The condo listing provides an accurate description. We had two couples in the condo and it was very comfortable. It is well outfitted, clean, and we really appreciated having beach chairs and towels available. It is clear the owners care about their guests' comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

I love this property! I cannot imagine a better property for a stay in Tamarindo! I have been to Tamarindo every 3 months for the last 3 years and this by far is my favorite in Tamarindo. It’s clean, location is perfect, the gated community is always guarded, the check-in process was so easy, the washer and dryer made it possible for me to pack extremely light, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and I will be coming back to this property very soon! I could go on and on, but check it out for yourself and you’ll see why I am so enthusiastic about this property. Thank you for an amazing and memorable trip to Tamarindo!

The condo is centrally located with easy access to the ocean, surfing, restaurants, shopping, etc yet quiet and peaceful due to being located in a gated property. The pool was a wonderful place to relax when we weren't surfing or doing tours. The accomodations were really nice and appointed with everything needed to enjoy time in the area. We cannot wait to come back!!!

This was a truly great condo with everything we needed and wanted. It was located very close to the beach, less than 5 min walk, with a view of the ocean. The condo has very comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and very nice bathrooms.

First vacation since Covid. The unit was beautiful had everything we needed. Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ocean view with some beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this condo.

This is a beautiful unit, well appointed, nicely furnished with eclectic art work, clean, well stocked with all the kitchen items, modern appliances, ample space and extremely comfortable. The views from the lanai of the gorgeous artistically designed pool and the lush landscaping and the Pacific Ocean are to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The management by Blue Water and their friendly staff especially Mr. Torres was outstanding; they responded immediately to all our requests. We would highly recommend this condo for a family of five or four adult travelers. You can’t go wrong with this place. Thank you Norbel for making our stay a pleasant one.

This was our first trip to Tamarindo, and it did not disappoint. The condo was as described and so convenient to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this property. It’s right across the street from the beach which was awesome. It’s just a little busier right in the immediate area than I typically like but the Bach access and property made up for it.

Our 13-year-old granddaughter joined us on this trip and loved the ocean. Everything was within walking distance. Thanks for the use of your apartment. Jill

The condo is nice - comfy and clean with an ocean view. I would recommend against a stay, however, as long as the condo continues to be managed by Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica. My trip was refunded in full by Blue Water (BW) and VRBO for the following reasons (all of which I have texts, voice messages, emails, photos, and extensive video to support): • Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working. • I was offered a discount if I allowed 3 days of repairs or if I would agree to move. I preferred to just stay and use the fan at night. • I was repeatedly pressured to move. At one point BW even sent me the electronic door code to another condo. This triggered security concerns because during a previous stay at a BW property, a man broke in using the door code while I was in a towel just out of the shower. • On night 8 / 12 of my stay, 2 hrs after responding to yet another email from BW about moving, I returned home from dinner and found myself locked out. The door code still worked for the bolt lock, but the doorknob was locked. I did not have a key for the doorknob. • I contacted BW and they took 90 min to arrive with the key (at 10:00 at night). While I waited for BW reps to arrive, I exchanged texts w/ owner of BW, which culminated in an angry voice text stating that she was going to refund me the money and have me escorted off the property. • After being threatened with eviction, I asked a security guard at the condo to please help me to call the police • 4 police officers arrived at 10:30 PM and ultimately told me I had the right to stay in my condo until the end of my trip. The next day, I tried to file an official "denuncia" but was told I would have to drive 1 hr to another town to do so. I did not have a car so I let it go and tried to salvage the rest of my trip. • I posted about the experience on a local social media group page. Multiple people reached out to me about similar experiences w/ BW. • BW contacted the admin of the group, called me “crazy” and pressured the group to remove my post. • BW emailed me on 3 occasions, copied a lawyer, and said I would receive a full refund if I agreed to sign a letter from the lawyer agreeing to refrain from discussing the experience on social media or in reviews. • I responded that I would dispute the charges with Amex but BW refunded me in full anyway. • I spent countless hours on the phone with VRBO, sent all evidence to VRBO, and was refunded the VRBO fee as well.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Tamarindo. The location is great and it was very clean. Nice touch to have the beach chairs and towel in the condo for us to use. Would book this place again on our next trip to Costa Rica!

My family and I loved this place, location was perfect for what we were wanting out of a vacation (everything was within walking distance Restaurants, beach, groceries). The pool was a big hit with the kids but bring your own football as they were expensive at the local store. The Condo was very clean, spacious and had a great view of the pool and ocean. It was nice that they were flexible with the check-in time as our flight arrived at 6:20am and check-in wasn't until 3:00pm but we were able to get in at 12:00. It would've been nice if the condo had a couple boogie boards to use and a BBQ as well but hey you can't get everything. We did need to cut out trip short because of the virus and I hope the cleaning staff were able to utilize what we left for them. Hope to be back Again

The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics and more. The coolers, beach chairs, and towels were nice to take to the beach. Easy walk into town. My only suggestion is to provide some information on the location of the unit. Asking the security people for directions to the unit with limited english is not good and can take some sorting out. The swans they made out of the bath towels was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here on next visit .

Clean place with everything you need to keep the family unit happy. The pool was terrific and security was always around. Location was perfect as we were steps away from the heart of Tamarindo.

I loved the location of this property, so close to everything. The pool with waterfall was extra bonus. Can’t wait to go back.

Very spacious condo! Great super mercados right around the corner from the condo to buy groceries for a kitchen that had all of the supplies we needed for the week! Pool was perfect, waterfall is an added bonus. 5 minute walk to the beach. SO much to explore in Tamarindo. Highly recommend coming here! Pura Vida!

The unit was tastefully decorated, great location, beautiful view of the ocean. It was lovely to go to sleep with the sound of the waves, and cool breezes. It was clean and had lots of dishes glasses etc in the kitchen. Ideal for people who don't want to rent a car as you can walk almost everywhere in town.Blue Water Properties looked after the property and where amazing with us looking after all the details for our stay. We have already booked for next year.

Our family of 4 just returned from an 8 night stay at Sunrise unit number 27. The unit is clean, laid out nicely with nice furnishings and has great views of the ocean and pool. We loved the location as well. You can walk to everything. We had a rental car and did not need it while in Tamarindo. Our kids loved the pool. It was very clean and the waterfall was a lot of fun. The beach is right across the street as well. Blue Water Properties is currently managing the property for the owner and they were great to work with. Highly recommend this unit!
