There was a minor issue with the 1st level toilet, but it was quickly resolved and the host was very responsive and quick to get it fixed. We had a ton of fun exploring the grounds with my son. The horseshoe pit and fire pit were a nice addition. The beautiful fall trees coming up the driveway was the cherry on top!

The only thing I would have changed the near by construction, but that’s out of the property managements controll. Nice and secluded home very close to town.

We had 8 people, everyone could sleep comfortably and it was clean and stocked with the necessities. Just bring your own toiletries, they only had hand soap. It was a great location a quick drive or walk from town.

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The home was clean and well appointed. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The cabin felt very private, even though it was so close to town. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time but the utensils look like they were bought at garage sale, spiders and spiderwebs all around in the downstairs. Trash left around property. Construction noise. The office where we picked up the keys were very helpful. Would probably rent again but maybe a different property.

My son who stayed in this house said the toilet downstairs leaked. He thought it was leaking from the supply line. The downstairs sleeping area worked great for his family. And the bedroom with the queen bed on the main floor was also nice.

This property made our short vacation perfect. It is located near town but has the feeling of being alone in the woods. It was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The management company has an office in town and is available for any needs. We only had two of us so we had ample space but there is room for a large family. It was perfect.

This property is located very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and is walkable to the town of Grand Lake. The main room has a very tall ceiling and large windows with Aspen trees and pines. There is a bedroom and a loft overlooking that room and another one on the main level as well as an additional bedroom on the basement level. This ended up working well for our group because we could each have privacy and no one needed to sleep in the loft. I assume children would be very happy up in that loft although we did not have any with us. The kitchen had workable appliances and some pots and pans as well as utensils. The beds were generally comfortable and although I do have to say if you were traveling with six adults, a couple of them are going to end up on the bunkbeds . If you have a lake is important, this property is not for you but if you’re looking for that cabin in the Woods feel without the low ceilings and a sometimes cramped vibe that it can bring, you’ll like this property. The furniture and carpets are a little bit tired but functional.

We stayed in the cabin with six people over the age of 15. We had plenty of space and did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was adequately equipped so we could prepare several meals at the cabin. Overall we enjoyed this day, and the location was great because it felt secluded but was close enough to town so we could walk to anything we wanted to do.

It's close to town, nice views, but difficult to find. GPS doesn't work. Would be great if there was a sign at the end of the driveway. But once you find it, you won't be disappointed. Nicely furnished, comfortable.

We had to provide toilet paper and paper towels as well as dish clothes. The bathroom towels were thin and old.... And this cabin was expensive for the amenities. We really had a great time and loved the location and the queen bed was very comfortablel My son said the king bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though it was a great trip

Kitchen supplies were fine for us and we cooked in every day, due to pandemic. My only complaints were it wasn't all that clean and some things were broken. There were spiderwebs in corners and the toilets had urine from previous guests. Had to clean them. The downstairs shower curtain was full of mold spots. We told the management company and they didn't respond to this, though they were responsive to other things. The door to the bedroom off the kitchen did not fully shut. The door from that bedroom into bathroom was very hard to open. A nightstand in the loft was broken. Basically, I would say great physical space in a great location, close to town. But, as is true in many mountain towns the people who service the cabin- management company and cleaners- are only so-so.

Our son loved the loft he could escape to but still be with everybody else. We wanted to use the fire pit but fire danger was extreme so we left it alone. But the big deck with a very clean grill was a great place to enjoy the beautiful aspens that surround it. Location is very convenient to the grocery store and shops downtown - no driving needed. Kitchen is well-equipped with very nice appliances. The only downside was the downstairs bed, which desperately needs a new mattress. Even if you like soft mattresses, this one won't work. That's the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the property condition category below.
