Excellent staff. All of our needs were covered and everyone could enjoy the activities on the island. The cook was absolutely wonderful and was very flexible to feed the small kids and the adults.

Our group of 18, ranging from a 4-year-old to a 77-year-old with Alzheimer’s, thoroughly enjoyed this property. We were at the full property, including all of the rooms associated with the main house, the pool house, and the gate house. Especially wonderful was the covered area where we could sit and enjoy the spectacular view and Meals without being in the sun. The beach was great, with many tiki shade areas. I hesitate to say anything negative, but the main living area was overcrowded with “fussy” decor. Some of the areas were quite dated. We had some maintenance issues - Nothing that was enough to prevent us from coming back. Jojo, the manager, was extraordinary in his efforts to please. We had dinners most nights prepared by Maya and an assisting chef (additional cost),. This was a great convenience for such a large group, although some of us went out most nights. Most dinners were very good, but one in particular was mediocre. The owner was very helpful in advance with advice about the area. On site, Jojo was always ready to arrange things for us. The website picture of what you think is the pool house is not really. The master bedroom looks out of that view iand the pool house is located at the diving board end. This is not a big deal as the pool house is really great, but just not where you think it is when you look at it online.

The villa has everything you need - fully stocked kitchens, beautiful pool with toys for the kids, beach front access with water toys, comfortable beds and gorgeous views. We were extremely well taken cared of by Jojo and Maya. Jojo can plan anything for you and makes sure you have everything you need. We hired Maya to cook our dinners and it was a wonderful treat. Delicious food (including vegan dishes for my son), as good or better as any high end restaurant. She even made an incredible birthday cake for my mom. I could go on and on about how amazing our trip was but I highly recommend that you plan a visit and enjoy it yourself.

I don't even know where to begin: The incredible views, the soft sandy beach, the pool, the hot tub, the tennis courts, the landscaping, the children's play area, the portico (it must be over 100 feet long), the lounges and tiki huts on the beach--I could go on forever. The outdoor BBQ is a grillmaster's dream, with a refrigerator, lighting, electricity and a roof. I like the way there is separation in the living areas when you have a large party. Grandparents and adults in the main house, a family or two in the rooms just across the breezeway, a family or two in the gate house, a honeymoon couple in the pool house--everyone has their own space but there is room for all to gather for meals and family time in the main house or on the portico. Each area has its own kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryers, TV's and DVD players. I think there were 5 kitchens and at least 5 washers and dryers. The kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed. I can't think of anything lacking there except more time. There is a very nice, knowledgeable property manager (JoJo) you can call if you have any problems or questions, and a great chef, Maya, who makes delicious and healthy foods--lots of wonderful seafood and fruits and vegetables, and unique blends of ingredients--there was always at least one dish to die for. We chose the menu sometimes, and other times just let her surprise us. The weather was really wonderful--it rained once in the late afternoon in the two weeks we were there. The temperature was perfect--nice and warm, but usually a breeze to keep things from getting too hot. There was air conditioning if you wanted it, but I never turned mine on. I left the sliding doors open to enjoy the fresh air. The beach on this side of the island goes on forever and isn't busy. We went over to Grace Bay Beach on the other side of the island to snorkel. It was also a long beach with soft white sand, but it's busier because the hotels are on that side. All in all, the vacation was pretty much heaven. I hope to return next year.

From the moment you walk around the front of the house to the pool view, you know you made the right choice. JoJo was trying to tell all of us how the house worked and we were too stunned to listen. Thank God, JoJo is always near if you need him. My family of 12, nine adults and 3 children, traveled together for the first time. We all had our own spaces. The bedrooms were made into kings or twins, depending on our needs. From hair dryers to four kitchens, four washer and dryers, etc. we lacked for nothing. We had Maya gather groceries for us before we arrived. Best decision ever!!! Each day was different, but not really. The weather was perfect, and the breezes on that side of the island kept us cool ..and NO bugs!!! We left doors open all day, and only turned the air on to sleep! We also enjoyed the hot tub in the midst of summer. Almost all of our time was spent outside around the pool or the beach. We had toys, life jackets, snorkeling gear, kayaks and paddle boards. We also had load of chairs by the beach and pool to rest and sleep. All of us love to walk the beach, and you could walk as far as you wanted. If you like shelling or snorkeling, this wouldn't quite fit..not much to see except loads of conch shells. But, if you love turquoise water, soft sand, glorious sun and relaxing, this is perfect. Only two groups went to dinner on the island. The rest of us stayed home every night! One evening JoJo and Maya made us conch salad, fried conch, crab, fried grouper, potatoes and desert. Interesting. I'm not a fish lover, but everyone else enjoyed sampling the local flavors. Grocery shopping was nearby, as was 7 mile beach. We traveled to that beach one day, but missed our breezes so much, we never went back. If you are trying to be conservative, I would recommend taking as many snack-type foods, bread, etc in carry-on luggage. Food is expensive..but everything is imported so no surprise. This house, location and service are perfect. JoJo took my great nephew crabbing and snorkeling. He is willing to take groups anywhere and pick you up. He checks on you daily, but is not intrusive. The wifi is iffy, but that's the whole island. We have traveled to many, many beaches, but this one took my breath away and won my heart. I'm sure everywhere I go from now on, I'll compare to Three Dolphins. We would all love to go back together again!!!

