It's in perfect spot plenty of stores places to eat walking distance Beach is also very close about a 10 minute walk with lots to see the parking wich was included is awesome it's a must here in waikiki just about every other place around you have to pay for parking, kitchen is very helpful will stay again if I get the chance to come again

Property is dated but nice enough. It was clean and convenient but a little noisier than I like. Some positives; great view of the waterway, mountain range, etc. If you’re into walking Waikiki beach is a nice stroll down the beach. Food trucks are close and very tasty. All in all we had a good experience.

Our condo was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Safe and secure entry was a nice amenity. Beautiful views from our balcony. Laundry on every floor was awesome!!

Pros: 1. Nice view of the canal from the Lanai, we knew there is a canal looking at the pictures but it surprised us. The pictures do not do justice to the view 2. Walking to some popular beaches so that you don’t have to worry about parking 3. Centrally located to eating places 4. Free parking Cons: 1. The building is very old and you could smell it walking from the Parking to the elevators 2. The murphy bed doesn't lock and if you have kids it can be a big safety issue, our 5 year old thought it's a cabinet and pulled the handle and the whole bed fell down, fortunately it fell on me first and there were no major incidents. They said they will fix it later. 3. It just has basic cleaning done, the air vent on the portable AC seemed like no one has cleaned it in years, the dryer was unusably dirty. They offered to clean them but we were busy and decided not to use but you will see general lack of cleanliness in the unit 4. Balcony has broken beach chairs that looked like junk, they should be removed 5. There was a small shelf in the bedroom and half of it had the owners stuff and the other half has broken guitar leaving very little space for your stuff

Good location. Perfect for tourists who have a car, since a parking spot is included. Room is a little outdated. Could definitely use some much needed upgrades. The Murphy bed was broken. Once we walked in and just walked by the Murphy bed it fell. It would have been nice to have a dining table. The beach chairs were all rusted. While sitting outside at the lanai , neighbor downstairs, was upset we were outside having conversation. He was screaming at us at 9 am that we were being too loud. We were just talking. So after that we didn't feel comfortable outside. This isn't the owners fault, but something to keep in consideration. During our stay one of the elevators broke. We had to wait a very long time for the elevator since there was only one working elevator for the whole complex. Our only main issue was the stove was not working right. It wouldn't heat well. This place is nice and good location, Just needs upgrades. Murphy bed should be fixed, sofa should be fixed and cleaned. The sofa has stains. It would be nice to have good beach chairs and umbrella.

The location is great for getting around. We had no problem walking over to the main Waikiki areas for the beach, shops and food when we wanted to go over there. We spent most of our time outside of Waikiki so it was really great to have a dedicated parking spot in the garage we could rely on. Check in and out were both very easy. The kitchen was overall well stocked with everything we needed to eat in except that they only had one cereal/soup bowl - we ended up buying a bowl and taking it home with us. Bathroom was clean with great shower pressure. By far our favorite part was sitting on the lanai (balcony) and watching the sun rise and watching people canoe on Ala Wai Canal. Biggest down side was that there was a lot of traffic outside the building at pretty much all hours of the day so it was pretty loud due to the jalousie windows. We got used the noise after a day or so and it never really bother us while sleeping. Last thing to note that wasn’t explicitly listed is that there were some beach items available for use (I.e. beach towels, chairs, kick boards, some snorkel gear and sand molds) but we didn’t end up using them. Overall we had a good stay at here.

The property is conveniently located and within walking distance to everything. There is a fantastic view of the Ala Wai Canal. The only con is that the property lists 3 beds, however there was a note card that said the sofa bed was broken so that made for a small inconvenience as no one that traveled was a couple. Other than that, the apt had all of the amenities of home.

The pictures were very deceiving. The actual apartment complex smells very bad. Not enough sheets To support 4 people, sofa couch was broken, additional wall bed was also broken and honestly a safety hazard. The bed almost fell on my friend, so be careful when pulling it out. Okay messages Hazel onces and she di respond very fast but not with an actual solution or followed up. The location was great! Super close to all the restaurants and a beach. I guess for the price is what we get but I don’t think I’d stay here again.
