlessly clean, very well stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Linda has put careful thought into this accommodation and it is appreciated. The roadrunner that passed by many days was a treat as well as the multitude of hummingbirds and other bird life on the lake just beyond the patio. The bird song was delightful. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the plush linens. We didn’t want for anything and would definitely choose this villa again. It was a perfect desert getaway for the15 days we spent here.

This is a great condo in a great area! The condo is large, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Our party of five was very comfortable there. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved walking around the property.

For a tennis getaway or just a lively desert oasis. The property is lovely and the owner is fantastic!

This is a beautiful unit, location and view of the course and lake are wonderful. My client stayed with family and they said the beds, bedding, towels, everything in the unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Will book again next time.

East location and nice property

This house is like a professionally decorated model home. It is gorgeous. Everything in the home is top quality (from the Henckel's knives to the refrigerator to the washer/dryer, to the comfy bedding and towels). We had 5 adults during our 5-night stay. It was really great to have use of the garage to keep the car out of the heat. Sitting out on the back patio, looking out over the pond and golf course felt like we were in a 5-star resort. The master bathroom was huge. Linda is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to any inquiry and provided lots of information inside the house to guide our stay. I can't say enough about Linda and her house. This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

This was our second stay at the villa and we enjoyed it so much. Linda is an outstanding host, very responsive, and takes pride in her rental. Everything in the villa is just as one would want a home away from home. There's plenty of room for 5 and a wonderful patio to enjoy the views of the lake and golf course. We found our stay to be very relaxing with all the amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. We will certainly be returning again to this peaceful retreat.

We as a family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well maintained and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that may looking to stay in the Rancho Mirage area, or Palm Springs in general.

Everything you could wish for and more, great quality of linen and towels, plenty supplies of general stuff. Very comfortable seating both inside and out. The grounds around the villa are very well maintained as well Highly recommend booking this property and will return next year. Thanks Linda.

We really enjoy Misdion Hills area and this was probably one of our favorite places to stay out of the last 8 years. Linda was very helpful and easy to contact during our stay. The beds are great and the kids really enjoyed having their own space. At night, we would hang out and use the firelight. There was a lot of laughter and stories. The place is well stocked, clean and still has a new feeling. It will be great to return for spring break next year. Thank you, Linda.

This is the second property of Linda's that we have stayed at in Rancho Mirage. We were not disappointed. The view from the patio was just amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning to this property or one of Linda's others. Thank you Linda for a great stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights while participating in a golf tournament at one of the Mission Hills golf courses. We were very pleased with the villa and impressed with the space and its amenities. The decor is modern and we loved the extra flair of color. Having TVs in all the rooms definitely satisfied the entire party. The views on the back patio are serene and tranquil and we could linger there for hours. The condo and complex are clean, safe, and quiet which optimized our relaxing vacation time. The use of the garage was a definite plus with over 100- degree weather. Linda was very responsive to all communications and provided complete and easy to understand instructions and recommendations. This is an excellent vacation rental and we will definitely be back again soon.

Everything was great with the place and with Linda. Everything went exactly as expected with no issues what so ever. The unit is great and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away.

Conveniently located between Palm Springs and the newest shopping areas in Rancho Mirage. Loved it so much that I have already forwarded the link to this property to two other people! Linda was super easy to work with...thanks Linda for allowing us to make your home "our home" for a few days.

The condo is very comfortably furnished. It was more like staying at a friend's house rather than an extended stay hotel. Things like a printer that we could use, and towels that were very nice (not Motel 6 towels), and a very well-stocked kitchen. Just perfect for us since we stayed for 4 weeks. And the location is perfect-golf for my husband; tennis for me; shopping for anything nearby. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We stayed for 2 weeks to go hiking.We did 10 different great hikes. The property was beautiful.Linda was so helpful before our stay and during it.Often when you stay in a place like this you need to purchase many staples.There was so much here..She even had a Wifi printer. I recommend this property highly.It is one of the best we have ever stayed in.
