The Happy Hour was a great condo, very well appointed, clean, super cute and comfy. Perfect getaway for a couple of days. The condo is conveniently located close to an awesome pool area complete with Tiki Bar and entertainment. Host Jennifer was super communicative which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Happy Hour. The condo was very clean and quiet. Located right next to the indoor pool and across from the tiki bar and outdoors pool so it was very convenient. The communication with the host was top notch. We would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Perdido Key.

First and foremost, thank you so much for the best vacation we have had in 10 years. The condo was BEAUTIFUL and only a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and tiki bar were AMAZING. The staff was awesome. We will definitely be booking again.

Great rental, owner does many little things that you don't see in other rentals. Some examples: plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, blender, blankets, pillows, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, just show up and have fun. Owner corresponded quickly when we had a couple of questions. Rental is clean and maintained. IMO the rental has one of the top locations on the resort, easy parking, easy walk to the pool and Tiki Bar. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was extremely clean and so welcoming. Had everything you would need to cook with, extra bedding for the fold out bed, board games and plenty of stuff for the beach. Both pools and hot tubes were nice. The live music was great. Limited menu at the Bar downstairs for food. Close to the beaches and shopping. Watched the Blue Angles and went to Mobile to see the Ship. We will be back!!

Comfortable and as advertised. Excellent communications from hostess and prompt response to questions. Some units and common areas at Purple Parrot are not completely restored from hurricane in 2020 but work continues. This unit is restored. We had a great time and plan to return next year.

Our visit to this cozy condo was just what we needed to escape the cold and refresh. Only wish we could have stayed longer! It’s the perfect size for my husband and I. Love the location to everything in the resort. Love sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the live music coming from the tiki bar. Everything we needed was there. What a gem. Jennifer was so easy to work with and if I had any questions, they were quickly answered and she made sure we were taken care of. Love that the beach is a short walk away as well as many great places to eat. This was our second trip to the Purple Parrot and we look forward to coming again!

Had a great stay! Owner had great communication. Close to beaches, golfing, and fishing opportunities. A great place to come back from a busy day and just relax.

Communication with the property manager was excellent! She checked in with us daily and made sure we were comfortable. The resort was very nice! The poolside bar and restaurant was great. The rental itself was very equipped with literally everything needed, Literally everything from seasonings to baby pool floats to coffee!!!Really no reason to leave unless you wanted to. Definitely would recommend!!

Such a great condo! Was great for our young family with a baby and toddler but would also be perfect for just an adult getaway. All the baby gear you could need if needed but not in the way of you didn’t! Was very clean and Ms. Jennifer was very sweet and super responsive. The only people I could see having issues with the condo are those who have a hard time with stairs since it is a second story unit but that was obviously no issue for us. The tiki bar and out door pool were lots of fun! Close to beaches and restaurants. Definitely recommend

Happy Hour house review
Xiong and I had a most comfortable stay at the Purple Parrot Happy Hour house. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed to set down, watch a drama and have a great home cooked meal. The bedroom was comfortable too and glad to have the laundry unit. Thank you.

A great place to get away and relax and take in the Emerald Coast of Florida
My fiancé and I stayed one week and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. While the outdoor pool and indoor workout area were not available due to recent hurricane Sally damage, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the convenient location, many good restaurants
, the beach and, of course, the Purple Parrot bar and grill! The people there are friendly and inviting and we felt right at home with the locals. A good time had by all!

Perfection!
I wish I could give 100 stars! The owners are great and were very prompt and helpful when we had questions. The home is beautiful, smelled wonderful and was immaculate, with everything you need for a great stay. We loved how close we were to the pool and tiki bar. We stayed 3 nights and spent every night at the tiki bar after dinner, listening to the live music, relaxing and meeting new people. The pool is amazing and the food at the tiki bar was great. It is Very close driving distance to Johnson's beach, which we loved. I can't say enough about how happy we were with the home. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back.
