Very well organized, supportive, friendly. A great place to spend two weeks. We'll definitely come again if the occasion arises.

It was a home setting, on a big lot, owned by someone with a lot of love, care and imagination. My son and I really enjoyed the experience.

Sadly we only got to spend one night, but the rooms were perfect for our family. Would be an awesome home base for an extended stay to explore the area. I expect we'll be back. My kids were pumped to have their own beds after making heavy use of bed sharing and/or sleeping on the sofa/sofabed at hotels. Communication from Scott was great and very clear.

My brother and I were looking for an affordable place to overnight before skiing at Brian Head with our sons the next day. This place was great, easy check in, very clean, and only about 15-20 minutes up the mountain to the ski resort. Scott was easy to communicate with and all went well. We’ll probably be back next month to do it again.

I like the price and location of the house. I do not like sharing the entire space with the other guests. You even share the bathroom. The only private space is your room.

The host was very accommodating and the place was well kept and organized.

We loved the house and the big room for the kids was a huge plus. Scott was more than accommodating and our kids enjoyed the mini golf/outdoor games. A hidden gem in a cute small town.

One star is the lowest score I am able to give. The day I was to arrive I was told that I would be sharing one bathroom with “many guests” and that there was not much fridge space. The description for our 2 room reservation said some spaces were shared on the resort, and that the bathroom was shared with room 2, so that seemed to mean we only had 1 bathroom for our 2 rooms. The listing states that we would have full access to the kitchen and other areas, but not so. I said I would not have booked it had I known this; that I didn’t feel safe sharing so many essential spaces with COVID, and could I cancel and get a refund. I was told I could cancel, but would not receive any refund. We decided to check out the room. We noticed that Cameras were everywhere inside and outside of the property. At a glance the room looked decent and had dim lighting. I laid down on the bed briefly and immediately got a bug bite on my neck, so I pulled back the sheets and turned on my phone flashlight. The sheets and pillow cases had human hair, pubic hair, stains, and a bug in it. I took photos. It was clear that the dark hair was not mine or my husbands since we are both blonde and neither of us had been in the bed. The space that is supposed to have up to 7 guests in it has a tiny door that would require users to get on their knees to crawl out, not to code in case of a fire or other emergency. There are exposed wires throughout the property inside bedrooms and living spaces where children would be staying. There were signs of mouse infestations and unsecured doors where someone from another room could easily access your room. One full bathroom was available for the four rooms upstairs which would be for at least 15 guests, but I’m not certain how many other guest rooms were there. There was a toilet and sink on the main floor. The upstairs bathroom was dirty and looked like it had not been scrubbed in a long time. When I brought the condition of the sheets to the staff’s attention, the man whom I assume to be the property manager was very dismissive and said “They are clean,” and when I insisted that he come look at them, he acted annoyed and told a girl to go change the sheets. I showed her the hair on the sheets and pillow cases. We left and slept in our car that night. The owner asked us several times to cancel the reservation so we could not leave a review, saying I “might” get a “partial” refund if he could rebook after already he said we could not get refund.

This is a nice house in parowan. The room was very nice and the bonus room sleeps alot of people. We had 4 in there with their own bed. Lots to do in the common areas and easy to get to from the highway.

Overall the stay was good.

Our stay here was exactly what we were excepting from the listing and reading reviews. My family is always up for a new experience and a fun time and that’s what we got staying here. We had 9 people staying, ranging from 45-4. It was the perfect set up for us. The main room is spacious with plenty of places to put your items. The large loft where the 4 extra beds are is accessed through the closet with a small door. Yes. It is small and adults have to bend down to get into the room. But once in, there is plenty of room to walk around. The beds in there are placed perfectly to allow enough room for everyone. The Escape room does have to share a bathroom with another house guest. But we never had an issue with getting access to it when we needed it. You have access to the rest of the house and we took that opportunity out while stay. We used the well equipped kitchen for our meals and Scott and his employees helped us locate anything we couldn’t find right away. The coffee bar was a huge plus for us. Our granddaughter had a blast playing in the backyard in the snow and on the playground. I would like to add that the house was full of guest while we stayed and we never had any issues with the access to the areas we needed when we needed them....ie kitchen, dining room, downstairs bathroom. Everyone seemed to move around freely. I would definitely describe this as a Bed and Breakfast, minus the Breakfast. The only downside to our whole stay was the squeakiness of the doors being opened and closed. Anytime someone opened our doors, the door next door and the bathroom door, let would squeak so loud it would wake us up. Not a huge deal. Just maybe add some WD-40 to quiet that. Other then that. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and would definitely stay again. Scott and his amazing employees were always helpful and answered any questions we had.

