My family LOVED this property for our Spring Break getaway. We were close enough to everything to do what we wanted to do but far enough away to not be overcome with the crowd. The house was incredible and had everything we needed. It was stocked well and the accessories were top of the line. The heated pool was a blessing as the weather was cool and very windy. I would give this a 10/10 for an awesome beach vacation with family.

Wonderful beach location, pool, expansive decks - we were wanting for nothing. Had a full house and it was very comfortable. Really felt like home. Kitchen is very easy to cook in and entertain. The hosts are wonderful people and great to work with. We love coming here and are grateful that the hosts open their home for the opportunity for us to stay here.

House beautifully redecorated from last year. Senior ladies had some trouble working TV but Taylor was very helpful ! Wonderful time in our favorite beach house!

The property was the perfect size for our group of ten. Property location was perfect, beachfront, close to shops and restaurants. Communication was easy with the property manager. Definitely recommend “The Grtiz”.

Stay was great. Went for my wife’s birthday. 10 of us total. To be able to stay right on the beach, with a pool for downtime and a big house that fit us all was perfect. To have our chairs and umbrellas setup by Roger early in the morning was nice to have a spot when we went to the beach. We would stay there every trip. Great fun.

My family and I love staying at the Gritz Carlton for our annual family vacation (4th year). It is perfect for us. Beautiful home, perfect location and the owners are wonderful to work with. This is the 4th summer we have stayed in this house and as always, it was perfect. The location is second to none and the large pool with views of the beach is amazing. The home is always open immaculately clean and the attention to detail is apparent throughout. We appreciated the new beds and other improvements this year. It’s the perfect home for families.

We had a blast. The weather was perfect! It was tough to walk out the door on the last day. The gulf view is breathtaking.

Was wonderful overall. The location and view were great, with plenty of fun to be had for the kids and adults.

The Gritz was everything we needed! More than enough room for us and our three boys, Grandparents, and Uncle. Everything was wonderful and well stocked. We spent time inside and it is lovely but to be honest, the outdoor amenities are what you want to spend your time on! We were on the porches all the time, and then the pool, beach, and back. And the grand outdoor table is dreamy to have large family dinners while the sunsets. Will definitely want to come back.

Wonderful home. Clean , nicely furnished and right on the beach! 5 minutes walking to shops and restaurants. Town not overly busy which was perfect! Rented bikes and hired Frank Family Table a personal chef to prepare a couple fantastic meals! We will be back!!!

This property was all we hoped for. The beach is wonderful, clean, and close! We saw dolphins one morning from the porch. The pool was great, the house was beautiful and clean. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions.

The water colors viewed from the house were overwhelmingly gorgeous! Most beautiful beach I have ever seen. I did cry when we first arrived at the top of the stairs to the beach- the height of the dune with the waterfront below surpassed my expectations. I was overwhelmed with the beauty- sounds of the surf- sweet air and warm temperature. The heated pool was perfect for our family to get in water when the gulf was too cold or too rough. Gatherings could occur on the multiple porches with the view so all could enjoy or find a private space. Such a well thought out beach home. The decor was lovely and well designed for our families. I could not take my eyes off the horizon whether inside or out! Sunsets were different every night. And stars were beautiful with the dark skies. Everyone was enchanted with the power and beauty of the gulf! We cooked most meals to enjoy the location- and the kitchen was well appointed- a gourmet cook must reside here. Sharp knives- beautiful china- and plenty of room to enjoy food prep. With a view! This home even had washer dryer for both levels which was brilliant for quick washing. We had a great time walking the beach and just sitting out on decks. Well done - Thankyou for sharing this perfect spot with us!!!!

This was our second trip to this wonderful house! Great location and a perfect set up for our extended family. The house/ pool was fantastic, the area is very nice and the beach was great! Can’t wait to come back!

Have been coming to Dune Allen since 1977 Have stayed at Gritz Carlton for the last six years. My children grew up coming to this beach and now we are sharing this wonderful experience with grandchildren. Gritz Carlton is the perfect family vacation home. Ideal location, private and beautifully maintained. There is something for everyone here. We are so grateful to the Finney family for sharing this special place

There are so many reasons why we loved this spot 1. Privacy and large pool (rare in this area) 2. Central location between Destin and cute coastal towns on 30A. 3. Sugar white sand and shallow turquoise water with just the right size waves for body surfing. 4. A beautiful house with large porches and windows overlooking the pool and beach. 5. Attentive hosts that quickly responded to any concerns or questions and who provided all the essentials for the beginning of our stay. 6.Beach chairs and umbrellas set up each morning and taken down each evening. Hope to return to this perfect spot!!

Great space for a family reunion. We had 6 adults and 5 children. Great house. Great location in Santa Rosa Beach. House is right on the beach. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool is a game changer with children, especially when you can't swim in the ocean. The VRBO host representative (Taylor) was very responsive to our questions and requests. Definitely recommend as a good vacation spot.
