A short walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short walk to downtown, a short walk to pretty much everything. Love the house and location, have stayed there before and will probably stay there again!

The home was beautiful. The roof top deck was perfect for viewing fireworks.
My only observation is there were not enough tea/coffee cups

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house for a quick getaway while attending a wedding at the Flanders. There are a ton of great food places that are super easy to walk to and the boardwalk is very close. The Fractured Prune has phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and are only two houses down from you! The house was clean and the decks provided great places to hang out and relax. Very happy overall.

Beautiful, clean, great location! This home has all we needed for a great trip to Ocean City after Labor Day. The weather is still great & the crowds are greatly reduced. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved the house. Very nice and updated. Very clean. 3.5 blocks from the boardwalk!! The rooftop deck was awesome to sit on and chat at night!! We will definitely be back!

Great location within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, Starbucks and shopping on Asbury and then ice cream and Wawa in the other direction. The place was clean and well kept. Entrance is on the side and there’s three flights of 7 steps to climb to get to your entrance with a narrow driveway for a car with a garage for another car. It was a good spot for me, my older mother and my sister and our few young children. Due to my mother being older I let her have the bedroom with the comfortable bed, and with my sister having an upcoming knee surgery, I decided to take one for the team and sleep on the sofa couch. That may be my only gripe. It was NOT comfortable in the slightest, a paper thin mattress which felt a little shabby, and you could feel the coils and wire. It’s an observation but not a deal breaker. Great stay and Michael was a big help! Thanks!

We loved staying at this perfectly located, beautiful beach home for our family vacation in OCNJ. The location is great - close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury Ave! Our family was very comfortable during our stay and made great memories around the big kitchen table. The peaked ceiling in the kitchen/living room, large windows, natural light, updated kitchen, and beach decor are features of the house that we loved. The availability of beach tags, push cart, umbrellas, chairs and beach toys made trips to the beach easy and fun. Michael and Michele are definitely experienced hosts - a pleasure to communicate with. We plan to enjoy another stay in the future!

Perfect location and the layout of the house was on point! Open concept kitchen and living room with deck! Less then 30 minutes to AC and over the bridge lots of restaurants. We book again for sure. Host always responded right away.

We picked Ocean City for our Thanksgiving weekend vacay and met up with our adult children there. Mike’s place was perfect. It’s really important to me to have a place that’s clean (it was spotless) and quiet (no noise—although remember it was off-season and I’m not sure if anyone was in the bottom unit). Mike couldn’t have been more gracious when I had a senior moment and interrupted his Thanksgiving to ask him a question that he had already given me the answer to in his pre-visit email. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed as well as a bonus surprise—a garbage disposal! House is a block away from the Ocean City downtown and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again, especially in the summer next time.

Beautiful apartment with rooftop sitting area and covered porch. Nice kitchen, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms. Washer and dryer. Steps to deli/market and eateries and shops. Short walk to beach. Off street parking and garage. Made a great week at the beach!

We have been coming down to OC for the past 3 years and this was by far our favorite place! The house was clean and the hosts were wonderful. The location is perfect! Everything was within walking distance! We already booked our stay for next year!

All that you need for a relaxing beach vacation is in walking distance of the unit. Our family enjoyed walks to the beach, local delis, retail shops, mini golf, and bay views. The unit was flooded with sunshine and the porch was perfect for morning coffee and card games. Thanks again!

This property is in a great location near the Asbury Ave business district but far enough away that it is fairly quiet. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach also (3-4 blocks). The home has been recently updated and still feels new throughout. The indoor stairway to this 2nd floor unit was a nice feature (no dank stairwell to navigate). Although it was too chilly to use the beach in April, the supply of beach items in the garage would have come in handy during warmer weather, as we always seem to forget to bring something. All in all a lovely stay!