I was surprised when we arrive, myself and my family, that our stay would be at a "resort". I would disagree with that terminology, however. The description of the stay made it sound like we would be in an apartment or similar lodging. However, to my surprise and dismay it was in fact a "bed and breakfast, without the breakfast". I was confused when we got there. A woman gave us a tour of the facility and our room. The whole "resort" smelled like boiled cabbage, not a good smell. Our room was labeled escape. The room itself was quite nice, but by far the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. I am writing this several days later and I'm still sore from our stay. The other beds were through a crawl space in the closet? of all places. There was a space heater, and exposed wires from the ceiling. My children slept in our room on the floor. The next morning it smelled like boiled eggs. We bought some air spray to change the smell. I was not happy with this stay. We have stayed in VRBO many times and this is the worst one so far. I will not go back

When the description says “staff is on-site 24/7” It’s a family that lives in the basement and has many teenagers running around the house. They sat and watched and listed to all of our conversation anytime we were in the kitchen or living area. We asked one of the teenage boys if they lived there and he confirmed that they did. One of the teenage boys even entered on of the rooms we rented upstairs without knocking on the door or asking permission to enter while one of our guest was changing. We confronted the owner and explained that the description of the property was very misleading and we felt that it would be important to know that we would be sharing the space that a family owns he brushed it off and denied that they lived there. It was very awkward to move around them. The floors were filthy and unkept. Quiet time was also listed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and the children living in the home and family were up past 10:00 watching a loud movie in the living area, they were in the kitchen before 8:00 am banging pots and pans around, and then arrived home past 11:00 pm from a concert at Brianhead and continued to make noise as we listened awake in the street level room from them coming late and being loud. We clean up after ourselves after every meal as we shared the kitchen and dining area, but right as we sat down to eat one night we were told that we needed to clean up. We had clean up after every meal and left no remnants behind so I clarified that at the moment, we had just finished cooking. We did have to leave dishes our to dry on the counter after hand washing them because The dishwasher was marked as off limits, but the family living there used it the entire weekend. The listing also list the washer/dryer as an amenity, which we wanted when booking our stay because we had wet clothes from the snow, but we were told that we could not use that either. It was a very uncomfortable stay because it felt as if we were impeding on someone else’s home full of teenagers that even entered the private rooms as if it were their own space. I am writing this here because he does not include this information in the description and it is very misleading. I had safety concerns as we had small children and the young boys entered the room without any hesitations.

I was a bit confused on where to park. Plenty of space, but wasn't sure where specifically so I didn't block anything the host family may need access to. This was my first booking with shared space (e.g. bathroom). We hardly saw anyone else so I this wasn't a concern. Host family was very pleasant and accommodating. Their home was very clean. This appears to be a new build and there was still a few finishing touches needed, but nothing that deterred the experience. My only complaint would be a slight creaking in the bed as I moved around that would wake me up.

Had a great night's rest due to the comfy beds and quietness of the property. Would stay again.

This is a unique setup with the secret room but my kids loved it. It is close to the freeway and a perfect place to get some sleep for the night during a long drive home with little ones, rather than having to reserve multiple hotel rooms for a large party. The beds were not made on our arrival but everything was clean and organized for us to do it ourselves. It would’ve been a challenge to do if we had arrived even later and had kids already sleeping. The bathroom is shared, but I don’t think there were any other guests in the other rooms while we were there. It was also nice for my kids to play at the playground while we packed the car up again. Thanks for letting us stay.

This wasn't quite what we expected as I didn't read the description well enough. I was having trouble with the app also. I did have to call the manager and he was very responsive. This is not a property that you have all to yourself. It is private sleeping but shared living spaces. The 2nd sleeping area for us was through the closet and you had to crawl into it and much of it is under the eaves so you can't stand up but there was space in the middle that you could. It's really meant for little kids but we had 2 of our adult kids. It worked out fine for the one night we were there. It's a really large property and everyone was very nice. We had a bunch of fridge and freezer food with us and they were very accommodating to give us space to store it over night.

Scott (property owner), was great! We had a late arrival, and this was no problem. He was very quick to answer questions I had. Property was very nice, and I would stay there again.
