Our Hawaiian condo rental through KBM was excellent! The customer service offered made for a smooth and easy vacation experience. We received a complimentary car rental which was a valuable perk for us. We wouldn't hesitate to go through KBM the next time we book a vacation stay in Hawaii.

Everyone wants to have a good experience from start to finish on their vacation! We certainly did! The Reservation Manager, Maria was amazing. She was very client focused and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I received reminder emails over the next few months to remind us about our holiday and what to expect. It made me feel that we were going to be special guests of the condo complex! I received a telephone call when we arrived in Maui to let me know the check in time and who would be meeting us upon arrival. As we arrived, we were greeted by the Bell Boy who took our luggage up to the room with Kyle,the KBM representative who gave us a brief orientation of the condo. Everything was very easy for us. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and well appointed with high end appliances and furnishings. We had all the comforts of home. We had a two bedroom condo. The four of us had plenty of room and spent alot of time on the large balcony that could accommodate all of us with ease. The view from the four floor was beautiful! The pool, the gardens and the ocean were in our view everyday. The beach was beautiful and the pool area magical with waterfalls! The landscaping in the complex is amazing and the bushes and tress were blooming with red and yellow flowers. The staff working in the complex were very friendly and helpful. Maria was always there to answer any additional questions I had while we were there. Truly a great place to spend a vacation! Thank you. We will be recommending the Honua Kai Resort to our friends and it will be on our list of vacation resorts to come to.

Great place to stay. We like the location, the spaciousness and the furniture and fixtures at Honua Kai. Toiletries were top notch. Bedding was good. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen accessories, the beach towels and surf boards and chairs. The lanai is fabulous!

We had an awesome experience. From the time that we booked to the day we left we were amazed and how easy everything was. The unit we stayed in (Konea 445) was everything that we expected and more. The grounds at the Honua Kai were amazing and we felt like we really got what we expected. We will stay here again.

We stayed May 20-27, 2017. Beautiful unit and well equipped. Nice location and close to everything. We enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back and stay again.

I would highly recommend booking your vacation thru KBM. From the moment I called and said what I was looking for there was an email giving me locations, prices and pics. Then I made my choice and filled out my request online and response was quick. Property was beautiful and better than expected. The box of chocolate's left on our dining room table was a nice touch! Thanks for making our vacation awesome and hassle free!

This is my third year using KBM for my rental and they are so great to work with. I love the fact they give a free compact car rental if you book 7 or more days. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean and very comfortable. I look forward to going back and using them next year.

Great property, great location! Very nice condo that comes well equipped. We loved the large patio, and convenience of the w/d. There’s a large food truck community, a grocery store and several restaurants steps away from the property. Everything was conveniently located onsite or very close by the property. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler provided!

Everything was awesome, thanks to KBM Resorts. The resort’s location is perfect. Good beaches, shopping places and good restaurants are all nearby. The facilities at the resort were excellent. The unit we stayed was clean and in good condition as seen in pictures.

Beautiful resort with nice pools, on the beach. Dukes restaurant on site. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, plenty of storage for clothing, beautiful bathrooms, great deck with plenty of deck furniture. TV was adequate and there was good wifi. Nice underground parking. Wristband system for room entry, pool towel access. Our room had a rather small kitchen for a room that housed up to 8 people, including a lack of places to put your groceries and supplies. It has a sized fridge which was also too small for 8. Also it lacked some basic necessities, such as not enough glasses, spoons, towels and a few other items. Overall good experience as these small annoyances did not stop us from having a great time.

The kids loved the pools, especially the slide. The resort is nice and has a Dukes restaurant onsite. Rooms have comfy beds, plenty of clothing storage and nice bathrooms. Also a large lanai with plenty of furniture. Each bedroom in our 2 bedroom unit has it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was a little small and appliances dated. Fridge was too small for a room holding this many people. Very little room in the kitchen to store groceries. A lot ended up sitting on the counter. Parking is nice for one car in the underground garage. But a second car must park in another lot nearby. Wristbands allow access to your room, towel dispensers near the pool and a few other things. Overall we had a good time, overlooking the shortcomings in the kitchen.

Great stay, wonderful unit, ocean and pool view, wonderful two full bathrooms with bathtubs. Wished there was two beds in both rooms but the pull out sofa bed worked. Lots of body boards , beach chairs and sand toys. When we called for a rice cooker, one was delivered to the unit the next day!! Overall a wonderful stay

This is the ideal Hawaii vacation spot for our family, including my five year old grandson. This is his third visit. He has graduated from the wading pool on his first year up to the water slide this year. Our room was great for family sharing. The pool area is designed for those who want to play in the water, while others relax in the sun enjoying the pool side food and beverage service.

We loved our 2bdrm apartment. It was clean and very tidy. Location was great. Pools were fantastic and our kids could stay there all day. The kids also loved the movies available. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place. Thank you

The Honua Kai was an amazing property. Loved that we had a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards waiting for us!! The pools were fantastic and the small beach on property was nice! It was our first time to Maui and we'll be back!!

Fantastic units. Well maintained and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. KBM was responsive to all of our requests and I would definitely rent from KBM again.

The condo was clean and beautiful, the grounds and pools were clean and beautiful,the only complaint that I have is it didn't come with anything to cook with, salt and pepper, etc....

If you're looking for the luxury hotel experience, this isn't your spot. But if you want the feeling of a comfortable, spacious home away from home, this is definitely a great place to spend time. We'd happily come again. The KBM folks were generally very helpful and responsive to pre-trip inquiries.

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Honua Kai in the unit. Things we enjoyed: - Lanai was great - views of water and pool areas, could relax and enjoy every morning for breakfast and coffee, and relax some more in the afternoons - Convenient to get down to the parking garage - Unit is quick walk to the multiple pools of the property - Spacious bathrooms, nice to have private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms in the 2bed/2bath unit - Spacious living room and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing - Nice to have Dukes on the property - The Whaler’s General Store is a short walk away from the unit, super convenient, and it contained a coffee shop - The only downside is that the parking garage got really full by around 9pm-10pm, sometimes with no spot available

This is my third year staying at this property. I just love the units here. The ones I have stayed on are all in tip top shape and the beds are so comfortable too. I find it an added bonus to get the free car rental too. I always go for a full week to get this extra. I have had nothing but great service when dealing with the mangement company handling this too. It makes for a very enjoyable experience! Looking forward to next year already!

Clean condo - but one bedroom had an old mattress that had serious dipping- needs to be replaced. The rest of condo was very nice

This luxurious condo was clean and comfortable! We were very pleased with the personal service offered by KBM who had their representive greet us upon arrival and walk us through the condo. This particular unit was lovely, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Of course we never grew tired of the ocean/pool view from our lanai. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this condo!

We loved the spacious unit located in the second tower. Perfect location since you get the morning sun and afternoon shade. The unit itself was clean and the property manager was very gracious and helpful during our stay. This is my family's second time staying at the honua kai, we'll definitely book th same unit 445 again.

Excellent resort, great location.. grocery and good eating in walking distance, everyone is very friendly strongly recommend this facility and KMA.