Our family of 17 all gathered at Three Dolphins hoping to make our 50th anniversary extra special--and it was! Adult children and grandchildren(ages 7-19) all said it was their best vacation ever. The property was all it was billed to be, and more. The staff, JoJo and Maya, were superb in every way, and most considerate of the children's needs. The owner was a delight to work with. We hope to return!

I was about to write my review when I received this thank you note from one of my daughters and her husband. Thought it best describes our visit.."thank you for such an amazing vacation! The Turkes and Caicos was breathtaking, the house incredible, JoJo was awesome and Maya so sweet. We enjoyed everything, the hot tub, the beach, the pool, tennis courts, the snorkeling, the conch shack and all our dinners together! Charles and I are very grateful to have been part of such a luxurious vacation and we can't thank you enough". I would like to add a ditto to that also mention that the owners were delightful to work with!!! They do everything they can to make your stay as wonderful as described!

We just returned from TCI and the Three Dolphins Villa. The week was EXTRAORDINARY. Our family has been to the Outerbanks many times and has stayed in some great homes. We enjoyed those vacations but this was a truly wonderful experience. The villa is by far the most private place that we have stayed. The view is one of a kind. Our family enjoyed at least 800 yards of private beach. The villa is well equipped and the staff led by Jojo works very hard to make your stay memorable. Our family cannot wait for the opportunity to come back to TCI and the villa. If you like the Outerbanks my suggestion would be to skip a year and treat your family to the Three Dolphins Villa. Our family of 21 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. Best vacation experience to date we would add a star *****+*. Looking forward to our next stay.

I love this house, and especially the pool. I stayed in the guesthouse and absolutely loved it. The staff, and JoJo in particular, is so nice and helpful. If you want to go out into town, make sure to stop by "Island Scoop", which has great ice cream and is located in Grace Bay. I hope we come back soon and if we do, we will stay here again.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to own a piece of paradise, then the Three Dolphins Tennis Villa, situated in the exquisitely beautiful Turks and Caicos, provides all the answers! This scaled-down version of boutique hotel has more charm and amenities than I could have hoped for. No detail has been overlooked. From the moment you drive in, you are welcomed by the lush and colourful gardens, commonly found at the most luxurious resorts. Once inside you quickly realize that there isn’t one bad view in the entire villa. A seemingly endless series of sliding glass doors, which are found in every room, provide breathtaking views of the most turquoise waters you will ever see, and lead to a covered patio which runs the entire length of the villa! At one end, there is a private outdoor dining area, and at the other you are beckoned by the villa pool, adorned with the Three Dolphins statue. Take the short walk down the path to your very private beach and while away the hours sunbathing on the powder-like sand and swimming in the crystal clear water. On your way back to the villa, stop off at the private outdoor shower, nestled in the lava rock, and rinse off the salt and sand before heading up to enjoy a delicious lunch or read a book on one of the many outdoor chaise lounges. The athletes in the family can practice their forehand on the club-quality tennis court, which is lit for night play, or slip out the gate onto the gravel roads for a good morning run. Life inside the villa can be as private or social as you wish, as each beautifully appointed suite has its own access from the main entrance, as well as the beach. The Great Room has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a big family meal, as well as plenty of room to watch a movie, play games or plan out the day! Whether you decide to dine in or at one of the many top-rated restaurants Providenciales has to offer, everything is a short drive away. Staying at this private piece of paradise makes you feel like you’re the only people on the island, yet all the luxuries you could desire are a stone’s throw away! This vacation has left an indelible impression on me and I can’t wait to go back!

The Three Dolphins Villa is exactly as described in the description. It was impeccable in cleanliness and well maintained. Even the landscaping is outstanding. What they cannot describe in words is the beauty of the panoramic 180 degree view when you are standing on the veranda. Or that you can walk on the beach barefoot for an hour and a half and not see another person! It is so serene and relaxing. We had a large group of people, and everyone could find their own place to play games, play tennis, sit at the pool or beach or quietly read away from others. The kitchen is very well stocked, if you choose to cook. The recommendations from the owners of which restaurants to go to were perfect. They were also very accommodating in answering any questions of what to do, which boat service, fishing guide, chef, grocery stores...The distance to shopping and restaurants is only about 10 minutes for most places. The island is really wonderful to explore. I would recommend this spectacular villa to everyone!!

I had a wonderful time during my stay in Turks and Caicos, and staying at this villa was a big part of it! The beach was one of the best I've ever been to. The sand was clean and the area is very private. The breeze off the ocean kept us cool during the heat of the day or we could stay in the shade under the portico which wraps around the villa. I enjoyed jumping into the pool to cool off - it was very refreshing. We had fun playing tennis on the tennis court and the property is very well kept. The gardens are beautiful. Shopping is a close ride away. We felt very comfortable and at home during our vacation. This is definitely a place I would recomment to my family and friends.

We loved the beauty and privacy of Three Dolphins Villa. From the moment we passed through the front gates we felt that we were in a very special place. The colorful flowers, beautiful trees, and blue water were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the property. Sitting out on the huge portico or by the pool, we never got tired of looking at the stunning ocean view. The beach has nice, soft sand and the water was nice and clean. The privacy of the various suites was great for extended family. Each group had their own kitchen, baths, and washer/dryer. We have had three age groups visit (20’s, 50’s, and 70’s) and everyone loved it. With the beach, lighted tennis court, outdoor chess board, and pool, there was something to keep everyone happy. We will definitely go again.
