The property was exactly as listed, the property manager was absolutely amazing and helpful with every aspect of my trip. Not only would I stay here again, I would recommend this property to anyone I know.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean, neat and very cute property. The only suggestions I have is that the master bedroom mattress was too soft for me and I wish the TV’s had cable- had to watch the semi-finals for the NCAA BB tournament on phones. But there were beautiful TV’s in every room!

This house is in a great location on FMB. Everything is walkable or rent a bike and ride to the sqaure. Owner lists everything well and correctly. You know what you are getting when you rent. Very roomie house and had great amenities! Owner has thought of the little extras to make your stay great! (They have a shark vaccum that we ran everyday when we went to the beach to get rid of any sand that we track in daily! SO SMART!) Pool gets sun all day and is also has a heated spa area and lots of seating arounf pool! The top patio area is great to sit in the morning and afternoon! Beach carts and chairs and cooler available to use with the house. The one bedroom only has access through the other 2 bedrooms (has doors to shut off from the other bedrooms) so a little inconvenient but if all family members it isn't a big deal. Would stay here again with my family! Great place!

The house is wonderful. We had 6 adults and all fit very comfortably. We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and the pool and hot tub at the home were a dream.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The home was spacious and cozy and the roof deck was a nice bonus. Great location and very close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops.

All in all a nice experience. For the price I expected the home to be more updated. Dining table and chairs need to be replaced and the tiles in the bathrooms are gross. The view from the rooftop is of the surrounding homes not the beach or intracoastal. The house is in walking distance to the beach and surrounding downtown area and that was a plus. The pool area was great and overall it was a good experience. For the price I expected updates inside. Ft Meyers has a Daytona vibe not as chill and quiet as sanibel Bonita and captiva.

This was by far THE BEST beach house I have ever stayed in. It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the inside of the house is gorgeous and SUPER CLEAN. Maria the Owner had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of for our stay there (wagons, beach chairs, floaties, beach towels, everything). She provided more than we could have ever imagined, and she was always available if we had any questions before and during our trip. She is very kind and even labeled everything in the house so it was easy to locate. There were 9 of us and we all had SO much fun for my best friend's bachelorette, I cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay and the house location was awesome. The house was also very cute and nice to stay in. If I had to make any complaints the first is that there were 9 of us and btwn bath and beach towels there were maybe 9 towels (unless there was a closet somewhere that we didn't find). We were thankful we each had a beach towel so we could use the house beach towels for showers and our towel for the beach and the pool. Another thing is the third bed is very uncomfortable which is tough for a four night stay to stay in a bed that is rock hard and very loud everytime you shift in bed. We would also turn the hot tub on before going to dinner so we could use it at night and when we would come back it would be off and then it would take too long to heat up that we wouldn't be able to use it. Other than those which were minor complaints the property was great, it was a very great location, it was really cute, the pool space was great. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to anyone. We were a group of nine adults sisters and nieces and the house is big enough to fit 9 adults no problem. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful. She responded almost immediately to any questions I had leading up to the trip and during the trip we had no questions or issues. Great stay and great home, thank you for letting us stay

The house is a perfect location, not too close to all the noise of the main road, but still a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the entire family and the pool was a perfect touch. A couple small mishaps but the owner is super receptive to feedback. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect property for our stay. We were in town to tour FGCU and spend a few days extra days for rest and relaxation. The house is well stocked with all needed kitchenware, linens, and basic supplies. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, too!

House was great but the sun porches are not ideal for sleeping. One must be entered from a different bedroom. The other had an opening to the kitchen so was not private. Property manager was awesome and fixed a leak and was awesome for airport pick ups.

We had a great time during our recent Feb 2022 stay. The place is clean and well stocked. Comfort at every turn. The pool is great and a nice hot tub to relax in. We were minutes from the beach and from Times Square. The house had all of the items needed for a beach day, which we used for a day.

This was a great stop in our extended vacation! While it was only for a night, we had a blast. Right off the beach and close to everywhere we like to go!!

the pool was perfect and only a 5 min walk to the beach! Excellent cleanliness and communication with the owner/manager. The only downside to this property is that the 2 hide-a-way beds and futon/bed in the sun room are not very comfortable according to my friends that slept on them but rarely are those types of beds comfy.
