As an amateur chef, I loved how stocked the kitchen was!

We were a group of 10 staying here for a ski race and it was perfect for our split venue of Park City and Snow Bird because it was right in the middle and had tons of space inside and out for all of our stuff.

House fit 9 guys comfortably, beds were all very comfy. Property only 30 min from ski resorts. Overall everything we needed.

The host was amazing. The house was extremely clean and at a good location. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary tools. Overall everything was great.

Great hospitable hosts. Comfortable and clean family friendly home. The beds were especially comfy. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, the Foosball table and card/board games during our down time. The home is very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again!

This house worked so perfectly for the 9 of us who stayed! The beds were SO comfortable (which is hard to find in a rental). Everything was super clean and cozy as well! We will be back!

The house was perfectly setup. They had everything you could need. It was perfect for 3 kids, each got their own room. Each room had multiple beds so we could have fit more comfortably. The game room was perfect and even had a Nintendo Switch. Our kids had their own but it had the base so they could play on the big TV.

Over all this house worked well for us. My boyfriend and my six children stayed for one week as we worked our way through local attractions such as Sea Quest and the Hogle Zoo. I appreciated the fenced backyard and barbecue. The house had ample seating and tables for eating outdoors which we enjoyed. The hot tub seemed like it needed a good cleaning (the inside had a film and there was a mildew smell around the edges). However we still enjoyed using it as we are not too picky about such things. Loved the bunk beds!! All the mattresses and bedding were super comfortable. We also loved having two living room spaces (one in the basement geared towards children with games, books and movies), both with large couches and lots of pillows. Kitchen was well stocked; we were able to make several meals comfortably. However there is an ant problem, so if you stay be sure not to leave anything food related or sweet on any of the counters. Some ants actually road home with us in one of our snack bags. 🙁 Also the tvs are older ones, which I am not used to. So be prepared for that. If you have a Firestick or Roku I highly recommend bringing it with you to make the process easier (so thankful that my boyfriend brought his!). All things considered it is a good place for the price and there is plenty of space for large families. The home is also quite comfortable for children. And it is only about 5-15 minutes away from many local attractions, stores and restaurants.

We were really pleased with how clean the home was. Only one suggestion I can think of... it would've been nice to have mirrors in each bedroom. Seven women sharing two bathrooms was fine for showering, but hair/makeup was a little tricky... hahah! Overall, I highly recommend this rental. Thanks for the great stay!

Helpful and responsive host made our stay a Dwight. We found the kitchen and living rooms well equipped for our stay and enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend the property

This property was accurately advertised. There were multiple parking spots and enough beds to accommodate our party. It was nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing. There were two small issues we had - the hot tub did have a few bugs/ants crawling around the edge before our first use but we weren’t too bothered by it and the creaking of the floors did bother a few of the guests who were sleeping in the basement. Overall it was a great stay for our annual ski trip.

I was originally hesitant about the location but I must say we had a great stay at the house. It had everything we needed and it was a central location for everything we wanted to do while in the area. The house was clean and although the kitchen was small it was well stocked. We enjoyed the yard and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed having their hangout spot in the basement.

We stayed 2 nights on a golf outing. House was very clean and owners are very responsive.

Scott and Morgan’s house was comfortable, family friendly and had everything we needed. The place was so incredibly clean, cozy, and very close to many of the places we wanted to see on our trip. We would definitely stay at this safe, homey place again!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our daughter's wedding/mini-family reunion. Scott & Morgan were great from the start. The Kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil imaginable... and un-imaginable! Large fridge, plenty of pots and pans and dishes as we cooked all our meals instead of eating out. Likewise, the home and bathrooms were incredibly clean -- clean as a hospital -- with plenty of towels to go around. And the bedrooms... Mr. Hilton himself would have been impressed. The only hiccup was the wives felt more flat table surfaces should be un-decorated so they'd have more room for their purses, laptops, iPhones, travel maps, keys, coffe cups, cameras, etc. The bottom line: the hospitality of Scott & Morgan and the home exceeded our expectations!!

Morgan and Scott are great hosts. Their communication is stellar, super-prompt, accurate, and kind. They demonstrate a lot of generosity in the way they stock their home for guests, too. The home is truly set up for visitors to live in, with all the amenities you need to be comfortable and wouldn't typically be traveling with (bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish detergent, a well-stocked kitchen, extra paper towels and toilet paper, etc.). The location is very convenient for visitors to Salt Lake, Park City, and ski resorts.

This Rental property is pretty amazing. It is clean, organized and comfortable even for a big family. It has everything you need and it's like coming home to your own house. This place is well kept and well maintained. One more advantage is the location which is near all the point of interest. We couldn't be happier! We love this house since the family room is big enough for us to gather for conversation, to relax and watch our favorite show as we rest after a tiring day. There are so many beds to accommodate a big family with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The house is immaculately clean. We use the hot tub to release our achy joints after a long day of walking. There are also lots of white clean towels. The owner of the house was very easy to contact and very quick to respond to our concerns and questions. We got more than what we paid. for. This house exceeds our expectations. Thank you Scott and Morgan. Surely we will highly recommend you rental vacation home.
