Beautiful property, very well maintained. House was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Easy walk to Stump Pass. So nice to have access to bikes, kayaks, etc… Great visit, would recommend!

We loved staying at this house. We've been going to Manasota Key for 7+ years and this house was awesome. Plenty of water toys (kayaks, noodles, paddleboards, life jackets, etc) and bikes to use. The house was the perfect size and was clean and enjoyable. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The property is just as described and the neighborhood is quiet. Publix is only about 10 minutes away and you're only 1 mile away from tasty restaurants. The beach is a short walk from the driveway, while there we found sharks teeth and had a manatee encounter. If we stay again it will definitely be upstairs because you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking about.

Was extremely happy with the place. It was a Beautiful, clean and well kept property. In addition, the area was Very Peaceful and people were very friendly. What made our stay exceptional were the Excellent amenities (bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc.) located on the property. This made it fun and entertaining for the whole family. However, the Only suggestion i do have for families traveling to the area with multiple families hoping to enjoy time together, is to be sure to rent on the same property due to the strict regulations of having visitors on the property. Fortunately, the area does offer great restaurants, bars & grills where we ended up eating eating night instead of having casual dinners on the property in order to dine together. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

This is a really terrific 2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach in Englewood, FL. The condo itself is modern and clean. The highlight is the deck on the condo level as well as the "sky-deck" which is shared with the 2nd floor unit. The sky deck might be the highest point on the island, offering fantastic views, especially during sunset. The condo also comes with lots of amenities, such as: bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and beach toys, Stand Up Paddleboards and kayaks. Great location in a laid back area that is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. It is also walkable to Stump Pass State Beach, which is a public beach with access to both the Gulf and the intercoastal waterway. Highly recommend.

Place was just as pictures showed. The added use of bikes and kayaks was wonderful. We did watch sunset from roof top a few times. Great location even though it is not right on beach, it is 3 minute walk to beach. I have previously stayed in other units on other street. We rented boat from Allure boat rental and had great time with this unit as our base. Lots of beds but only one bathroom, but we really did not have a problem with that.

Like new, super clean and well stocked. It is exactly as the pictures and description in the post. Great restaurants nearby. Before booking, the owner answered my questions super fast. And during our stay bad weather affected the island and we received a phone call from the Realty Manager to check that we were all right, which was very kind.

We have been visiting Manasota Key for 20+ years now and have rented several different places over the years. The Highview exceeded our expectations. The property is well maintained, the unit has everything we needed, kayaks and bikes so fun, and the location is perfect. Peter was super responsive when my husband was trying to work and there was an issue with the WiFi. We will definetly be back!

We loved everything about the property! The location, the grande view from the high view, I LOVED the outdoor shower (& I used the slower water as well as the fast stream!), the wonderful towels, the "store" where we could use wagons, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks, the attention to detail. Just a minor thing: perhaps place a mirror in each bedroom because we had 4 women all trying to do our hair. But it all exceeded our expectations & would plan to come back! We loved the walk to the beach with our parade of wagon & cart to the water! Thank you!!It was a marvelous trip! Close to airport!

good view and close to everything

Great place, having easy access to the beach, and bikes and kayaks to enjoy the island, made this a great place. The place is well maintained, and very clean. Kitchen comes full loaded for cooking, but with no food or spices. So make sure you bring your salt, pepper, oil and sugar... along with whatever you want to make. Manasota is a nice island, people are very friendly and it was a great place to relax.

This was the perfect little getaway! Close to the beach, restaurants and great hosts! They have everything you could possibly need downstairs in the laundry room. Best VRBO experience thus far!

I almost don't want to tell everyone how great this place is because I want it to be our secret. But it is AMAZING. We have two boys and knew that sitting at the beach would get boring for them. We also know how expensive extra rentals are for things such as the kayaks and bikes. This place has EVERYTHING and we were never bored. We used the kayaks, we rode bicycles to the local restaurants every night, we used the boogie boards, paddleboards and all the beach equipment. This is a great house. Loved the balcony and we enjoyed the rooftop deck for a few sunsets. My youngest loved the shell washing station and my husband now wants to build an outdoor shower just like this house has. This is a great location- not too "touristy" and the beach is gorgeous. We will be back. House is stocked really well. Just make sure to bring your favorite kitchen spices if you are doing any cooking. Washer and dryer is wonderful and let us pack light. All beach equipment is provided. Just bring your swimsuit!!!!

