Right on the lake, close to Branson. The hosts were great. If you’re looking for pure relaxation, this is a great place to stay!

Gated community. Condo is clean, supplied with all the basic needs for your stay. Air conditioning works great! Easy access and great communication with host/owner.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was big enough that we all had our own space but also felt connected. It was quiet and peaceful. The host was fabulous and worked hard to make our stay so enjoyable.

This condo has a lake view (although limited when the trees are fully leafed out), but it is beautiful. The area is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The condo was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly.

One of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. Sandy was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We did hear the upstairs tenants going about normal activities but that was due to the construction of the building. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would rent again.

This is a great location, close to Branson if you want to go in town, but far away enough that you don’t feel like you are in a busy area. Loved having the boat slip. The condo had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our stay and spending quality time with our kids.

We enjoyed the condo and location. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! It is a bit of a hike down to and back up from the dock but the lake is amazing!

We booked this condo back in January for the first week in July. I spoke with Sandy several times with questions and she was responsive.
I think the location was more beautiful than the pictures show. Extremely clean plenty of space for everyone. My guys fished everyday and the girls loved the saltwater pool. I did have to sign a separate contract a few weeks before we arrived and past cancellation deadline.I was aware of this from my first conversation with Sandy. I did leave $100 for the maid instead of $95 because she came by in day 2 of our stay to check up on us and to see if we needed anything. We did enjoy our quality time with our adult children who we only see twice a year. I would definitely book again and recommend this unit to others.

My husband and I, along with my sister and our brother and sister in law stayed for 4 nights. We all enjoyed our stay. Very nice accommodations, exactly as described. For more privacy, I especially liked having a bathroom for each bedroom. We ate most meals out, but the kitchen was well equipped. Since there were 5 of us, seating in the living room was a little tight. For comfort, we could have used a comfortable chair.
But that wasn't a big problem and we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views
We were a family of 8 with 5 kids and this place was awesome. Kids loved the pool and swimming in the lake by the marina. We would definitely come back here again.

Overall, the property was great. The amenities were as advertised and we had a great stay. This property is on the second level and the only minor complaint that we had was that sometimes you could hear the residents above walking around. Everything else was fantastic and gave us a great base station for visiting around the area yet the ability to get away to the quietness of the condo to relax.

Felt a little closed in but condo is very convenient to Marina & a nice area to walk & explore. We could hear the persons staying above us as they walked (sounded more like stomping) around; talking to one another & showering as well as hearing conversations through our adjoining walls; not enough to disturb us but enough it was quite noticeable. Condo was accomodating for what we wanted for our stay. Thank you

However I followed the instructions that were given and did as I was told but received a call stating I didnt. I was also told to not call them about there condo anymore. I was told that they had pictures of how we supposedly left it but I never received them.
