Loved the pool beautiful home!

Great floor plan, pool, and view. Windows and exterior could have been cleaner but interior was fine. Enjoyed our Jan - Feb 2023 stay and signed up again for 2024. Thomas was friendly, available and quick to respond when needed.

Overall we had a very nice stay. House needed some cleaning and could use a few updates (dishes, outdoor furniture, cooking items) but the experience was a success.

The owner and the home/property exceeded our expectations tremendously!!! This listing is exactly what we experienced, paradise! The location was perfect and close to everything! We seriously cannot that Tom enough as my family and I were able to make some amazing memories! We would absolutely stay again and are definitely considering booking again for next year!!

You’ll fall in love with this beautiful home and not want to leave! The pool and view was so nice, plenty of space for a family or a few couples, close to several beaches. We went to 4 different beaches during our stay. Ft. Myers was the farthest; around 45 min. There were plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Thomas made the check in process so easy! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay and loved the pool. The house is nice and the neighborhood is friendly. Every time again.

We had a nice stay away from the cold of New England. Thomas was easy to deal with and we were happy to be able to delay our stay a year due to the pandemic. The house itself was clean but the pool storage closet and pool bathroom were very musty. The furniture is also beginning to show its age. The mattress in the guest room could stand to be replaced and the master is not far behind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the warm pool and lanai area. We would have returned next year, but the house had already been rented for Feb.

Thomas was great he communicated everything to us. He also left a book and things to do places to eat. One small downfall is pots and pans/ Dishes outdated and greasy!

This is our new go to place in Fl. My family & I couldn't have asked for anything more. The kitchen had everything and more. The pool was PERFECT! Tom is a wonderful host, and made us feel right at home. We spent many days at Boca Grande Beach, which is just a short drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet & I felt very safe. We saw the alligator in the canal several times which was a treat for 5-year-old! My husband & I enjoyed sitting by pool early in the morning with the stillness of the canal....such peace & quiet. We can't wait to go back!

The house & pool were lovely, however it was not as clean as should be expected. Some of the furniture was stained & torn. The bathrooms were very clean. The outside lanais needed a good power washing. The host was very nice & said he would let his cleaning crew know about my concerns.

Very well Located. Very large home.As with all rental Property it could use a few small things,but over all great. The canal is full of turtles.We caught a least one everyday.. Pool nice we got a lot use of it. If you have a problem Thomas is Johnny on the spot. Very close to some world class beaches and fishing as I brought my boat.

Neat, clean an plenty or room. I'll be back.

Well maintained quiet neighborhood would stay here again

The home was beautiful, big, open and spacious. The pool was inviting, views of pool area and canal were amazing. Over all the home was clean, some of the floors could have been mopped better and found some pots and pans that were greasy and on the dirty side. Over all we were very pleased.

Thomas was a great host, friendly and his property was beautiful, check in was very easy as was his communication before and after we checked in we had a wonderful stay and would stay again and recommend this property to others. We did have a few problems though which Thomas tried to address as soon as he heard from me in an email. Multiple lightbulbs burned out outside that made the property dark at night, the garage, security spotlights were not working and there were no working lights on the beautiful back yard, it was a shame because at night on the canal the neighbors lights made it so nice we would have liked to enjoy it as well. The lanai fans and lights were intermittently working and after Thomas came to address the lights he said he is probably going to update them which would make the cozy space even more enjoyable. We had a really hot week we enjoyed the pool but the pool guys that came on Wednesday did not vac the pool they just swept up the debris so the skimmer could get it and they were there for less than 15 minutes and shocked the pool with liquid chlorine and maybe they could use a chlorine floater with some tabs in it to keep the chlorine up because the pool needed a little more during the hot sunny week. Having had pools at my own home a floater just keeps the pool fresh and clean for a week until the pool services return weekly. The red tide was a real problem and we didn’t catch any fish in the canal. We chartered a boat to go out on the gulf and fishing was pretty poor but we did catch some small fish in the gulf none in the canal but that’s not the property owners fault it was just disappointing that we had to deal with red tide on our vacation. We love the ceiling fans and the beautiful Florida home style it was just a refreshing relaxing vacation, just had a few issues but I’m sure when Thomas addresses them as he said he would it would be even more wonderful and we would not hesitate to book with Thomas again! From my family we thank you for opening your home up to us and fixing the few issues we had as soon as you could.

Wonderful home, wonderful neighborhood on a back bay! Thomas is fantastic to communicate with! All processes were simple! 100% will be back! Sunsets are AMAZING!!

place was beautiful!! HOT, but thats Florida for you. Place was just right for a covid pandemic free vacation! Just what we needed. House and pool are beautiful! Price was great!!! Our teenage kids loved it too!

Tom was wonderful. We stayed there during Elsa, very interesting. Tom checked and made sure we were good. House was great as well as the view. Can't wait to stay again!

The property had everything we needed, will stay again.

Honestly the pictures do not do this place justice! It was perfect for our family! We enjoyed being able to watch the kids swim while sitting back and enjoy the view of the water behind us. We even got to see some of the wild life common to the area! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The over all was a great stay, nice house the Lani over the pool could use a cleaning it was quite moldy and well as needing a new grill brush for quests to grill out. The home owner sent a nice message a couple days in, kindly letting me know if we had time to wash the towels and sheets before we leave. ( cleaning fee doesn't cover this service? ) Then a day or so later I needed to contact Tom for more toilet paper and paper towel for the house, letting him know about the grill brushes well.. Wed afternoon a gentleman walked in the back yard that I was not expecting to look at the boat slip he may rent? On the property I had rented for a week with no mention of others guests renting the slip in the back yard . I contacted Tom promptly about the unwelcome guest in the fenced in yard with no mention. We had a nice time I think being a short term renter you are getting a little lax . The house should be properly stocked for the length of stay per guest. 3 rolls of toilet paper and a 1/8 roll of paper towel isn't enough. the pool was great and the wild life was out. Overall we had a nice vacation nice to have a place to call home and relax for a week Great neighbors as well. Thank you for having us.

we really enjoy our stay here we did not want to go but all good thing come to and end everything you need to cook bake to get by is there we were there 8 days and i caught enough fish for dinner for 5 night for 4 people it was great but i will tell you i am a lazy fisherman i fish with a fishing bobber i had it set about 3 1/2 feet up from the hook with live shrimp and did very good i guess if you do not like fish then this want matter but we all love fish so it saved us from eating out them 5 days its a great place pool was great and the host Thomas if there is a problem he get back with you very quickly we really enjoy our stay hope to stay again

Property had all we needed for a pleasant comfortable stay. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive owner.

The house is very spacious and in a good location. The pool was a good size and clean. The only thing I noticed was the lanai needs some pressure washing and some new fans outside. The house was clean, but the fans inside need some dusting and I wasn't able to find the sink disposal switch? All in all it was a great place to stay!

Very enjoyable stay. Close to the many activities, restaurants and friends in the area. Neighborhood very quiet. Home was more than we expected. Wonderful experience for my wife and me.

Thomas was a great host and property manager. He was very helpful with recommendations for places to go and restaurants to eat at. The house is absolutely beautiful. My kids enjoyed the pool and fishing in the backyard. Great family memories made and would love to come back and stay again. I would recommend this home for your next family vacation.
