Great location to the #1 beach in USA. Great clean unit. Has every thing you need in the unit and for the beach such as beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, water toys, etc. Great communication! Great Service!!! Great host. Very special thanks to Tracy and the cleaning lady for help us out. We left import documents in the unit. Tracy and her team made sure we got the documents back. She has communicated every step of the way which had us at ease. She would not even take any reimbursement for the shipping and handling.. What a class act!!! GREAT TRIP!!!

This was so easy from check in to check out. Beds were so comfy and amenities were great. Construction started today which I'm glad I missed.

Beds were super comfy and the condo had EVERYTHING we needed and then some! Older building but so are most of the condos in Seista Key and it was super clean! The pool was better than pools I've been too beach side and the owner was on top of any questions that we had. If we make it back to SK we would definitely stay here again! No complaints 😊

This very affordable condo is located near everything. In 5 minutes or less, you are in the village enjoying great meals or shopping or several beach access points (and that beach is absolutely beautiful). It has everything you need for your stay as well as for a day at the beach. Decor is quaint and lovely. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This is a great deal.

we enjoyed Siesta Key a lot. We very disappointed with the situation of getting into the property. Previous people locked the key in the building and we had to wait over 3 to 4 hours to have a cleaning person come and let us in the building. The owner needs to upgrade and use a push button lock. It is very inconvenient to have only 1 key to get in the buildng.

Had everything we needed for our stay.

The condo was very clean except for some maintenance needs. The bifold doors at the laundry and pantry were off the guides and not able to be properly opened or closed. We suggest they be repaired or replaced. Otherwise all else was fine.

Stayed for a week and had plenty of space for our family of four! Rental had everything we needed with beaches, groceries and restaurants close by. We look forward to coming back!

The condo was very nice and met our needs perfectly. The location was perfect for the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The convince of taking the trolley was better than trying to find parking especially in the village. Would def stay here again if we visit Siesta Key again.

The Apartment was ok but the complex was below average. We stayed 2 weeks and if the pool was heated it was only heated to the low 70's. The mens restroom by the pool was not in operation the entire 2 weeks we were there. Being a older complex there were a lot of contractors working everyday.

Although the furnishings & property were a bit 'dated,' it was clean & well-stocked with all that was necessary & needed in order to feel right at home from the Get-Go! For all the buildings that were there, it was amazingly quiet. It was also in a good location! Any correspondence or questions that we had, were immediately addressed...Tracy was a great host!

The apartment was a good value for the money. Beds were comfortable and that was very important to us. Apartment was dated but everything worked to our satisfaction. We would be happy to stay here again.

This place was exactly as described. The place is outdated, but we understood that going in; that was not the issue. The mold and dust was horrible for our allergies and breathing. We were fine when we were not in the unit, but the second we stepped in, we started sneezing, wheezing, and would wake up with eye issues. Black mold was above the entry way coming into the unit as well as both bathrooms. Master bath shower head was covered, as well as the grout and plastic shower curtain. The exhaust fan is very loud and caked on dust. The shower/tub is a tight fit. Bathroom shower curtain extender would helpful as well has a removable shower head with hose. Second bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Lots of hair from prior guest remained on floor, toilet, and in shower grooves. Track to sliding glass door didn’t slide well. Towel holders on wall were coming off and very dirty. The night light didn’t work. This bathroom could really use some help. Mold again on shower head and shower handle on doors. Low water pressure as well. Walls are beat up and need repair. Ceiling tiles are open and look as though they could fall down. Light above the sink was rusted. Light switches and doors haven’t been cleaned. Very grimy and gross. With COVID, I would have thought those things throughout the unit would have been better taken care of. All vents and air ducts throughout the place have think dust on them. Fire alarm near the second bathroom had been removed, which seemed to be unsafe in my opinion. We didn’t use the kitchen as we came for fresh seafood, but noticed an odor near the sink area. The prior guest put eggs shells down the garbage disposal. We attempted to turn it on to clear it out to make the smell go away, but it didn’t work. The master bathroom bed was uncomfortable and noisy when shifting. Coil springs made noise on the side next to the TV. The beach chairs and wagon were nice to use since the beach was a long walk. We attempted to contact owner with our concerns privately upon leaving assuming she was unaware. We even took pictures for her to review, but she hasn’t replied. It’s been about a month, so leaving a review so others know. For health reason, I would not recommend, but otherwise it matches the description.

Very nice place - near beaches, restaurants and drinking establishments...everything within a mile or so. Easy access off of the Key to other parts of Sarasota. Plenty to do!!!

This property is in a great area and was clean- a bit deceiving because description. Said newly renovated. - did not see anything new but maybe paint- only 1 beach chair made it difficult to stay at the beach very long

It was just great we enjoy

It was a very nice place to stay. Close to siesta key beach and the village. Only problem was, when we got there on Saturday afternoon the key was not in the lock box. Talked to the owner finally and was told no way to get a key till Sunday. So we had to find a place to stay Saturday night. After that is was all good.

Great condo with excellent amenities and super location. The beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc were amazing. Will come back!