My husband and I along with another couple had a fabulous stay at this home. Inside the home was very clean and nicely kept, the top deck to watch the sunset was amazing, and the 30 second walk to the beach PLUS all the added bonuses that came with was an extra too. The neighborhood is very friendly and there are great restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay!

We really enjoyed all of the extras with this property. Even though it's not on the beach it's a short walk to get there and to the state park. We used the wheeled carts to take the provided kayaks and paddle boards to the canal where we were able to watch dolphins. We also took the bikes for rides around the island and to the other park. We definitely enjoyed the location and the extras!

This rental was fabulous! Everything you could need to enjoy your time. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The beach was great for finding shark teeth. Short walk right across the street to the beach was great. Loved all the extras the rental included. The rooftop deck is phenomenal for sunrise and sunset. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better location and amenities! Though we had to cross a small, 2-lane road to get to the beach, it was a quiet road with virtually no traffic. I never worried about my 9- and 11-year-olds. And the property included everything we needed and more: bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. All we had to take were swimsuits and clothes. And the rooftop deck was a great sunset-watching spot. I would book this again and again. My kids are already asking to go back.

Nice place to stay with the beach just a block away. Unit has a cart so you can haul your things to the beach (you have to walk around some buildings as you can’t go a traight through other properties to get to beach). We stayed in the downstairs unit which was fine but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest booking the upstairs unit as you can hear the people upstairs at all hours. We used the kayak and paddle boards one day to check out lemon bay at Stump Pass State Park. If you are keen on finding tiny fossil shark teeth, we left a nice Shark Frenzy sifter for your sifting pleasure. You can also set your chair on the storm line and find shark teeth there without moving!

This was great! All the toys are included. There is NOTHING you will need to bring from home other than your swimsuit and food. What a great escape! Very easy to social distance - grab Walmart groceries via pick up and enjoy time at the beach. Completely contact free!

Excellent accommodations! We utilized all that the property had to offer. It was so convenient to have beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart to use each day. We rode the bikes to the center of town several times to grab lunch and also to explore the area. We ventured to the State Park one morning with the kayaks where we saw a dolphin and a manatee. The rooftop deck provided a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach was nice even though a storm was lingering in the Gulf. We didn't get to see the crystal blue waters but still had a great time. The area was so nice. Not too crowded and wishing driving distance to other great beaches. We will return as soon as we can!

We loved the place. It was very clean. There was everything you would need for the beach. Which was helpful since we flew from Indiana. The AC wasn’t working when we got there but Pete came right over and called someone to fix it. We will definitely stay here again. Our kids are 7 and 9 and they had the best time. The beach is a short walk. Close enough to go back to the house for lunch. We took the kayaks down to Stumps pass and that was fun. Bicycles were fun. Amazing vacation. Thank you for the hospitality.

We were thrilled with all of the umbrellas, chairs, bikes, paddle boards, beach towels offered and included in our rental—such a bonus and convenient since we traveled by air! The place is very clean and furnishings are ‘nice’. We were on the bottom unit and could hear footsteps (quite loud) from the upstairs guests—as well as the guests upstairs on arrival smoked outside which made our morning coffee on our deck unbearable. (There are signs against this) but....we wish we would have had the upper unit. The beach is beautiful and very close-the carts and coolers to get our items to the beach were so appreciated! Again—huge bonus having ALL of these items to use!! We usually stay in Sanibel so this was the first time in Manasota Key—its a very small community and the area-homes are not a well-kept as Sanibel-Captiva but the shells and beach is just as beautiful—We were in the ocean and SWAM with a manatee—unexpected and awesome experience—few people more ocean life—we loved it! So many pros only a few cons! Overall—we loved our stay and again—whatever you can think of that you need for a week at the beach—they included it to use!!! 6 stars for that amenity!!
