We have stayed at a lot of units in this area of Maui and this is definitely one of the top. This unit is very well appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkelling gear and the kitchen is very well stocked! The unit is absolutely immaculate with wonderful views! We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful unit at Ekahi. Two master suites, separated by the living space so great for families or two couples staying together. Ekahi is a beautiful property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This unit is located up the hill from the beach and the main pool so people with mobility issues may find that difficult. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

This property is exactly as the pictures reflect. Perfect location for all of Maui’s activities as well as just relaxing. The view of the property and ocean are outstanding.

We spent a week here. The condo is well outfitted with cooking equipment and beach toys. The place was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the modern contemporary decor.

The condo is beautifully modern with everything you need for a comfortable vacation and was impeccably clean. The two outdoor seating areas were amazing and we used them often. They have everything you could need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to carry it all). The location is central with easy access to everything in Wailea and Kehei and plenty of parking. We contacted Tracy with a couple questions and she responded nearly immediately and was incredibly helpful. This was the best rental experience we’ve had. We would stay here again.

Perfect for the 3 adults and 3 teens we had with us!

We had a great experience at unit 39C in Ekahi Village. The unit has been recently remodeled and was very clean and bright. The building is in the middle of the complex, open to wide green spaces with walking access to the pool and public beach. The unit is well kept and exactly as described in the listing, and I can't recommend Ekahi Village and the Wailea area enough as a beautiful place to spend your vacation. Tracy was a great owner to deal with. She was very responsive and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law and our two young grandchildren stayed in this unit. The place was spotless. Modern recent upgrade. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We found everything as advertised and then some. The Pac-n-play crib worked out great for our youngest grandson. Daily trips down to the beach and pool made easier with the wagon for the little ones. Plenty of room for the provided beach toys too. We look forward to coming back.

The suite was well stocked and was well laid out for a family. Also a great location to all the amenities at Ekahi Village. Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Very, very nice condo in great location. Kitchen well stocked. Super clean and in excellent condition. Easy to check in. All handled very professionally and all features available as advertised. Would not hesitate to return!

The overall place was very nice. The house is very well equipped with water toys/beach items, which really helped. The kitchen is very nice, with everything you could need, and the living room was cozy. We did have some issues with the A/C, which were pretty quickly resolved, but required a bit more prompting than should have been necessary, and with such a humid place is probably something that should be looked at more regularly instead of relying on the renters to point out. The location was very convenient, although up the hill, having the grass out front was great for kids. The ocean side pool and brand new pavilion was superb.

The condo was nicely appointed and clean. We had no problems checking in or getting the parking pass. It was about a 400 yd walk to the pool and ocean, the beach was fairly narrow but we didn’t plan on using it much and the pool was very nice with a well appointed shelter as well. We did have some ants in the kitchen which was an annoyance as all food including boxed cereal had to be kept in the fridge. Hopefully the owner can get this resolved through the property management company. Very nice stay and location overall.

Beautiful , comfortable, great location and water view

It is always nice when a property exceeds your expectations and this one did. The pictures are very accurate and the condo was exactly as it looks which is always a nice surprise - these are not photos taken from a renovation several years ago but are clearly recent. Owner was very responsive and professional. Everything felt very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. Beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/coolers/boogie boards/snorkel/toys were a bonus. Nice outdoor seating area. Didn't really watch much TV but internet speed was good. Sheets/towels/bedspreads were very clean and in good condition. The grounds/landscaping of the complex are amazing. The pool facility is great - recently renovation and very spacious with lot of chairs and space - much better than a hotel where people are on top of each other. The pictures don't do it justice as to how nice the pool area is - it was amazing. The beach in front is nice but can be windy depending on tradewinds so we would walk down two beaches ( less than 5 minutes) to a great beach that is more protected and had great snorkeling. Parking at the condo was great (and free vs. $25-40 per night at hotels). The views at sunset from the condo were beautiful as it sits up high on the property so it overlooks the lower condos and trees. A few heads-up - while no problem for us the walk to/from the pool/beach, while short (3-5 minutes), is steadily uphill at a modest slope so after a long day with chairs and beach stuff you only want to do it once a day. Also while not clear from the pictures this condo is right next to the access way for the other 10 condo buildings (each of which has 4-5 condos) so there can be foot traffic as well as the landscaping carts and golf carts going through. It never bothered us as we never really sat outside at the patio but just something to be aware of. Despite being on the lower level and one of five condos in the building, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, excellent layout condo - it was perfect for our family of five. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Our family had a delightful week in Maui, largely thanks to this property! Beautiful decor, immaculate condition and best view of sunset in the entire complex. Kitchen was well-appointed with high end appliances and full compliment of smaller items! Great choice of 4 pools on property to spend time when not at the beach, which was just a short walk away. Couldn't have been more pleased. ;-)

This property is beautiful. Fully remodeled in a modern contemporary style. Kitchen is incredibly spacious and has all the amenities you will need to cook if you want to eat in Also has bbq and out door eating which we enjoyed. The internet speed is incredibly good for those who need to work remote. We had four people on it and not one issue. The grounds and the pool and pool pavilion are incredible and the beach at the Ekahi are wonderful Fully air conditioned. Comfortable beds and full washer and dryer. Multiple pools on site Good communication with the owner. Beautiful spot. Highly recommend!

We decided to leave Haiku, HI for my 7 year old boys Fall break from school. With all the COVID strangeness, it was nice to have a change of scenery. This unit is lovely, very well furnished. Extremely comfortable beds with high end linens, pillows etc. Well equipped kitchen, state of the art appliances, etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this property...you will not be disappointed! Multiple pools to choose from & the newly renovated pool pavilion right on the ocean is fantastic! It’s a bit of a walk from the unit to the pavilion, but we could all use a little exercise! Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

We have stayed at other nice condos in this complex, but none was as immaculate as this one. 5 stars in all regards!. We'd visit, again, in a heartbeat.

This property is so nice — beautifully furnished, well-equipped with high-end fixtures and appliances, and exactly as described and pictured! We had ample room for our party of six to have dinner or relax together, either indoors or outdoors. We really enjoyed the views of the ocean and had fun whale watching from our balcony and from the beach. We enjoyed the beachside pool area (which also conveniently offers a shower to rinse off the beach sand)! We also found the location ideally located. It felt secluded but was near great beaches and attractions as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, spas, restaurants and the Shops of Wailea mall with an impressive selection of high-end retail, local merchants and mall-type stores. We easily accessed the oceanside drive to Lahaina and the highways back to Kahului. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

Tracy has a fantastic place. She has been so very thoughtful with every detail you could imagine, truly creating a home-away from home. Amazing location, quiet, family friendly property with tons of access to all your needs within minutes.

I have been coming to Maui for 10 years and this unit is my favorite. Everything has been updated, the view is beautiful, and the property manager is helpful. I am heading home now to remodel my house so it looks just like this unit!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in a great location on Maui! This condo has been fabulously updated with beautiful and comfortable decor. It contains all you need to enjoy your time here, including full kitchen amenities, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, family games, beach towels, and a bonus wagon to tote all your gear to the beach. The view was amazing and the two lanai areas offered relaxing lounges and outdoor dining. The grounds here are beautifully kept, and there is a heated pool down by the beach. We stayed in Ekahi Village along with two other families, and they were just in awe of our place! We can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner was attentive and prompt in her reply’s, and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket. You definitely won’t be disappointed, and we will definitely stay again if we are fortunate to get back to Maui again someday!!
