Stayed for two nights. The property was clean and updated. On the smaller size but didn't feel that way because it was nice and bright. The views were amazing of the water. We enjoyed sitting down by the dock at night & enjoyed a fire. Would book again in the summer months

We enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is very updated and clean with a great view of the Bay. We would love to come back in the summer.

This was a quick trip up North to fall back & regroup ! This place was VERY nice and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to bring our dog with us and that made the whole trip possible! Thanks Tom.

Despite some rain and cool weather, we had a great weekend in Sutton’s Bay. The cottage was warm and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a great time at the Moonglade Cottage! Tom was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was close enough to Traverse City and Downtown Sutton's Bay that there was never a shortage of things to do. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This place is a real gem! My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The place was decorated beautifully, the view was spectacular, communication with the host was easy and informative. The host even left us a lovely surprise in the refrigerator - a chilled bottle of wine! My husband and I look forward to renting with him again. Thank you for a lovely time.

This was our first stay at the Moonglade Cottage, we will definitely be back! The property has all of the modern amenities you could ever need, while maintaining it's quaint, cottage feel. Communication with the host was second to none. Overall, we would definitely recommend Moonglade to anyone that is interested.

The house is very clean and recently remodeled. The kitchen had everything we needed— including both a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot. The shower looks new and is spotless. There are two bedrooms; one offers an amazing view of Suttons Bay, while the other overlooks the street. However, instead of facing other homes, it offers a tranquil view of an orchard.
The water is clear, warm, and shallow enough to stay in all day. It resembles Caribbean waters and features a soft, sandy bottom. This is, by far, the nicest water and sand off a dock I have ever experienced.
Tom is also an excellent host. He ensured our smooth check-in and check-out and even gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine! I would highly recommend this cottage over any other in the area!

Very nice property right on the water, completely updated and very clean with tons of amenities! We would definitely stay here again. There's a lot to do in Suttons bay and it's extremely close to the downtown and Leelanau trail.

My partner, son, dog and I stayed here for 4 days and my only wish is that we could’ve stayed longer. House is awesome, clean, and has high end features in the kitchen if you want to cook. Thomas was a great host and very helpful! The water is as clear as can be and my dog enjoyed jumping off the dock over and over and over again.

This was our first time at Lake Michigan. We chose this house because of the great reviews and it was definitely worth our stay. We'll be back for sure !

Owner was welcoming and available, and provided a sweet greeting with a Charlie Brown Christmas tree! Very nicely equipped rehab of a venerable small bayside cottage.

Stayed during the Christmas blizzard 2022 and this cottage was absolutely wonderful! Cozy and toasty warm . Highly recommend staying here. I think we’ll try a summer visit next time though. .

We had a great visit at the Moonglade. So close to Suttons Bay. A wintertime view of the Bay and would love to see it in the Summertime. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom finishes and comfortable beds! Tom was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Tom was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with beautiful views . Our boys loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. The cottage was very clean and nicely updated. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Our stay was fantastic! Tom was a wonderful host and left us a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for celebrating our 30th Anniversary,which was a very thoughtful touch. The cottage was very well appointed, it was so helpful to have things like cooking spray and sale and pepper for making a quick meal. the bathroom also had anything you would need and we felt like everything was thought of to make our stay a great one. The neighborhood was so quiet and close to everything, including the cute town with charming shops. We will definitely keep this cottage in mind if we return to Sutton's Bay, which was also breathtaking!

Moonglade Cottage was charming and cozy, clean and uncluttered. I thought the sq ft sounded small, but the space is well thought out and well appointed, perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The old charm of the place manages to come through the neat newer improvements. Nice spaces for enjoying the outside. Exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at this cottage was 100% positive. Everything is so clean and tidy. The kitchen & bathroom have been renovated and are quite pleasant. The many windows in the front room create a wonderful ambience and great view of Lake Michigan. We loved sitting on the back porch and watching the waves. The bedroom we slept in has glass sliding doors that lead to a private porch - sweet. The neighborhood is quite lovely and the location is close to town. The owner of the property is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a second.

Cute cottage just a short distance from downtown Suttons Bay. Beautiful view of the bay. Very clean and good communication from the host. You can tell that this cottage is well taken care of. No maintenance issues and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

My husband and I - and are two little Bichons loved this lovely cottage on beautiful Sutton's Bay! The cottage was super clean with a well stocked, recently remodeled kitchen. The open layout made it feel bigger than the actual square footage and the views of the water and birch trees were gorgeous. We loved the outside open spaces - especially the deck with the barbecue and the large lakefront space with the fire pit. And we really appreciated being able to use the kayaks at our leisure. We loved the location, too - quiet neighborhood and a short drive from wonderful wineries and restaurants. Tom was a great and friendly host! We wanted to stay longer and hope to go back to Moonglade again!

We spent Labor Day weekend at the Moonglade Cottage. It was our second stay and it was still perfect. Perfect location, view, and host. We will be back!

Great location! Nice cottage on the water. Kitchen had everything we needed plus an outdoor grill. We were able to bike and kayak each day. Fire pit was nice to enjoy at sunsets. Definitely will be back.

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage is newly renovated and so lovely. Steps to the water from the deck, several seating areas to enjoy the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. The water was such a pretty blue. We loved our stay and will be back!

I wanted him to see and experience the prettiest part of Michigan so of course we went to the Leelanau area. Suttons Bay is just beautiful! We visited a few wineries that were located very close by and easy to get to. My brother in law very much enjoyed his stay and Suttons Bay did not disappoint.
The cabin was absolutely perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, updated with a great sun porch and patio. The area down by the water is where we spent a lot of our time. Comfortable chairs and a fire pit. The water and sunsets were perfect.
Communication with the owner was wonderful. I hope to return for a longer visit next time.

My sister and brother-in-law came to visit from California. My brother in law has never seen Michigan outside of Metro Detroit. I wanted him to see and experience the prettiest part of Michigan so of course we went to the Leelanau area. Suttons Bay is just beautiful! We visited a few wineries that were located very close by and easy to get to. My brother in law very much enjoyed his stay and Suttons Bay did not disappoint.
The cabin was absolutely perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, updated with a great sun porch and patio. The area down by the water is where we spent a lot of our time. Comfortable chairs and a fire pit. The water and sunsets were perfect.
Communication with the owner was wonderful. I hope to return for a longer visit next time.
