Compact but well functioning condo. Easy shuttle access to BC. To Vail shuttle you need a longer (10 min) walk.

Everything was perfect! The condo is in the most convenient location and Mindy added so many extra touches that made things even easier for us! She was always only a text away- even on Christmas Eve. We look forward to booking this unit again in the future!

Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery store and short drive to Beaver or Vail ski area. Very nice sleeping arrangements, good beds and updated TVs. Good option for the price. Den a little small for more than 4 people, but other than that perfect!

Clean apartment, great access to ski bus, grocery store, ski rentals, restaurants. Great communication with Mindy. Very convenient place to stay with our 3 year-old! Loved skiing and ski school at Beaver Creek!

We had a great comfortable stay at this condo in Avon with our 4 kids. The owners took great care to provide extra amaenities like snacks, laundry detergent and toiletries. Conveniently located above several restaurants and walking distance to the grocery store. Convenient garage parking and nice quiet building.

We had our girls ski trip to Vail and Beaver Creek Resort in February. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very clean and the kitchen is nicely equipped. We cooked dinner every night and we got our groceries at City Market which is just minutes away. Mindy is very nice host who responds to our questions and needs quickly. I will definitely recommend this place!

Nice condo that had a great location for accessing Beaver Creek via the shuttle or walking to dinner or the grocery store in town.

We stayed two weeks and love the comfort and convenience of this condo. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were able to walk to City Market for groceries. Mindy is an attentive host, and we would definitely love to return.

Excellent location near restaurant and mountain. (Beaver Creek)The condo has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The 2 rooms are huge ans has plenty of storage space.

The condo is clean, conveniently located in Avon, fully equipped and so much room for a family of five. Mindy was such a gracious host.  She was quick to answer my text and she does her best to alleviate any problems with the condo which are not many.  The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the condo.  It doesn't have the usual bus stop sign but the bus will pick you up from that area.  From that stop, the bus will go directly to Wal-Mart which was so convenient for us since we mainly cooked our food during our stay.  You also have an option of just walking to City Market.   We will definitely come back here.  Mindy made our vacation so much more enjoyable!

The Condo was clean, conveniently located and the amenities were excellent. The communication with the host was great! The only thing to know is that the view is of the parking lot of the shopping center. In the summer when it is very warm, we left the doors and windows open a bit and it was noisy from the traffic in the center. Other than the view and the heat, the beds were comfortable, good linens and bathroom and kitchen were very useful! It was really like a home. Thank you!

this is a wonderful home in a terrific location that is near everything that the Vail Valley has to offer. Super manager. Simple access. Very clean and comfortable. Ample cooking equipment, new appliances. Accurate description. Bonus: TempurPedic mattresses on king and two queens. Will definitely return. THANK YOU MINDY

Nice clean unit in the center of Avon. Close to Grocery, shops, restaurants and easily accessible shuttle stops. Minutes from Beaver Creek and a short ride to Vail. Unit is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and unit includes everything you will need for your stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The place was very clean and spacious. This was our first time in Colorado and we had no idea how to get around. However, due to the amazing location, the Avon shuttle was just in front of the condo and we were in Beaver Creek in no time. The condo had all the amenities, and my 3 kids had plenty of space in their room with the two large beds and separate bathroom. The owner was very helpful in every way and was always available to answer all my questions. Overall, we made special memories here and highly recommend this place!

Mindy sent us a detailed list before our stay of recommendations, working the appliances, access codes, etc. The experience was great! Stayed here for a Vail ski trip. The place is very clean and well designed for guests. The beds and couch were so comfortable-- Very necessary after long days of skiing when you just want to relax. The location was convenient and lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay here again next time I'm in the area! They go above and beyond!
