Very clean and tidy. Great kitchen. Nice spots outside on patio to visit. 5-10 minutes to great restaurants. Very good visit.

Our stay was made thoroughly successful by having this wonderful home to come back to or stop off in between outings. The location from Healdsburg is ideal. Your in the midst of wine country while still having a quiet,’private retreat to recharge! Roxanne is a very thoughtful host who accommodates your needs. She has appointed the home to meet your needs to feel at home. Staying here was a great experience and one worth repeating.

I've stayed in many places around Healdsburg and I would stay here again. The road up to it is narrow, but it's not too far up from the main road. The house was maybe even a little better than I thought based on the pictures & description. It's in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Roxanne was very responsive to communicate with.

Enjoyed our brief stay at this charming well appointed cottage located in a quiet enclave near Healdsburg wineries. The VRBO listing was accurate, easy to rent, and the owner & property manager responsive to our needs.

My friend and I are taking a cross country road trip. We rented this home for our stay in Sonoma. Roxanne is very welcoming, her home is AMAZING, the location is ideal. Very easy to get to, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This home is in the perfect location for visiting Healdsburg and the wine country. Everything you need is supplied. We would definitely come back.

A good friend and I took the chance to spend a few days in Healdsburg and the surrounding area, tasting wine, enjoying great food, and relaxing. The home we stayed in was clean, organized, and stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately it rained while we were there, so we were not able to enjoy the patio area. The only drawback is that parking was down below the house, so in the rain it was challenging to unload and load. Otherwise, a great stay and looking forward to returning in the future!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend to accommodate grandma and grandpa babysitting our 8 month old. It is a quick drive to the downtown area which makes it very convenient. Also this was by far the cleanest home I’ve stayed in!

Such a cute and comfortable property for a small group to go wine touring. It's very very close to all the vineyards and town would highly recommend!

My friends and I were impressed with the house for being clean and well kept. We especially appreciated the spacious and beautiful outdoor patio. Roxanne was a great host who made sure we had amenities we needed e.g. bug spray, hand sanitizer, towels, etc., and provided clear instructions for us before and during the stay. Would recommend this place for others!

Great stay! Our highlights- Location is perfect to Healdsburg and wineries, and also secluded. Deck is great. Sat out there for hours. Kitchen is large and open, and had anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Roxanne was very accommodating. There were five of us one night, and Roxanne brought in a comfortable air mattress to use. We would stay there again.

This place was in great condition with a dog-friendly fenced in yard with a deck, grill, and patio furniture for about 8. We had a great time there, as did our dogs. It's tucked in a heavily wooded spot so you get peace and privacy, but is only about a 5 minute drive from downtown Healdsburg. It also has two reserved parking spots. A lot of the decor was dated, but the whole place was very clean and the kitchen and all other amenities were modern and fully functional. For example, the shower has a wide shower head, a separate removable handle jet, and wall-mounted body jets. The owner responded to queries immediately. There was also a stocked gumball machine, a bottle of wine, and a bunch of dry goods in the kitchen (spices, condiments, etc.). We will stay there again next time we're in town. We originally were trying to get a hotel room for our stay, but this provided to be a much better option than comparably priced hotels.

We love the location of this home. It was just tucked away from the busyness of town, yet so close to all the fun. It was easy to check in, everything was clean and ready and Roxanne was very helpful.

Roxanne was a great host with a cute very (small dog) friendly house. A great fenced in patio area (with cool dog house) and comfortable home with top knotch appliances. We had a wonderful stay and would do it again.

Lovely private cottage in a quiet setting less than a mile from Healdsburg. Perfect location for wine tasting. Dog friendly yet super clean. And you couldn’t ask for a nicer host than Roxanne.

Roxanne was very welcoming. Everything was set up and clean. I appreciated that there is a washer and dryer there as I had been traveling for 8 days before. Although the layout is unusual, it was no problem for two people. It is a short distance to Healdsburg where there are plenty of restaurants and wine tasting rooms! We'd definitely stay here again. This was the perfect place for a dog. The front patio was fenced in so we could leave for dinner and our the wedding we came to Healdsburg for and not be worried about the dog. Couldn't have been better. My daughter and son in law loved pole vaulting into the tall bed (:.
