We really enjoyed our time here. The views were fabulous! Waking to see the ocean from our bed was something we will never forget. We loved the beach and all the shells we found. The “warm” pool, as the kids call it, was a fabulous way to end the day. Friendly and welcoming community! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Everything was perfect except for one thing - there was an extreme shortness of lightbulbs in condo 1503!! Otherwise, all are needs were met and my family had a large time. We will be back

Excellent value for large condo. Tge balcony had lots of room. I would stay again. Loved the bar onsite Stingrays. Had live music and great vibe.

Location: this property was very easy to find, and it was away from the big crowd drawn to PCB. The complex could have been confusing because the buildings aren’t clearly marked, however the property manager was very clear and descriptive on which building the condo was located making it easy to find. It was close to dining, gas, arcades, gooney golf etc., and groceries. The beach: this is the quiet part of pcb. On Labor Day weekend, our part of the beach was not crowded at all. The walk to the beach was very short and easy, and the beach was beautiful. You may rent chairs for $50/day. There was a wash off station at the pool, bathrooms at the pool, and a restaurant at the condominium. The Condo: it is very spacious with beachfront views. Simply decorated which made it easy to unpack and get cozy. The couch comfortably fit 3 kids (5 and under). Bring your own toiletries. The property felt very clean and it had everything we needed. The description is correct, and we were very happy with our stay. The property owners were very prompt with answering questions, and they were very clear with instructions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Took my teen daughter and her friend for spring break. The condo was nice, building elevators fast and not busy. I was concerned with previous reviews that saw roaches, owner reassured me the building had been treated and I did not see any bugs in the condo at all. Heated pool was great!

Far enough away from “Spring Break” madness to enjoy the beach but close enough to drive to Pier Park. The condo has the most amazing view and peaceful to leave the doors open to enjoy the sound of the waves! Per previous reviews, there are outlets that are not secure so not able to use them, however, there were enough for the 5 of us to plug devices into! When we come back it will for sure be here!

Manal was great! Contacted first day in regards to bugs. She did have pest guy come and spray! But that did not fix problem! It made it worse…I was terrified to go to the kitchen at night. I would turn on lights and they would be everywhere, in silverware, stove, cabinets…crawling on everything!!!! Even in the refrigerator…of course they were dead…but still… place needs bombed to kill them!!!! As long as you didn’t go to kitchen you were fine!! Place was ok.. view was perfect!!! Baseboards and tile need painted and cleaned really well! Refrigerator needs door handles reversed…opens wrong way and makes it difficult to maneuver! Yes one door is falling off henges. Shower curtain is a liner only. It was not what I expected. I spent as much time outside as possible!!!! I would not stay here again unless i was 100 percent no bugs!!! Gave me the creeps bad!! I was afraid I was going to take some home!! Cockroaches carry disease-causing organisms. I understand things are not always able to control, because I had not been to Florida for over 6 years and was very sad and disappointed…

I would love to return to this condo. It was beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous views. Nice condo building. In the master bedroom you can hear the whirling of the elevator but it did not bother my partner or I. (if you are a light sleeper it may bother you) And first and foremost, it was SO clean. I brought my children to Flordia for the first time and this condo was perfect for such. Pool areas were nice. I didn't like that there was not really beach access after pool closed but that is more the condo buildings issue, not the owner of this particular owner. She answered any questions I had very promptly! Can not say enough good things about this condo/owner! Would 10/10 recommend and return! This is on the quieter side of town which I was very pleased with! Family friendly!

We love staying at Dunes, especially building E, since the beach is less crowded, there is a pool, and a small restaurant/bar downstairs for snacks. The unit was clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable! All of the basic necessities you need for a relaxing vacation!

The place was full of cockroaches, dead and live. Appliances, including toaster, hairdryer, did not work. Refrigerator was hard to get into due to door on the wrong side. Only liner in the shower, no curtain. Couch ( the only living room furniture) was filthy , the coffee pot was completely jacked up. The pans were disgusting. Including leaving a residue on the stove. The mold in the bathroom wash disgusting. The place was bare of pillows, cushions and not a rug in the entire condo. If I thought it would help to refund my money, I would. But, I am doubtful that would happen. This condo. Reds to be taken OFF VRBO. Bad reputation for your website. I have pictures to prove my points

We didn't have enough wash clothes. Also we found one too many roaches. As far as the view and location, we loved it.

This condo was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for us and there was even beach umbrella, wagon, chairs, sand bucket, and toys. The condo had a washer and dryer so we washed and dried the towels and wash clothes as there aren't many of those. Bring your own laundry stuff, dishwasher stuff, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, paper towels etc as they don't keep those stocked but have all the dishes you'll need and a coffee pot and hair dryer. We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed ourselves very much. The owner is very attentive and answers all questions. We will be back
