We stayed here with a group of 9 family members, from ages 6 to 66! The access to subway and bus was incredibly easy, also easy grocery shopping and patisseries super close by :) The hosts were super responsive and friendly, easy to understand detailed explanations for check in and check out. Very easy to do with the key lock box in and out. Thank you to the hosts for being so welcoming and making everything so clear!! We miss Paris already!! :)

Very nice property, accurate listing. Great amenities, excellent communication with personnel including the ladies taking care of the property. Excellent location, close to at least 4 metro stations.(unfortunately the strike is still on.) check in was easy. Really enjoyed staying here and hope to do so again.

There were 7 of us staying here... 3 adults and 4 kids. The apartment was perfect for us. There was a store a block away to grab groceries or snacks, so that was great with kids. The owners let us leave our luggage in the apartment early, and then actually let us check out later than normal because there was no one staying there until the next day, which was awesome and unexpected.

Myself and 13 members of my family had the pleasure of staying in unit 1 and 2. The apartments were extremely comfortable, clean and added to the pleasure of our amazing trip. I would highly recommend these properties.

We found the apartment/loft was clean and very comfortable. There were six in our party (two couples, and two singles), and the accommodation more than met our needs. In a busy neighbourhood, it was an oasis of quiet after long days. The apartment has a central location, and is very convenient to amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc..) and to transportation (buses, metro). It is also convenient to SNCF stations which made our two day trips outside the city easy (Vimy Ridge, Versailles). Maitis and Jerome were always responsive, and a pleasure with whom to deal.

Great, quiet location close to the metro, bakeries and groceries. Two families with 4 adults and 5 children stayed comfortably. Perfect for taking day trips throughout Paris and then eating dinners at the apartment. The owners quickly responded to all my emails/questions and were very helpful.

The property is very nice. The first floor handicapped access room in not designed for two adults since the trundle bed does not raise up and that leaves someone literally on the ground. The loft is convenient and private, however noise from adjacent apartments does disturb light sleepers. The on-site attendant was a hard worker. The close by grocery and bus stop were very helpful. Overall it was great.

We were 9 adults for a 3-day holiday, and our accommodation was just perfect. Clean sheets and towels, a well equipped kitchen. The apartment has a good location and the owner is kind and effective. Thank you!

We were a family party of 18 from USA and UK and we had Chemin Vert 3 & 4. It worked very well for us. We were impressed with the handicapped room and bathroom on the ground floor. No faults at all, everything was working and as expected. It is basic but the beds, sheets and towels were all nice. I would recommend to others for a short stay in central Paris. Convenient for supermarket (closed on Sunday)

We were two families (4 adults + 3 teenagers) staying at the apartment for five nights. The apartment was quite spacious and the kitchen fully outfitted. There's a Franprix less than a block away and 3 boulangeries nearby (although two were closed for vacation during our stay). Three Metro stations are within a few blocks and we could walk to the Marais in 15 minutes. We enjoyed shopping at the Bastille marche on Sunday. Having traveled for two weeks prior to arriving in Paris, we were happy to have a washer and dryer (shared by four apartments) to do some laundry. We look forward to a future return to Paris and would definitely stay again in this apartment.

We were a group of 8 friends staying 4 nights in Paris. The apartment was very clean and modern, with a well stocked kitchen / dining area. Maitis and Jerome were excellent in communicating and set up the apartment with 8 beds as pre-agreed. The beds were very comfortable and the showers powerful and hot. The area felt very safe and welcoming even late at night, with lots of places to eat/drink. There are 3 metro stations very close by and from these you can access all areas of Paris. If returning to Paris (which would love to do) I would certainly come back to this accommodation!

We were a group of 8 ladies spending spring break at Paris, the house is very nice, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Very safe and central location , close to the subway and to restaurants, markets, bakeries etc. We had a great time!!!

We were a party of 7, 3 generations, and stayed for six nights. Nice surroundings, condo nicely furnished, kitchen had all supplies to make a nice dinner. We found the location to be in an area where we had good access to everything. Manager was very responsive to any needs we had. Would easily recommend this to anyone wanting a modern place to stay. Great for us older people as there is a ground floor bedroom but it does need a double bed, not a single with a trundle.

From start to finish, from the booking til our departure, we were looked after beautifully during our stay. The apartments are situated safely behind a secure key coded door and corridor which also affords the apartments complete quiet. The safety aspect was very important to us as we were travelling with students. The local area was also safe and students could go out in small groups to get food shopping (local 'commerces' even gave small gifts which were most appreciated by our girls!) The apartments were luxuriously spacious and very well equipped. the bedding - like new and we slept soundly with the air conditioning (it got to 39 degrees outside). The cleaner was friendly and Laurence could not have been a better host. She even advised us on the fireman's dance which was out of this world! We were allowed to leave our cases early before even moving in which made our stay so much better! From the apartment we were able to walk all of Paris as the Marais was at the end of the road. Our students could not believe how polite and helpful the Parisians were with giving directions. We will certainly return, with families or students!!!

We were pleased to find this loft! It was affordable, perfect for four couples traveling together, it was near the metro (long walk to Notre Dame), had all the amenities that we needed. The heat that week broke records and we were very grateful for the air conditioning. If we had questions, there was immediate help and support with any problem solving. I would rate customer service as excellent. Bring 'hotel type ' amenities (shampoo, bar soap, etc). I have already recommended this location and will continue. The neighborhood was safe. There was a well stocked grocery store within a half block. Some nights we cooked in as the kitchen was well supplied.

We arrived Sunday afternoon and Laurence owner met us promptly. It was stuffy in the apartment when we arrived but when we went to turn on the air conditioning we were informed it wasn't working. As promised, the AC was fixed the next day. We were told to keep quiet in the common area out of respect for the neighbors otherwise we would forfeit half of our deposit if there were complaints, but the next day there were several workers in the common area making much more noise than we could imagine. There were wires sticking out of the walls where the hood for the stove should be, so at the time of this writing there is obviously work to be done. That said, the price was in-line with our budget, the owners were pleasant to deal with, the toilets and showers were clean and functional(enough to accomodate our 9 people excellently!), the linens and towels provided were clean. The furniture and beds were modern and comfortable. The appliances were in good order except for the clothes washer, which did not rinse the soap or spin the excess water out of the clothes. We actually had to bring our clothes to the sink and rinse them out. The clothes dryer worked well, though. We were kind of banking on the clothes washer as we had been on the road for a week and needed to do some laundry. Again, on the good side, there is a cleaner just across the street if the provided facilities don't meet your needs as well as a very handy grocery store just around the corner. The metro is super close (5 minutes). There is also a bank with ATM nearby that doles out Euros and US Dollars. 4 or even 5 stars would be appropriate if all of the construction was complete(no construction material lying around and wires coming out of the walls), had the AC been working from the start, and not the threat of losing our deposit if some neighbor decided we were making too much noise. We would stay here again in the future if these items are addressed. Price for what you get=great, owners=excellent, location=excellent.
